I called Scottrade... could not get all the info I needed as their backoffice is closed at this hour. Based on the whats documented about the stock... the representative said, it will be a 1:1 share transfer. The new company ticker was not showing up correctly on his system because some code was not entered correctly by the back office, atleast that is what the rep said.

The shares will be transfered tommorrow to my account, he had no answer to my question "if the stock will start trading tommorrow" as its not documented. So I was asked to call back tommorrow between 8 and 4 to get the exact info.

That to me is good news... in particular the 1 for 1 share transfer. After a 1 for 10000 divy, I was worried if the same would happen to the stock.

Scottrade told me the divy will show up on 10/31 or 11/1 - for very 10000 AWYB - 1 restricted share of the new company.

No updates on what happens to the AWYB shares that we had in our account. All they said was if we are entitled for any it will show up automatically :(
