If I can get a move from $0.028 to $0.05's, I'm going to be happy. Pretty good newsletter I follow mentioned it a week or two ago.
They were selling the energy shots for a lot more than other brands. I'm hearing they have new stuff coming out that's going to be in big convenience stores.
That's huge!
FHWY has bottomed and is back in play.
The reason I bring up FHWY is because it went from $0.055 to $0.7 on their tout then to $0.025. Not at all happy with their promo service and they are touting QSPW for tomorrow.
SPAM Email from stockrockandroll.com. Every deal they have done recently trends up for a few days and is 50% lower a week later. I'm playing FHWY instead.
What does Subscribers = 2602 mean?
New to the board. I'm pretty sure a lot of small companies are holding off on news this week. You have to admit, it's a crazy market. Also, I'm pretty sure they will need to get their $$ in place before serious test results come out.
Atlanta Capital Partners said their contract was signed last week. News was released yesterday. Call them (866) 692-6847.
The article says "WSCF is a marketing firm hired to promote the business of its clients through news releases and promotional materials. WSCF merely aggregates and redistributes third-party news that has already been issued via the wire services or websites."
An IR firm would provide professional services outlined by this trade organization http://www.niri.org/
I can assure I'm worth listening to.
This is a pump and dump!! Receiving unsolicited emails with ridiculous target prices. You will lose money.
Great post and AMEN! Many great companies have been purchased for bargain basement prices. Your 100% right on about MCCC's customers being recession proof. People are going to need pills in a good or bad economy. An aggressive sales force might find that candy companies and other businesses would be interested in the machines MCCC sells. The maintenance contracts that have recently been announced probably have fat profit margins.
Second, the group of people who originally invested in the shell are history, with the exception of a few people who are investors in UYMG. You can verify this by calling the company and asking them. Third, UYMG has never had an IR firm. They definitely need one to work with shareholders and clear up misinformation handed out by people who have absolutely no knowledge of the present state of the company. Promoting the company and increasing investor awareness is a good thing for shareholders.
I'm not going to get into a war on whether UYMG is a scam or not. I would like to point out several statements in your post that are dead on wrong. First, Duchess Capital got MCCC by way of default. It was public, but management defaulted on the terms of an agreement with Duchess and walked away. A large shareholder of UYMG, who is related to one of the officers, had a close relationship to the head of Duchess, which is how MCCC went from public to private and back to public (in UYMG) again. I have had several conversations with management and have looked through the filings, and, to the best of my knowledge, their has been no toxic financing. In fact, I don't believe Duchess has done any financing on UYMG at all. Their equity stake came about as a result of selling MCCC to UYMG. Incidently, Duchess is a first class, $300 million fund that does very little in the way of investin pink sheet deals. They do offer equity lines, but UYMG does not have one.
Nice post! That's what I'm talking about!
I wouldn't consider contracts with billion $$ companies issuing a pr "every time they get a dime." I think it's an example of responsible management looking to keep shareholders informed.
George Bush said “I do not like broccoli. And I haven't liked it since I was a little kid and my mother made me eat it. And I'm President of the United States and I'm not going to eat any more broccoli.” ONCE. He didn't have an axe to grind with anyone who grows broccoli, so he said it once and that was it. If he would have had an axe to grind, he would have made negative comments about everything related to broccoli.
Bon Voyage and JMO.
Stockfalcon, I hope you're right, but I think $750k might be a stretch. Q1 was around $310k, if I remember right? Q3, which they are in now, is MCCC's strongest, according to my conversation with management.
Since stocks trade ahead of their results, I'm thinking somewhere in the next 60 to 90 days UYMG could move big. I've been wrong before, but I don't see a lot of downside on a company that could potentially do $2 million in revenue with 35% growth.
You will all think I'm crazy, but do you know what the real cheese cake on UYMG is? Physician practice management and HIPAA compliance. JMO.
I'm sure it's a matter of money. Larger companies have an entire department that prepares financial statements for the accountants. With smaller companies like UYMG, it tends to be a stretch for them to come up with the $$ to pay accountants so audits can be completed. The financial statements will get done in due time. These guys want to move to the OTCBB. Call them and ask them. The only way they can do it is to get the audits done.
However, if they have an order for a large machine, the money has to go toward paying employees and vendors, so they can get it out the door. BTW, who came up with the term "fins." In 25 years of professional investing, I have never heard it used and it sounds almost comical.
Transfer Agent.
I spoke with management and asked them. That's why they put their phone number on the bottom of each press release.
Don't forget the upcoming financials might not be indicative of the growth for the year. Historically, this is their soft quarter and the third quarter is the strongest. This little company is going to the next level.
Someone is sucking up UYMG at the bid. Once this stock consolidates in here it goes straight to $0.03. IMO
Backing and filling before the next move up. Nothing goes straight up. Someone is buying the sellers.
$3 million market cap for a company that will do more than $2 million in revenue this year is cheap.
Once the selling is dried up the stock is going much higher.
The sellers could be those who bought at $0.005? It looks like there is an equal number of buyers.
I'm buying more this morning. Someone placed some really big sell orders at the end of the day yesterday and the market sucked it up. Maybe the seller is gone?
UYMG bullish EMA and MACD. Moving well on heavy volume.
UYMG Bullish EMA and MACD looks like a double on the chart.
I'm new to the board. I like UYMG and see a lot of potential for its business model. A small cap newsletter I subscribe to had it under a penny. Now they're saying five or six cents.

