Yesterday Kira and I spent the morning at Mojave Air & Spaceport for the ground breaking of The Space Ship Company (TSC) new assembly hangar for the production of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic ‘s WhiteKnightTwo and SpaceShipTwo.
It was an honor for us to be invited to this special tour of the facility to join Virgin Galactic CEO George Whiteside and, Congress members Kevin McCarthy and Dana Rohrabacher, as they ceremoniously dug into the desert earth on this historic day.
These leaders will make up the new leadership in the House and particularly as it impacts science and technology and most important health care. I am a firm believer that one of the ways that America will again thrive as a world power and rise from the ashes of the present global economic downtown is to embrace our strength as a leader in health care, science, technology and space exploration.
Many of you know I have been a longtime supporter of the California Science Center. In fact the gateway to the Science Center and the Memorial Coliseum is through the Robert H. Lorsch Family Pavilion. Also I am a close personal friend of space folks like Buzz Aldrin, however, you may not be aware that my interest in with space travel goes back to the 1980’s Reagan administration when I was a young advertising and marketing executive working with guys like Bill Gates. At that time I began to launch a wild idea to raise money for NASA by advertising inside the Space Shuttle.
Though at the time everyone thought the idea was a bit too out of the box, I ended up owning rights to advertising in space and am looking forward to someday leveraging those rights to help raise money for companies like MMRGlobal (MMRF), Virgin Galactic and TSC as part of efforts to keep America a leader in this ever-evolving new frontier.
Through my efforts to help fund commercialization in space, every intergalactic traveler will be given an electronic personal health records. The point being that MMRGlobal’s Personal Health Record products represent the only PHR that works anywhere in the world on the ground and will continue to be with travelers anywhere they travel in space.
So go on the adventure with me by visiting Google and researching Bob Lorsch, NASA, Astronaut and Space.. Joining me for nearly 30 years of history demonstrates the stick to-it-ivness of how this CEO approaches a project. And starting in 2014 we believe that millions of Americans will be taking their MMR Personal Health Record with them wherever they go, on earth or in space.

MMRF BLOG Update Nov 2nd 2010
What if someone came along who could teach me how the world works……….. and how to control it?
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health, medical records
It’s been a very busy few weeks at MMRGlobal. Sometimes I think it would be easier if there was a fly on the office wall that could communicate with you. I started taping Boardwalk Empire on HBO Sunday nights. The first few episodes were very exciting. The last few weeks of the program have been life as usual in Atlantic City and many viewers complain it’s boring. However anyone can see HBO is building to a great season ending and so is MMRGlobal. If I could communicate the MMR story with you in real time things would also seem a lot more interesting.
As we go into the 4th quarter we are working on an exciting season ending. I believe there is nothing but greatness ahead for this Company. The biggest surprise will come from the Company’s biotech portfolio where numerous deals are in the works. All of them have the potential to generate revenue for the Company in a relatively short period of time. I wish I could share these substantive developments with you as they happen however I simply cannot. However, when they happen they can make a blockbuster season ending.
This week is a short week as I will spend two days networking at The Fall Health IT Summit (www.ihealthtran.com) meeting with CEOs, government officials and investors. All of these trade show activities are part of the very important process of networking and shaking hands, especially with this one being held one day after election season.
We are negotiating with Kodak on pricing for hundreds of the new Scan Station 550's which will represent a major commitment by the Company before the end of this year. Also one of the most exciting things we are working on is the Henan Province bid in China. For those of you who read Chinese you might find this 300Million RMB contract interesting reading: (http://www.hngp.gov.cn/henan/cgxx/cggg/webinfo/2010/10/27/1287723681776878.htm It is one of many that are surfacing everywhere in China.
All in all it is a very busy time. In addition to the day to day running of the business Kira and I will host The Thalians Ball and celebrate Hugh Hefner’s 85th birthday at The Playboy Mansion April 30th 2011. MMRGlobal will launch its www.MyBlueButton.org program in connection with the event. Check out the link about the event on youtube.com. ERHC Energy Inc.: Exploration and Operations Potential in the Gulf of Guinea, West Africa: Interviews Peter C. Ntephe, Chief Executive Officer of ERHC Energy Inc.
