I wouldn't consider contracts with billion $$ companies issuing a pr "every time they get a dime." I think it's an example of responsible management looking to keep shareholders informed.

George Bush said “I do not like broccoli. And I haven't liked it since I was a little kid and my mother made me eat it. And I'm President of the United States and I'm not going to eat any more broccoli.” ONCE. He didn't have an axe to grind with anyone who grows broccoli, so he said it once and that was it. If he would have had an axe to grind, he would have made negative comments about everything related to broccoli.
