As I read some of the most recents posts I'm thinking that it looks like this company maybe trying to go private. Management has never liked answering to shareholders and that has not changed. On the other hand they may be trying to free up shares to sell on the open market without increasing the A/S with a shareholder vote.
Any thoughts????
