They have a website, it's just there's no search bar like on ClarkCounty. I think I'll try calling in.
Is it possible to find electronic filings of a court case by that case's docket number?
Im trying to find a court case in Wyoming in the "first district court"/"first judicial district" of the county of Laramie.
Any place I can go to find such information?
Where would I go to find Wyoming court records for the County of Laramie, the first district court. I've been looking for a while, could you point me in the right direction?
Would anyone happen to know where I can search court cases for the 1st District Court of Wyoming in Laramie County?
The gagged TA I talked to was with a client for three hours. After like 4 calls each 1 hour apart with one excuse after another, they sent me an email saying that if I wanted the S/S, I'd have to ask the company for it.
I don't think that TA will bother reporting S/S to OTC markets unless they are forced to by some rule, or the company tells them to for whatever reason.
ATVK is the ticker btw. Shell that's changed control and been getting a bit of volume down low. I wanna know if that volume is mostly dilution or not. If not, there could be something there brewing.
Someone with a facebook page of NSFW quotes took control of the shell for like $4k a few months back fwiw.
P.S.: The TA specifically requested me send an email asking for the S/S, because she wanted to have a paper trail tied to me....
What if the dude w/ the preferred shares dies or doesn't feel like voting? Does it matter then, or no?
If a transfer agent is gagged and isn't allowed to give out a company's Outstanding share count, is there any other way you can find out?
If that's the case, then she already has some connections to a notable stock promoter. I was thinking she was just a front.
I was the one who asked that question...
I've been doing some DD on GMNI. Here it is:
3-12-2019:
198 million shares of GMNI change hands. Share Structure data on April 10th 2019 shows that there are approximately 700 million shares of GMNI outstanding. Roughly 28% of the float. GMNI was default at its secretary of state at the time. Current Share price at close: $0.0008
5-15-2019 (after market hours):
Court documents for a petition of custodianship were filed after hours at Clark County. An entity by the name of "Universal Management Association" filed for custodianship of "Gemini Group Global Corp." (GMNI). Current Share price at close: $0.0028 (The sudden surge of volume on March 12th can be seen in the chart)
The document can be viewed here at clark county's websitre if you make an account and log in: https://www.clarkcountycourts.us/Portal/DocumentViewer/Index/L3VI-aF9RCiEgL3jwCOkWoBWLgNSXRZrMG7bOhzZf-JY5XOV8iCKaaG_GZxVh2M3v8CVtsuv_OLRu_SwqJo1WNFimt1788v3gCdoKY9uDQPqEKuaTOALwWlKzbU9fWjG0?p=0
I looked all over the internet for anything pretaining to "Universal Management Association" and came up with nothing but an company registered at Nevada with the name. Here is its link: https://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=NroZJFM%252fwDofi4Y828IoHw%253d%253d&nt7=0
The sole officer seems to be someone by the name of "Corionne Washington". I could not find any information on this individual.
6-1-2019 (Saturday):
Someone posts this link in a penny stock trading public discord chatroom:
http://universalmanagementassociation.com/
It matches the name of the company applying for custodianship of GMNI. I ran a whois check on the website to see who set it up. My whois check can be found here: http://whois.domaintools.com/universalmanagementassociation.com
It appears that the site is relatively new and was created on April 3rd, 2019, almost one month after the day a large amount of GMNI shares traded hands.
This site is registered at "Domains By Proxy, LLC". As per their "About Us" page, "Domains By Proxy was the very first Internet WHOIS privacy service and was created in direct response to consumer demand." Whoever set up this site values their privacy. A simple whois protection could have been provided for by any domain registrant as it is industry standard. The owner of this site went out of their way to seek a company that brands themselves pro-privacy.
Current Share price at close: $0.0054
This is as far as my search lead me. The site I found was pretty plain and contained only a contact page. The site vaguely mentions mergers and acquisitions but provides no further info. Can anyone further this DD with more info?
Does anyone have info on "Universal Management Association"?
They are a new custodian on the scenes and are using the attorney "Jay Shafer". Here's their one and only custodianship so far: https://www.clarkcountycourts.us/Portal/DocumentViewer/Index/L3VI-aF9RCiEgL3jwCOkWoBWLgNSXRZrMG7bOhzZf-JY5XOV8iCKaaG_GZxVh2M3v8CVtsuv_OLRu_SwqJo1WNFimt1788v3gCdoKY9uDQPqEKuaTOALwWlKzbU9fWjG0?p=0
I managed to find their NVSOS entity, but that's about all I got. Here's the custodian's NvSOS: https://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=NroZJFM%252fwDofi4Y828IoHw%253d%253d&nt7=0
I couldn't find anything on their sole officer: "Corionne Washington"
Anyone manage to DD this successfully?