Press Release On Monday November 1, 2010, 12:00 pm
DENVER, Nov. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- EnerCom, Inc. today announced Mr. Peter C. Ntephe, chief executive officer of ERHC Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:ERHE.ob - News), was interviewed by EnerCom's Oil & Gas 360® (www.oilandgas360.com). Mr. Ntephe discusses the company's exploration strategy in West Africa and identifies its asset development in the Gulf of Guinea. The interview transcript is posted on www.oilandgas360.com/media.htm and is now available to download. [ I have added the transcript ]
C. Ntephe, Chief Executive Officer of ERHC Energy Inc.
Oil & Gas 360®: Please tell us a little about your background and how you got started in the oil and gas industry?
Peter Ntephe: I have been in the oil industry in one way or another throughout my career. After my first degree, in law, in the mid-1980s, I joined a leading corporate commercial law practice in Port Harcourt, which is known as the capital of Nigeria’s oil industry and foremost city in the Niger Delta. Virtually everything about business there, including law practice, was about oil. I worked extensively on upstream, midstream and downstream aspects of the industry. To further my career and skills, I earned my first Master’s degree with major concentrations on oil and gas law and environmental law. I have earned other degrees since, including a degree in management. This was at a time when agitation was emerging in the Niger Delta for community rights and environmental protection. My thesis on permanent sovereignty over natural resources and the rights of indigenous peoples made some interesting findings and suggestions.
I also had a stint in the National Assembly of Nigeria working as chief legislative aide to the then Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary and Legal Matters. In that capacity, I was privileged to work on the treaty that gave rise to the Nigeria - SaoTome and Principe Joint Development Zone (JDZ). Subsequently, the opportunity came to join ERHC in 2001 as part of a new management team constituted to turn around the Company’s fortunes following a takeover. I have been with the Company in various capacities since – first, as corporate secretary and then moved into general executive management, having gradually become grounded in all aspects of the Company’s business. I have been fundamentally involved in the Company’s business since I joined, including key participation in the securing, negotiating and maintaining of the Company’s oil and gas interests in the Gulf of Guinea.
OAG360: Tell us about ERHC. What is the company’s exploration and acquisition strategy and provide us your areas of operations?
PN: ERHC is an American oil and gas investment company with an emphasis on West Africa. We focus on identifying undervalued exploration and production (E&P) assets and leveraging our business acumen, connections and relationships with world-class exploration and production companies to realize exceptional value from these assets.
Currently, ERHC has substantial exploration-stage assets in the deepwater Gulf of Guinea. We have working interests in six of the nine Blocks in the JDZ. Our technical partners, Sinopec Corp. and Addax Petroleum (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinopec Corp.), operate three of those blocks. Our portfolio also includes two Blocks of the SaoTome & Principe Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), each of which we currently hold 100%. We have the further option to select up to 15% interest in two additional Blocks following the completion of the EEZ’s First Licensing Round, which is currently in progress.
As we have seen in recent months in the Gulf of Mexico, deepwater exploration is a highly technical endeavor that must not be rushed. We are currently supporting our partners in conducting studies based on the information gathered during a five-well exploratory drilling campaign in JDZ Blocks 2, 3 and 4 that wrapped up in January 2010. Natural gas was discovered in at least three of the wells, all of which were drilled on time and within budget. The ongoing studies will guide decisions regarding how exploration will proceed in the years to come.
Regarding our acquisition strategy, we are in the process of assessing various opportunities along the coast of Sub-Saharan West Africa – both onshore and offshore. This is where we have a real home-field advantage and can add significant value that many others cannot. Our primary objectives are to complement and diversify our current asset portfolio both in terms of development lifecycle and geography. Currently 100% of our assets are exploration-stage in the deepwater Gulf of Guinea. We would like to add development-stage and production-stage assets beyond the deepwater Gulf of Guinea in order to better manage risk and accelerate the pace of achieving revenues.
OAG360: What do you believe investors should be looking at with ERHC? Are there any near-term catalysts analysts should look for?
PN: We have several key initiatives underway, each of which we expect to have a positive impact on the Company’s near-term and long-term valuation.
