I agree. I think we move north of .02 next week and to .04 by year end. When LOI is realized we go north of .10. I have my concerns about the development of Grimes. However, the some kind of inclusion of Hydroslotter into the NewBIGN is great news. Cash flow should be good from that.
I did not feel well after work and went straight to bed. I am feeling better now after reading the news. All in all a great PR.

"Good post Kblog, let me just add somewhat of a contrarian opinion. If a company has the right strategy, naked shorts can be dealt with imo. Unfortunately, very few CEO's of small companies understand the dynamics of the microcap marketplace.
Consider these straightforward strategies.
1. Hire a TA that is totally transparent. One that answers phone calls and gives investors the precise share structure at any time.
2. Keep the float relatively low. Billions of shares outstanding just doesn't cut it and opens companies up to attacks. If there is a transparent TA, and a company has a relatively small float during the initial few years of going public, they can largely remove the influence of naked shorters attacking the stock.
3. File audited financials. Understand SEC filings are very expensive, but a third party accountant willing to put their name to the document is not.
4. Hire an IR that communicates with shareholders the *real* status of corporate projects and forecasts. Follow the Microsoft example of giving guidance quarter after quarter that is conservative, especially in the first few years. Then surprise to the upside during the strong quarters.
5. Have a great website. It's not that hard and not that expensive to build a really professional website.
6. Hold quarterly online or phone call shareholder meetings where the CEO and COO answer questions directly from shareholders.
7. Pull NOBO lists periodically and link the raw data to their website.
That's a start. A small company that does that, makes it very hard for shorts to unethically attack the business. Seems relatively simple to me, but in the real world the practice is very rare in this area of the marketplace. I attribute some of it to CEO's who simply do not have enough experience and knowledge of how the markets work, along with always needed cash to fund their operation by diluting the share structure."
Actually this is Wolverine Gas and Oil.
"In December of 2003, the Wolverine Gas and Oil Corporation — Kings Meadow Ranches 17-1 well drilled into a 487 foot oil column in the Navajo Sandstone. The well established commercial hydrocarbon production in a thrust belt fold located 146 miles from analog production. Completion of the well and subsequent drilling has now established what we call the Covenant Field. Discovery of the Covenant Field has opened up a significant new onshore oil and gas province in the Sevier thrust belt of Central Utah."

makesumgravy...I thought the same thing but the pr eased my concerns for now. I think we have an oil and gas play with some aviation and construction thown in on the side. I did not realize how little could be carted out of the PIT due to the bridge situation. If we do stay 18 months or more we will continue to get $$$$ if the bridge situation is resolved.
Does anyone know anything about the land in S.A.? Are we actively trying to sell or just holding, waiting to decide what to do with all those acres? Anything on this would be appreciated.

per your quote from your visit listed in the header above, "It's no secret that the assets there are worth an estimated $300 million. Phoenix was thinking they would be selling those assets in 10-20 years, now they're thinking it'll be depleted in 3-5 years!" To me that represents a significant part of PBLS PROFIT. Profit is what is needed more than revenue. The PIT has been the leverage to obtain the oil and jets etc. The 'owner' of the PIT wants his fair share. The eviction notice is dated 10/3. This is after the 9/26 release from PBLS you refer to in your post. We lose the PIT or negotiate a large payment to keep the PIT will affect this stock's profitability delaying our march to digits to the left of the decimal point. This will delay filing and take attentions away from business and making money. Also, I think the NSS will only go away with filing which will be further delayed by this development. Just my humble opinion...now fire away.