That wasn't a preload on 10/08/2018, it was a pump and dump.
Usually the the way you do is to take a normal thing, and add CBD or weed to it. For instance:
Motorcycle + CBD = CBD Powered Motor Cycles
Mining Company + CBD = We've struck CBD!!!
Phone Company + Hemp = Hemp powered iPhones
Weed + Military Contract = Weed Bandaids for soldiers
But yes you are right. It is a reverse merger opportunity, not an IPO. Though it isn't 4 separate reverse mergers, just one.
(CBD Lemonade stand is still my favorite though xD)
Im not trying to IPO my CBD Weed Lemonade stand that also sells vape pens or anything.
Just wondering what this will do to the OTC. I got a bit better at trading it, and just recently worked my account back to where I started. Wondering if I did it for nothing.
If I did do it for nothing though, its at least good there'll be less fraud I guess. ._.
I've come across various articles saying IPO's charge fees and regulation takes a lot of time. Admittedly, I've never dug into those articles for specifics...
I've had the idea that less regulation = faster and easier. Guess there's Pros and cons and complexities to it...
Does that mean no more hot fire penny runners for the OTC ;-; ?
On a side note:
I had a theory that David Lazar is getting all of his shells pink current for this very reason. Because if he doesn't they might get sent to greys forever. He's like a bear stockpiling his fat reserves for the winter, except with shells.
Another guy I know thinks David Lazar is trying to choke off the supply of good shells. This kinda makes sense to me, but there are just so many damn shells. Personally I was thinking my thing was right but idk.
I know very little of finance, but I've always heard reverse mergers are good ways to go public because of less regulation. Im pretty sure that much is true though. (I know this can be abused easily for fraud though..)
I found this recent-ish article by Micheal Goode. I scanned it and got the jist of it at the bottom of the article.
...bruh
Ya bakin' the squeeze bro!!!
I noticed that, unfortunately it was after E*trade filled me only 10,000 shares and then the thing went no volume for a while.
I tried flipping it but it didnt work. ._.
Oh shoot, Janice, I forgot to tell you the ticker was AURI if you still want to know.
Eh, honestly yea. Ppl on this just waiting for a reason to buy. Hope the company comes up with something before the market gets bored.
There has to be at least a thousand tickers on the OTC willing to dilute without a PR. PR's cost companies money, dilution makes them money.
As for pulling the trigger, I think you were right to wait on this. I jumped in a bit too early. I got a half decent average, just a bit too many shares for my account size.
LOL xD I dont mean to break your heart.
Personally, I don't put to much faith in bids or asks. They change with the wind. I care more about what shares traded, and when.
There have been days this ticker has seen a small shot of volume. I've been looking at the time and sales on those days, it's interesting and confusing.
Most of the volume on those days suggests people slapping the ask instead of whacking the bid, but the chart is still relatively flat. I don't really know what to make of it.
My best guess so far is mild dilution with most people holding shares.
First that wall at 13 needs to move though. I'm pretty sure this will run, someone at 0.001 with 160M shares has a vested interest that it does. I just thought it woulda done so months ago.
(When I get tired of waiting I just chat w/ ppl btw xD)
Nahh. It just needs money volume.
Where it closes shouldn't matter much as long as a lot of ppl start trading it.
Liquidity on this is like a desert. It needs a flash flood of volume to get it moving.
Eh, true. Just a shame its been flat for so long. Wonder what the people behind the scenes are up to.
No, I meant its not PRPM. I’m not buying a dead shell.
Looks like its been stuck at trip 1 for the past eternity too.
No. That thing has a 10 billion O/S. Its not flippable.
Oh I meant the chart: no dilution, nobody bag holding on ihub looking for thoughts, no cult, etc.
Ill tell you the ticker Monday if your still curious and don’t find it yourself by then. Its just an empty shell.
No. Its a clean shell.
I dont mean to insult your memory. Its just you come across a lot of people, and personally I dont know if Id be able to remember a guy on a message board.
(If you remember me)
Oh btw, that programming thing I do now is working out so far. Netting $200 a month.
I still trade though, I make more flipping intraday than I do coding sadly.
I think its worth a flip, definitely not holding now that I know what I know. Idk if I wanna post though, iHub has eyes. Its a trip that trades thin though. If you scan filings you’ve probably seen it already.
