Thanks I'll take a look and see.
Thanks for the response, seems that taking disposable plastic back to a natural state could reap carbon credits unimaginable.
Does anyone know what this machine can do with plastic bags or plastic bottles? Just curious...
Are my eyes deceiving me or has there been no trades so far today? To me that means nobody is willing to part with their shares?
I guess this means FASC is flying under the radar. I have all my eggs in one basket, except there are no eggs or basket, only a piece of paper with FASC Stock written on it. Been holding that paper for around 10 years I'm backing FASC as if my life depends on it. I have lots of patience but little time. However, I have a patient serenity that this stock will do quite well in the near future. Hats off to the realistic optimism of this board.
market is tanking down bigtime. FASC holding steady. I LOVE this company!!!
If they are going to use the output of the KDS as feedstock, I would be interested in knowing if there would be any nutritional value in the feed stock. I would expect no nutritional value, but if there was then this would be organic to the max. Any thoughts?
When charities or non profit organizations call and ask for donations, I tell them I gave at the IRS.
Agee that inflation won't hurt the company. Just thinking that the US could experience hyperinflation in the very near future and speculating as to the possible consequences.
Anyone have any ideas how FASC will fare, if the dollar is devalued or the US experiences hyperinflation? FASC is a Canadian company, so if the dollar was devalued by 50% (God forbid), would FASC double overnight or would it stay the same since it is traded on the US exchanges?? Just curious at this point...
How does profits factor in with the falling US dollar against the Canadian dollar? If the profits are stated in US dollars, wouldn't this be good for the bottom line? Especially with the price of oil going through the roof?
All major markets are going down tonight around the world.
Looks like all the major stock markets around the world are down significantly tonight. Tomorrow should be interesting.
Something about the buyback just doesn't add up. If you have the cash to buy back stock, why would you get a loan at 20% interest.
On October 10, 2007, we entered into a convertible promissory note with North Atlantic Resources, Limited, the Selling Shareholder named in this prospectus and a Principal Shareholder. The note called for interest of 20% and was due on February 28, 2008. The conversion rate, giving effect to our January 15, 2008, 1 to 20 reverse split, was at the rate of $.002 per dollar of principal and interest converted. On January 11, 2008, the lender exercised its option to convert all of the principal and interest into shares of common stock. These shares are the shares covered by this Prospectus,
I think this is the reason they did the R/S:

20%interest must mean a low corporate rating by dunn and bradstreet.
The company may be going private. They are not selling shares they may be giving them away to employees through stock options.
This was a best case scenario.
Oh, I'm guessing the financials will take of that one way or another.
The Mayan calender predicts an event in Dec 2012 that will reverse the rotation of the earth. I can't remember if it will reverse direction or if the US becomes the north pole and the middle east the south pole.
Here is how they will get to .50 by the year's end:
To Start: 0.0016
20:1 R/S 0.032
15:1 R/S 0.48
It ain't over yet.
Sorry, don't want you to think I've ignored you. I only look at the boards occassionally. Here is my thoughts on how the older generations stole from the boomers and those that follow after the boomers. A spouse that never paid into SS can collect on his or her spous'es SS. Also when the system was started there were 3 or 4 payers for every collector now it is the reverse.
I do support Ron Paul.
Just for the record.
The baby boomers did not steal from social security.
It was their parents and grandparents generation that stole from the baby boomers.
The first baby boomer just started collecting social security this year.
Baby boomers were born between 1946 and 1964.
I loved this religion debate and also all the good political stuff about Ron Paul. Wish I would have logged in earlier.
Here's my 2 cents worth (lol):
An atheist thinks they are god and there is nobody higher than themselves.
Anyone that knows an atheist knows there is a god and is considered a believer.
An agnostic hasn't yet met an atheist and therefore does not have an opinion of whether there is a god or not.
Muslims are not supposed to mess with people of the book.
There are four books: Bible, Quran and two others that I can't recall.
Not all muslims condone terrorist actions.
Can Ron Paul slay the beast?
I was just watching a video about how the UN and Federal Reserve System were part of the Beast of the Bible's Book of Revelation.
This guy just might save the sovereignty of the US.
Just loaded the boat, charts say take off real soon.
If PBLS does not have any pits does that make it the pitless pits?
The silent partner buy back was a tactic used by SLJB just before the roof fell in.