mksdaddy1 .... NC's post are removed so I can not comment further as I am going from memory. I think he uncovered something that the leesor does not want revealed for whatever reason.
My guess is NC Rookie posted the society page and the society people let it be known that that was not something one does. There is some real money in the PIT and the "owner" has just figured it out.
Niko Heil Thanks for reminding me why I don't post often. If you have been following this stock you would know that with the addition of 5 million dollars of new equipment PBLS said that they would now deplete the PIT in 6 to 8 years. With forecasts of 200 million to 325 million dollars worth of saleable material that works out to 25 to 50 million dollars a year. Much of those monies are profit as oppose to the paltry profit from ProGas and Best Jets as of yet. They are growing these business and sank and will continue to sink money into them until they then become the money makers. It is my opinion people close to this stock are selling and word it out on the street and the sharks are circling. They understand that the cash cow right now is the PIT. I don't talk smack. I give an opinion based on the available information.
Go PBLS
Eviction notice!!!! Interesting twist...losing Pit would be big. How big??? 200-300 million dollars big in lost revenue. Focus would be on 'getting out' rather than getting on with filing and making money. The profitable portion right now that is funding many of the acquisitions is the Pit. Now we really know why the selling is happening. Family and friends don't want to take the chance on this. They will buy back after the "dust" from the Pit settles or start over. If this happens there will be a lot of reshuffling. How would you feel if you sold your business(by receiving restricted shares) to Paul only to find out he can't keep his own baby on board? If this comes back it will be a long time coming.
Just my 2 cents(how many shares is that?).
Go PBLS
How would they be doing that with no trades?
So could this have anything to do with the delay of the LOI? Won't need a name change if we are absorbed by another company.

Wave..... this was an excellent point that I knew, but only realized the importance after you posted, "Acquisitions are made for less money than can be achieved with open disclosure of what other companies took in a buy out." Good reason to delay the filing for a bit. Just don't want to wait for years.... Thanks for the post. Thanks also to ASUS for the call to Paul and post.
cyn' I see you were replied to here so no reply from me except to say that be careful with this one. It will pay off but the CEO is to be watched. My advice check out Frontier and the leases with Eden. Lot's of potential but no execution yet in my mind.
One day closer to filing ladies and gentlemen. This will move dramatically up after that.... unless of course PA front loads a lot of costs for a larger pay day later. Either way MM's are trying hard to get our shares.
Someone is trying hard not to look suspicious buying shares. I look for news soon. Someone "around" the company is buying. As long as I have been in pinkies I can't remember one acting like this, at least none I have owned.
mthead, We went through this whole ordeal about this misstatement before. ...."A producing well in close proximity to our new Nevada leasehold is currently producing in excess of 15,000 barrels of oil per day." It was corrected in a PR. Why don't you quote that PR? And there IS production of oil in that field.
"I'd just like to say in conclusion that I dislike pumpers in the forums more than most. There's nothing wrong with feeling good or positive about a company but don't buy stock based only on those feelings." You forgot to mention don't sell stock on feelings as well. You are upset about your visit to PBLS not being well received and the misstatement about the producing well. I bet you don't own a single share of stock in PBLS, at least that is what you stated months ago. I dislike bashers in forums most that misrepresent representations of the truth. The filing is near and we will see what this company has to offer the investing public.
Go PBLS
Mthead I supported your assertion about the PR and it was retracted. It was a mistake, let it go. I think it is Eden Energy with the producing wells next to PBLS. I can do more research when I get home.

Biogenerics Ltd (BIGN) shares closed at $0.0181 on Tuesday. The investment venture capital company, which engages in the exploitation and distribution of oil and gas reserves in the United States, announced on April 5th the location of its new head office, which will be relocated to 1520 Rice Road, Suite 200, Tyler, Texas, 75703. Not only is the Tyler head office an indicator of Biogenerics growing presence in the oil and gas industry, it also a reflection of the company's growth strategy which focuses on the employment of its strategic partners proprietary technology, such as Hydroslotter Corporation's enhanced oil recovery techniques in existing wells. The state of Texas currently produces more than three times the natural gas than any other state and its continued energy production remains crucial to the success of the U.S. government's domestic energy mandate. Accordingly, Biogenerics move to Tyler will place the company in a prime position to increase oil and gas production in state of Texas as well as a platform to expand into other surrounding states with the goal of facilitating the U.S. government's domestic energy directive. Halada, this really is not off topic. This is right on topic. It is what concerns me about my investment in this stock. For BIGN to make money they need to do more wells. If the equipment is slow to become available then that slows growth, revenue, etc. We don't own enough equipment to take serious advantage of this opportunity. We are too reliant on others for OUR well being.