First, we are making progress toward adding a listing on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange, which will augment our current trading on the OTC BB. The AIM is where our peer companies that are focused on the African oil and gas industry are listed. It is a market that is familiar and comfortable with the opportunities in that part of the world, which we believe will reflect positively on our valuation. An AIM listing also opens the door to institutional investors, most of whom are barred from investing on OTC BB traded companies. And it represents a new pool of capital that can help us to fund future acquisitions.
Second, we are in the process of assessing various acquisition opportunities. For the past few years we have had sufficient cash to fund our operating expenses for the foreseeable future but lacked the larger scale of funds necessary to implement our growth strategy of making new acquisitions. Now we have secured an effective Shelf Registration authorizing ERHC to raise up to $50 million. We carried out the first direct private placement in October to introduce our stock to a new pool of institutional investors and test the appetite of the market. The placement was very successful and enhances our belief that we now have access to the funds required to hasten our acquisition efforts.
Third, we are in discussions with potential operating partners regarding farming into EEZ Blocks 4 and 11, in which ERHC has 100% working interests. Our desire is to structure the relationship with one or more operating partners in the EEZ similar to what we accomplished in JDZ Blocks 2, 3 and 4. In exchange for a portion of our interests, the operating partners agreed to pay us and carry our share of the exploration, development and production costs through to production. Those talks are continuing.
And a fourth factor that could be a near-term catalyst is that we are awaiting the completion of a number of studies to determine how the operators in the JDZ Blocks in which ERHC has interests will proceed with exploration.
OAG360: How is ERHC managing its balance sheet for long-term growth?
PN: We have a very clean balance sheet. Exclusive of the fundraising I mentioned earlier, we have approximately $20 million in cash and cash equivalents. We have no debt to speak of. We also have an extremely streamlined business model with total annual expenses of less than $5 million. The Board has determined that the Company’s cash position, prior to new fund raising, should be devoted to working capital to assure continuity of operations until our current assets or new ones start to produce revenues. This is a key reason we are raising new funds for acquisitions with an emphasis on revenue producing assets to achieve long-term growth.
OAG360: How are you leveraging the technical aspect in managing personnel for your offshore operations in the JDZ?
PN: ERHC has a highly streamlined business model. We operate a management structure that is conventional, and perhaps most efficient, for non-operating companies of our size whereby most of our technical functions are carefully outsourced. We have a Vice President in charge of technical matters, a seasoned engineer, who identifies and assembles the best technical expertise available for our requirements on an as-needed basis. This outsourcing model not only enables us to keep our costs efficient but ensures that we can deploy the specialized technical skills required for each task or project. In three of our JDZ Blocks, we are working with world-class technical partners and they handle the technical aspects. Our Vice President Technical liaises with them to ensure the requisite input we provide in all aspects of the exploration activity there. We focus on what we do best: identifying undervalued assets and helping to overcome whatever obstacles stand in the way of these assets realizing full value.
OAG360: How is ERHC currently making capital allocation decisions between your Joint Development Zone and your Exclusive Economic Zone?
PN: In JDZ Blocks 2, 3 and 4, our portion of the costs of exploration, development and production are being carried through to production by our technical partners. Therefore, there is no capital allocation necessary in those blocks. To date, the amount that our partners have paid on our behalf under the carry arrangement is approximately $60 million, which could have put the Company in a difficult situation if we were paying costs as we go. We will reimburse the operators for our share of the costs out of profits in the event oil and/or gas is produced. We always point out that the beneficial carry arrangements we have are testament to the quality of ERHC’s assets and its managerial commitment to working out cost-efficient strategies that enhance shareholder value.
To date, no Production Sharing Agreements are signed in the other JDZ Blocks in which we have interests, so it is premature to consider capital allocation. In the EEZ, we intend to structure agreements with operating partners with similar carry relationships.
OAG360: Are you currently listing on the LSE? Where is ERHC in the process and what will this do for the company?
PN: ERHC is well advanced with its plans to list on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. When completed, this listing will complement the Company’s current trading on the OTC in the U.S.
In the coming weeks, we expect reports to be completed by the Company’s advisers and independent experts on the Company and its assets. This will include a "Competent Persons Report," which will include an analysis of the Company’s existing portfolio of oil and gas assets conducted by independent engineering firm Netherland Sewell & Associates. The Competent Persons Report will be made public in ERHC’s AIM Admission Document.