Hearing good things. I'm new on this board, but I'm hearing IGC will move much higher.
Gold stocks is what I have always invested in, but ORRV has more potential. Just got the news on this stock from a newsletter I subscribe to and I like the fact they don't have to mine the gold!
I already forwarded it to the SEC. No disclaimer or disclosure of how many shares are owned. Stupid people usually end up in jail in this business.

I've just found a tech double-play that has one foot in the 300 Billion-Dollar Software Industry and one foot in the TRILLION DOLLAR Mobile Phone industry. Tech-Stocks are soaring: SmartPhones, Software, Ipads, TabletPC's, Hardware For Both Computers and Phones...Tech is the HOTTEST Sector right now...forget about dirty oil, and this "Gold Bubble" everyone is worrying about.
Let me tell you more about a little known company called WebSafety (WBSI) who's shares could make you Millions. WBSI makes most complete child safety and parental control solution available for BOTH computers and cell phones
The Next High Tech Potential 10-Bagger
WebSafety (WBSI) is the leading provider of mobile and computer software solutions that help to prevent incidences of distracted driving as well as unlawful Internet behavior such as cyber predators, explicit or degrading texting and cyber-bullying.
WBSI's mobile software application works on the major wireless operating systems, including Android, Blackberry and Symbian and on all four of the major wireless carriers in United States and the three wireless networks in Canada. WBSI's software prevents: Cyberbullies, Pornography, Child Predators, Sexting, Texting While Driving! Read what the experts are saying:
"Texting while driving, the new drunk driving" - The Christian Science Monitor "Texting and Driving Worse Than Dringing and Driving" - CNBC "Stop text messaging, drivers urged" - USA TODAY "Texting While Driving Can Be Deadly" - Science Daily
You Need To Get On WBSI now while it`s trading under the radar, because it won`t be for very long. This is an enormous market; a generation of text-happy teenagers are getting their driver's licenses, and established drivers are increasingly buying smart phones that allow for distracting activity!
WBSI's software is like having a crystal ball, enabling parents IN REAL TIME to know what websites their kids are surfing, who they're texting, if their texts are inappropriate(preventing sexting), how fast they`re driving, if even they`re texting while in class!
Andrew Carpenter, editor of the Carpenter Global Stock Advisory puts a $4.00 price target on WBSI. WBSI is currently trading under $0.20 a share, making WBSI a potential 20 bagger stock!

Subject: Fwd: with`virgin crants and maiden strewments.' I never liked garlic before, It could take several more months to bring Japan's tsunami-ravaged nuclear plant under control, a safety agency spokesman said Sunday as engineers tried to find a way to stop highly radioactive water from pouring into the Pacific. The Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear complex has been spewing radioactivity since the March 11 tsunami carved a path of destruction along Japan's northeastern coast, killing as many as 25,000 people. The final death toll is not known because many are still missing. Nuclear safety agency spokesman Hidehiko Nishiyama on Sunday offered the first sense of how long it might take to bring an end to the nuclear crisis, which has forced people within 12 miles (20 kilometers) of the plant to abandon their homes due to radiation concerns. sorrel nag, my fellow-servant (for so, at this distance, I may "It would take a few months until we finally get things under control and have a better idea about the future," Nishiyama said. "We'll face a crucial turning point within the next few months, but that is not the end." Bringing the reactors at the plant under control will require permanently restoring cooling systems knocked out by the tsunami that prevent reactors from dangerously overheating. That task has been complicated by dangerous conditions at the plant that have often forced workers to stop what they are doing.

China! Big news from China coming. I understand USAE has had people meeting with large Chinese mfrs. I hear the new CEO is very tight lipped.
I think I agree with you. I spoke with labarre and he is a bumbling idiot! I have traded BTDG three times and made money two out of three. It's like playing russian roulette. No more though. I'm over and out.
