I agree. I think we move north of .02 next week and to .04 by year end. When LOI is realized we go north of .10. I have my concerns about the development of Grimes. However, the some kind of inclusion of Hydroslotter into the NewBIGN is great news. Cash flow should be good from that.

I did not feel well after work and went straight to bed. I am feeling better now after reading the news. All in all a great PR.