A listing on AIM will provide ERHC access to a new pool of capital in a market that is enthusiastic about emerging oil and gas companies and knowledgeable about West Africa’s oil and gas industry. We anticipate that it could also make ERHC more attractive to institutional investors and potentially reduce the volatility of the Company’s share price
OAG360: Do you believe U.S. investors look at oil & gas opportunities in West Africa/Gulf Guinea differently than perhaps European investors? If there are differences, how would you describe the ERHC opportunity so that it is better understood in all markets?
PN: I believe the region currently presents some of the best business opportunities in the world of oil and gas – and yet, in our experience, many investors in America remain hesitant to get involved. European investors generally seem to be more enthusiastic, probably because of their historic involvement in, and geographic proximity to, the African continent. That is one of the motivations for our listing on the AIM. We believe that AIM investors will have a fundamentally better appreciation of ERHC’s assets and value proposition than is typically the case in the U.S.
However, we are not deemphasizing the U.S. markets. To build understanding among U.S. investors, we emphasize the stability throughout the region and the positive track record ERHC has achieved of working cooperatively with governments, regulators and business interests. We tell the story of the substantial assets that we already hold, the world-class partners we have garnered and our home field advantage. We have Board members, management and investors with vast experience of West Africa. We know how to get things done, legitimately, down there. We also point to the profitability of the oil industry in the region and the significant first mover advantages that still exist, particularly with major new discoveries in previously non-producing nations like Ghana and Sierra Leone. We tell the story in terms of ERHC being a strong and proven player in an oil and gas region with incredible prospects.
OAG360: In terms of its strategic position in the global energy market, what do you foresee in the next 5-10 years in terms of West African oil development? Will this remain a frontier region for some time or do you believe the industry is in a position over the next two years to increase production?
PN: The outlook for West African oil and gas development is definitely positive. Nigeria, Angola, Gabon and Equatorial Guinea together continue to provide some of the most prolific oil and gas fields in the world. Just last week, one of the majors announced a significant new discovery, at the Mpungi well in Block 15/06, offshore Angola. There have also been significant discoveries, of recent, in previously non-producing countries in West Africa. These include the Jubilee field, offshore Ghana, with a reported upside potential of up to 1.8 billion barrels and recoverable reserves in excess of 600 million barrels, which was discovered in 2007 and is expected to go into production by the end of the year. In summer this year, another major discovery, comparable to the Jubilee Field, was announced following drilling in the Tano License also offshore Ghana. Up the coast, in Sierra Leone, the Venus discovery, reportedly quite substantial, was announced this summer by the American company operating the relevant license. These new discoveries potentially set up an exploration play of more than 700 miles stretching across the coasts of Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Last month, one of the majors, an American company, announced that it had been granted approval to acquire majority stakes and operatorship in three blocks offshore Liberia which, it believed, were on trend with the new deepwater Cretaceous discoveries in the region.
So these are exciting times for West African oil and gas development. Considering that this region is the principal focus of ERHC, I’m sure you can understand our considerable excitement about the prospects for our company.
OAG360: What considerations would you suggest investors prioritize in terms of the security challenges which have impacted Gulf of Guinea oil development and production?
PN: Our assets in the Gulf of Guinea are 200 kilometers offshore, so the security challenges that some near-shore drilling operations have faced in the past have not been a major factor for us. And while I do not want to diminish the seriousness of security, I also want to assert that some of the lingering concerns about security may be somewhat outdated. The governments, oil and gas industry and community
leaders have worked hard to achieve marked improvements in relations.
At the behest of governments throughout the region, the oil and gas industry in West Africa reinvests millions of dollars in communities through corporate social responsibility programs that support healthcare, education and infrastructure improvements and it is making a big difference. That’s a story that doesn’t get told enough.
OAG360: What is your assessment of the role of China in accelerating development in the Gulf of Guinea and other offshore African oil frontiers?
