Wave..... this was an excellent point that I knew, but only realized the importance after you posted, "Acquisitions are made for less money than can be achieved with open disclosure of what other companies took in a buy out." Good reason to delay the filing for a bit. Just don't want to wait for years.... Thanks for the post. Thanks also to ASUS for the call to Paul and post.