U.S. environmental regulators are conducting a criminal investigation into the management of pipelines in Alaska's North Slope by British energy group BP PLC (BP), a newspaper reported Thursday. An investigation has been under way for several months by officials at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and was expanded to include a March 2 spill of an estimated 134,000 to 267,000 gallons of crude from a BP-operated pipeline at Prudhoe Bay, The Wall Street Journal reported. For more information, please visit http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/060406/bp_alaska_pipelines.html?.v=3 Thursdays Close: Inflation concerns dominated Wall Street Thursday, with stocks mostly lower as crude prices marched toward $68 per barrel and jobless claims fell. Interest in small-cap and technology stocks pushed the NASDAQ composite index narrowly higher, however, sending the index to its third straight five-year high. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 23.05, or 0.21 percent, to 11,216.50. Broader stock indicators were barely mixed. The Standard & Poor's 500 index lost 2.52, or 0.19 percent, to 1,309.04, and the NASDAQ composite index rose 1.42, or 0.06 percent, to 2,361.17. It was the NASDAQ's best close since Feb. 16, 2001.
Not new news.

Thanks for reply.
I can. "Hydroslotter Corporation is endeavoring to link the Grimes source to commercial pipelines". They are trying to link up? This was not thought out/planned before? If not linked up does not matter what the flowrate is, won't go anywhere. Another delay in bringing up Grimes wells #3 and #4. A longer wait for our share dividend to arrive. This did not tell us anything. Give me the real numbers not more conjecture and delay.
Here is a link to the SEC concerning quiet period.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/quiet.htm
Quiet Period
The federal securities laws do not define the term "quiet period," which is also referred to as the "waiting period." However, historically, a quiet period extended from the time a company files a registration statement with the SEC until SEC staff declared the registration statement "effective." During that period, the federal securities laws limited what information a company and related parties can release to the public.
On June 29, 2005, the Commission voted to adopt modifications to the registration, communications, and offering processes under the Securities Act of 1933. Among many other provisions, the rules update and liberalize permitted offering activity and communications to allow more information to reach investors by revising the "gun-jumping" provisions under the Securities Act. The cumulative effects of these rules are as follows:
Well-known seasoned issuers are permitted to engage at any time in oral and written communications, including use at any time of a new type of written communication called a "free writing prospectus," subject to enumerated conditions (including, in some cases, filing with the Commission).
All reporting issuers are, at any time, permitted to continue to publish regularly released factual business information and forward-looking information.
Non-reporting issuers are, at any time, permitted to continue to publish factual business information that is regularly released and intended for use by persons other than in their capacity as investors or potential investors.
Communications by issuers more than 30 days before filing a registration statement will be permitted so long as they do not reference a securities offering that is the subject of a registration statement.
All issuers and other offering participants will be permitted to use a free writing prospectus after the filing of the registration statement, subject to enumerated conditions (including, in some cases, filing with the Commission). Offering participants, other than the issuer, will be liable for a free writing prospectus only if they use, refer to, or participate in the planning and use of the free writing prospectus by another offering participant who uses it. Issuers will have liability for any issuer information contained in any other offering participant's free writing prospectus as well as any free writing prospectus they prepare, use, or refer to.
The exclusions form the definition of prospectus are expanded to allow a broader category of routine communications regarding issuers, offerings, and procedural matters, such as communications about the schedule for an offering or about account-opening procedures.
The exemptions for research reports are expanded.
A number of these new rules include conditions of eligibility. Most of the rules, for example, are not available to blank check companies, penny stock issuers, or shell companies.
The rules address the treatment under the Securities Act of electronic communications, including electronic road shows and information located on or hyperlinked to an issuer's website. The rules define written communication as any communication that is written, printed, a radio or television broadcast, or a graphic communication. The definition of graphic communication and, thus, electronic road show excludes communications that are carried live and in real-time to a live audience, regardless of the means of transmission. Electronic road shows for initial public offerings of common equity or convertible equity securities will have to make a bona fide electronic road show readily available to an unrestricted audience to avoid filing the electronic road show with the Commission. No other road shows will be subject to filing.
The effective date of the rules is December 1, 2005. For more information, please see Release No. 33-8591 — Securities Offering Reform.