PN: I can’t speak highly enough about Sinopec Corp. They are a terrific partner and I believe their involvement in the Gulf of Guinea is very positive for all involved. We reached agreement to bring Sinopec Corp. into the Joint Development Zone as the operator of JDZ Block 2 in early 2006 and since then have had an excellent partnership with them. In terms of their relationship with us on the JDZ, you could not wish for a better partner. What is unique about Sinopec Corp. is that they approach challenges with a long-term mindset and that is the reason they are gaining a foothold in West Africa. This big picture view can really pay off in oil and gas exploration, and we are very fortunate to have Sinopec Corp. as our partner.
OAG360: Some have made comparisons between pre-salt formations offshore Brazil and the geologic similarities to certain West African regions. In those areas where ERHC is active, do you believe the geology is similar to offshore Brazil? Are other areas in Africa, for instance further south off of Namibia, Angola and Gabon more similar to pre-salt geology in the Santos and Campos Basins?
PN: I am sure the geologists and other earth scientists will have a lot to say about continental drift and plate tectonics. But there is quite a degree of acceptance of certain geological (and even biological) similarity or complementariness between the Brazilian and Western African coastlines. Since the large discoveries in pre-salt formations offshore Brazil, commencing with Tupi in 2006, there has been the belief that pre-salt formations offshore Angola and other African countries in the vicinity will yield similar discoveries as in Brazil. We certainly hope so as that will only serve to take an already prolific region to a whole new level.

New MMR Blog Oct 21 - Another Kodak Moment….
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
This weekend Rich and AJ, along with MMRGlobal Kodak resellers, will be in New Orleans, sharing a booth with Kodak at the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Annual Conference.
The two companies plan on announcing a new revenue generating development in document imaging for health care professionals specifically involving MMRPro (www.mmrmdvideos.com).
I wish I could say more about it, however Kodak is the lead on this announcement, which should be an exciting “Kodak Moment” for MMR.
More than a thousand hospital and medical group administrators, physicians, government officials will have the opportunity to see, hands- on, the product innovations that will help revolutionize health IT, which of course will include the latest demonstrations of MMRPro.
Kodak has been one of MMR’s strongest strategic partners and I can’t say enough about their commitment to technological wizardry and their dedicated management and staff who regularly contribute to MMR’s future.
New Orleans is back, thanks to many, including the legendary food, jazz, and the great people that have persevered. If you’re in the neighborhood over the weekend, drop by the MMR/Kodak booth and then pick up some beads on Bourbon Street.

I keep a silver fortune cookie holder on my desk at home. It’s a gift from a friend many years ago. I store my favorite fortune cookie fortunes inside. Every once in a while the spiritual playful being inside of me goes to read one. This morning the one I pulled said “Your determination will make your dreams reality”.
In my world nothing ever comes easy, it seems I work hard for what comes to me. However determination requires focus and this week I will be focusing on a number of very exciting opportunities at MMRGlobal.
For example this week we will be back in the Bay area for follow up meetings with Verizon, development meetings with Medic-Alert and one of the world’s largest travel resellers which is working with us on a plan to offer a MyMedicalRecords.com PHR with travel packages they sell.
Everyone who knows anything about our products understands the potential significance they can have on the travel industry. This meeting will be the culmination of several months of effort from the new travel and benefits group the Company launched last quarter.
This coming weekend the Company will be in New Orleans attending the Medical Group management Annual Association Conference (MGMA) in a shared booth with Kodak where we will introduce the next generation of MMRPro.
We are also actively working with Unis on an RFQ for the biggest health exchange system that the Company has ever participated in for Henen Province in China. In a word, Henen Provence is very BIG. The proposal can affect more lives than any similar program of its kind anywhere in the world.
I spent the weekend talking with an RHL Group associate in England who has begun the process of introducing the Company’s Personal Health Record to the private sector in Europe, starting with an initiative with Johnson and Johnson UK. I have always believed that a PHR as a packaged goods premium has tremendous potential, because many of J&J products are used from birth this is a unique opportunity to establish a PHR account for the life of a child. Consumers sign up for free and once an account is established they could have the option to keep it by continuing to buy J&J products or paying a small fee.
On the Chartis front we are closer than ever to an announcement of a new Chartis product and plan on launching a Chartis wide training program with MMR advisor Astronaut Buzz Aldrin’s help later this month.
Last week we were introduced to a woman in elementary school education who suggested that our PHR be offered to students and boy and girl scouts as the ID system that replaces the school wallet card ID which cost parents to maintain in response to Megan’s law initiatives.