Thanks, it was just a thought. I figure it might take a year or more until the stock has any substantial worth. Contemplating a 15% capital gains vs a 10% penalty + ?% income tax down the road.
I am wondering if these shares are in a ira can they be rolled out as worthless?
I got in sometime Jan 2002 at around .175.
And then loaded the boat in 2003 at .07.
If I remember correctly FASC sold a KDS to a papermill in Georgia, but it was too small. If they ever perfected that machine, they would sell like hotcakes at a three window drive thru.
For those who do not wish to get along on this board, How about jumping into a KDS and see if it can be used as a cremation alternative. Just kidding. Without the bickering there would be very few if any posts. Just wish it had an optimistic flavor.
Does anyone know about the new nasdaq for multi-million dollar investors. Could this be a new pink sheets?
I am wondering if all this waiting has anything to do with the new nasdaq exchange for the the multi-million dollar investors.
It seems that if they do a 25 to 1 R/S the amount of authorized shares should decrease proportionately. Without it we have become some of the biggest bagholders. For they will reissue the 24 shares we just donated to the company.
I prefer Nonotube extractor and then it would get the attention of Malcom Forbes and be $3 by this time next year.
Thanks for the response, Now I know I am standing at the Black Jack Table. Previously I think I was playing poker.
Black Jack has better odds. One exception, if PBLS does what it says, we will all win.
As I read some of the most recents posts I'm thinking that it looks like this company maybe trying to go private. Management has never liked answering to shareholders and that has not changed. On the other hand they may be trying to free up shares to sell on the open market without increasing the A/S with a shareholder vote.
Any thoughts????
This might have something to do with it. Not really sure.

Putin's Arctic invasion: Russia lays claim to the North Pole - and all its gas, oil, and diamonds
Last updated at 09:24am on 29th June 2007
Russian President Vladimir Putin is making an astonishing bid to grab a vast chunk of the Arctic - so he can tap its vast potential oil, gas and mineral wealth.
His scientists claim an underwater ridge near the North Pole is really part of Russia's continental shelf.
One newspaper printed a map of the "new addition", a triangle five times the size of Britain with twice as much oil as Saudi Arabia.
The dramatic move provoked an international outcry. The U.S. and Canada expressed shock and environment campaigners said it would be a disaster.
Observers say the move is typical of Putin's muscle-flexing as he tries to increase Russian power.
Under current international law, the countries ringing the Arctic - -Russia, Canada, the U.S., Norway, and Denmark (which owns Greenland) - are limited to a 200-mile economic zone around their coasts.
A UN convention says none can claim jurisdiction over the Arctic seabed because the geological structure does not match the surrounding continental shelves.
But Russian scientists have returned from a six-week mission on a nuclear ice-breaker to claim that the 1,220-mile long underwater Lomonosov Ridge is geologically linked to the Siberian continental platform - and similar in structure.
The region is currently administered by the International Seabed Authority but this is now being challenged by Moscow.
Experts estimate the ridge has ten billion tons of gas and oil deposits and significant sources of diamonds, gold, tin, manganese, nickel, lead and platinum.
A Russian attempt to claim Arctic territory was rejected five years ago, but this time Moscow plans to make a far more serious submission to the UN Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf. A British diplomatic source warned
that Russia was planning to secure its grip on oil and gas supplies "for decades to come".
He said: "Putin wants a strong Russia, and Western dependence on it for oil and gas supplies is a key part of his strategy. He no longer cares if it upsets the West."
The U.S. state department said the Russian claim was completely unacceptable. "It's an extraordinary idea and I can't believe it will go anywhere," an official said.
A Canadian official called the move a complete surprise.
Green groups warned that the Kremlin claim could devastate one of the world's last unspoilt areas.
John Sauven, director of Greenpeace UK, said: "We think nations should stop searching for new sources of fossil fuel and focus instead on the alternatives - renewables, energy efficiency and decentralised energy systems.
"Only then will disputes over natural resources become a thing of the past."
Ted Nield, of the Geological Society in London, branded Russia's claim nonsensical.
"The notion that geological structures can somehow dictate ownership is deeply peculiar," he said.
"Anyway, the Lomonosov Ridge is not part of a continental shelf - it is the point at which two ocean floor plates under the Arctic Ocean are spreading apart.
"It extends from Russia across to Canada, which means Canada could use the same argument and say the ridge is part of the Canadian shelf.
"If you take that to its logical conclusion, Canada could claim Russia and the whole of Eurasia as its own."