The MMR personal health record system would enable a family to have one account for all the kids, parents and pets and serve as an ongoing revenue generating program to a school or scout troop many years into the future.
In my “spare time” the Company will continue to focus on the numerous merger & acquisition prospects we have been in talks with over these past many weeks.
As I was putting away my silver fortune cookie holder I saw one other fortune, It said….”those who are impatient will eventually feel like fools”. I often remind myself when you enjoy the journey the destination takes care of itself.

Kira and I just got home from a memorable dinner with Elon Musk at SpaceX. It was on behalf of a man I truly support Congressman Dana Rohrabacher. In attendance was a collection of billionaires (and multi-millionaires-it costs money to build rockets) from Space Exploration to Hospitals and Health Care to Heinz Corp. (catsup). We all h...ope Dana will become Chair of The House Science Committee after the November election. That would be very good for Space Advertising http://articles.latimes.com/2007/jun/10/business/fi-sunprofile10 and most important MMRGlobal (OTC:MMRF) and its MyMedicalRecords.com products. Now I will grab 2 hours of sleep after another 22 hour day before my flight to San Francisco. Then I am trying to be back late tomorrow for the launch of ESafe this week and most important Kira's birthday.

Fundamentally Speaking
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Yesterday, a very surprising circumstance occurred when a trading entity I had never heard of, CSTI (Collin Stewart), sold many hundreds of thousands of shares of MMRF at what appeared to be market orders. As a result over a million shares traded down. Of course, whoever did has the unquestioned right to do so. However, I do not understand why this time was chosen.
To put the record straight, as of this moment, I know of NO FUNDIMENTAL REASON that they should have sold this stock
It is important for our shareholders to understand this because there have been a selected group of individuals who have written the Company, posted on the internet and speculated to others that the individuals and/or group mentioned above are most responsible. All we know is that a broker/dealer, CSTI, is the seller of record. That is a street name, and so the actual identity of the seller may never be known.
We believe that the timing for the actual seller will most likely prove to be unfortunate, as MMR continues to actively execute on its business plan. What concerns me is that many people do not care about that fact. They simply care about their rhetoric and for a limited period of time their ability to flex their muscles on their various blogs and social networking sites.
We have invited all these people to contact the Company, Duchess and I directly to get facts surrounding any concerns they have. But they choose to hide behind their email addresses, blogs, MySpace, Facebook and other social networking sites.
I know there are many who will read this blog who believe in this Company and care about the work that goes into it, and for that I truly appreciate your support.
How often have you heard the expression “If only I was a fly on the wall.” If you were you would learn the exciting details about MMR’s continued discussions with companies in the healthcare, banking, travel, insurance, biotech and other industries as well as details of the numerous M&A opportunities which we are considering.
I wish I could publish news releases on all these events as they happen, however in many cases the Companies we do business with require that we sign non-disclosure agreements for competitive reasons. In fact we have signed three such agreements in the past two weeks. These agreements prevent us from talking specifically about what we’re doing until both sides mutually agree to a transaction to sell or jointly develop our products and services which in many cases can take years.
That being said, I believe the share price of MMRGlobal is undervalued. Thank you for your continuing confidence and support of MMRGlobal.

The More You Put Into the Universe the More You Get Back
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Sometimes as I go through my very busy 18 hour (average) days I forget what life is about. I become immersed in the happenings of business, MMR’s responsibilities to its customers and shareholders and, most important, what the outcome is of all the energy we expend.
When I was very young (we’re talking 11) I was fortunate enough to meet a man named “Mel” who told me to always remember “the more you put into the universe the more you get back.”
At 11, I am not sure I really got the message, but throughout my years I realize more than ever how accurate and influential that statement was to my life. In my 20s, I became President of an advertising and sales promotion agency. And we somehow began to specialize in cause-related marketing.
As many of you know, cause-related marketing, simply put, means giving a portion of the revenue from an ad or promotion campaign to charity. As a result, we became one of the largest sales promotion agencies in the United States. Ultimately, we were absorbed into the Saatchi & Saatchi empire and had caused substantially more than ten million dollars to go to charity from our clients. These organizations included Special Olympics, UNICEF, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and numerous others.
Shortly thereafter, with SmarTalk’s market cap at times in excess of one billion dollars, I retired into philanthropy. As a result, The RHL Foundation Trust contributed additional millions of dollars to organizations like DARE America, the California Science Center (where the Robert H. Lorsch Family Pavilion is the gateway to the museum), The Thalians Mental Health Organization, Wildlife WayStation (

MMRGlobal Takes To The Airwaves Again
I like hearing from our stockholders and others interested in the Company. One individual who writes me on occasion and regularly writes about the Company under the “handle” Threeflight, sent me the following on Monday this week:
“Bob, ?? I want you to know I think that overall, you have done a wonderful job there at MMRF. You are probably the CEO I respect the most of any OTC CEO I know, and for sure you are in the top echelon of all CEO’s I know, including the big board CEO’s. I sincerely mean that. Same goes for you as a person. I would consider it a privilege to buy you a beer and talk about the wonderfulness that is MMRF. ?? Best of luck.”
Although his comments are greatly appreciated I realize that Threeflight may not agree with all my decisions. However it’s hard work building a company from the ground up in this difficult economic time. Meanwhile we are fortunate to be in a space where our Personal Health Records products could become a way of life as Obamacare rolls out over the next several years.
Today we will announce that we are expanding our advertising and promotion activities not only on TV, in tonight’s Hallmark Channel Special “The Spirit of Mississippi,” telecast at 6 pm, EST, and during the Labor Day weekend we will have launched a Listener Loyalty Radio Program with Clear Channel Communications to 75% of the 18+ U.S. population, via more than 800 radio stations reaching more than 97 million listeners every week. Listeners will be directed to MMR’s website to take advantage of the Company’s end of summer Labor Day promotion of a 30-day trial offer and $25 toward a new subscriber’s next visit with their doctor (www.mmrvideos.com).
Clearly, promotions and advertising take money, which has a lot to do with the decisions management makes on a daily basis. Without access to capital a Company simply cannot grow and compete in a competitive marketplace. If you still have not signed up for your own Personal Health Record, this would be an ideal time. So visit MyMedicalRecords at www.mymedicalrecords.com and “Listen Up”, as they say, and thank you for your interest in and support of MMRGlobal.com. Happy Labor Day!

Moving Day
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Today is moving day and tomorrow will be the first day of MMRGlobal at our new location at 4401 Wilshire Blvd. 2nd Floor, Los Angeles California 90010. We will be at Associated Television Headquarters building (http://www.associatedtelevision.com/).
ATI is the Company’s strategic media and advertising partner. Our corporate office space will increase by nearly 300% to serve you better.
Being in the ATI building will enable the company to take advantage of ATI’s international media marketing relationships and participate more actively in promoting MMR’s consumer and professional products and services on the vast array of ATI’s Television programming, such as you recently saw on The Daytime Emmy Awards broadcast live on CBS.
Our phone numbers will not change. However if you call Investor Relations before Monday please understand moving is exactly what it’s cracked up to be and it may take an extra day to get back to you.

A cloud does not know why it moves in just such a direction and at such a speed, it feels an impulsion….this is the place to go now.
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Today is the first day of post filing and it’s off to the races, which to me means business as usual. (If there is such a thing as usual at MMRGlobal).
Starting now visitors to the MyMedicalRecords.com site will be treated to an industry first promotion program entitled “Check-Up” which gives users to our site a $25.00 cash refund after their first Doctor visit as an MMR Member. I believe this is the first time that a product of our type has deployed traditional cash refund sales promotion strategies to market its products and services. So if you do not have an MMR account now would be a great time to set one up.
We promised a series of advertising and promotion programs. The light box concept that serves this offer up was created from the Daytime Emmy Awards program. We served a similar trial offer with great conversions and this is the next step in designing our consumer product site to be in consumers faces with reasons to buy.
Over the next month you will see offers like this featured on many of your favorite travel, health and entertainment related sites. We are also perusing a segment on Personal Health Records in the Emmy Award winning television show “The Doctors”, and looking at numerous other audience placement opportunities (although in Hollywood one never knows where opportunities come from).
A lot of information came out on the Company yesterday and if anyone has any questions I will go do my best to be available should you contact us.
This line from Illusions seemed very appropriate “A cloud does not know why it moves in just such a direction and at such a speed, it feels an impulsion….this is the place to go now”……..
Since I think MMRGlobal is clearly headed in the right direction at the right time. And clearly as more and more people find out about this Company it should be good for all involved.
I hope all of our customers, friends and shareholders will continue to join this very exciting journey with me.

THE MORE YOU PUT OUT IN THE UNIVERSE THE MORE YOU GET BACK……..
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Yesterday an article appeared in OTC Showcase. The article is entitled “MMRGLOBAL CEO WINS 2ND APPEAL WITH USDA; HAS THE USDA GONE ROGUE?” The writer Andrew Klips has been involved daily in the stock market, primarily the small caps, for nearly 15 years teaching young traders market psychology and technical analysis. His articles are published across the web and in industry publications. According to the writer “OTC Showcase is a website designed to bring exposure to small cap companies with ethical business practices and potential.”
The article profiles me and my seven year battle with the USDA which began in an effort to save more than 800 wild and exotic animals located at the Wildlife WayStation (WWS) north of Los Angeles. In my unofficial role as “Best Friend” to the WayStation I helped the non-profit sanctuary, which has rescued and rehabilitated over 70,000 animals since its inception, correct more than 400 violations to come into compliance and regain its State Fish and Game and USDA Licenses. Details of the matter are discussed in the article at http://www.otcshowcase.com/?p=817. By coincidence of timing the most recent USDA decision is within days of the well-publicized USDA firing of Shirley Sherrod.
The case started in 2003 when the USDA filed a complaint against the Wildlife WayStation for code violations. During a meeting at the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors where I was assisting the Wildlife WayStation on zoning matters, I asked representatives of the USDA what would happen if the WayStation could not cure all the violations. I was told that a large portion of the animal population could be euthanized. I told the representative of the USDA that attended that meeting by phone that was not an acceptable outcome. And I went to work helping the nonprofit organization cure all of the then pending violations which took years. I called on friends, business associates, local law enforcement and celebrities in the Hollywood community.
After the Wildlife WayStation raised and spent millions on compliance and received all necessary permits and licenses from county, state and federal agencies, the USDA filed a lawsuit, apparently with complete disregard for the lives of these animals. As part of the 2nd amended complaint to the lawsuit (in what seemed like a vendetta), I was brought into the case personally. The USDA pursued the organization for seven years in what I would describe as a giant waste of taxpayer money and seven figures of defense costs. In the interim, the Wildlife WayStation still exists today and continues to save the lives of countless animals that otherwise might not be alive.
After a 3 week trial Marc R. Hillson, Chief Administrative Law Judge, stated in his first Decision in the case, “In many ways, the government’s case against Lorsch illustrates the maxim that ‘no good deed goes unpunished.’
Many of you know me through press releases, blogs and bulletin boards however you do not know me personally. So I felt this story gave me an opportunity to share my passion for getting things done and to let you know that I will continue to take that same passion and intensity to everything I do including MMRGlobal and continued philanthropic endeavors. The video link that follows shows some of that passion http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46tDuo-Q1ds.
I am fortunate to have been the recipient of many awards, including D.A.R.E. America’s “Future of America Award”; the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s “Humanitarian of the Year Award”, the Wildlife Way Station’s “Paws of Fame Humanitarian Award and the prestigious “C” Flag Private Sector Initiative from the White House during the Reagan Administration for raising millions of dollars for the financing of state and local earthquake preparedness education and many others. I attribute my knowledge from earthquake and disaster preparedness to the development of some of the company’s patented emergency features located on MMRGlobal’s www.mymedicalrecords.com website. So I plan on continuing to pour into the universe and believe that as a result much will come back.

Red Eye to Chicago……….
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
I just finished the first round of meetings after last nights red eye to Chicago. I made it to the hotel at 6:30AM and by the time this gets posted I will be deep in the middle of presenting MMRPro to a hospital representing over 500 doctors.
Tomorrow I will depart Chicago and head off to Kodak headquarters in Rochester to begin plans for an official rebranding of a special MMRGlobal version of Kodak’s ScanStation 520 and CapturePro software being developed exclusively for use with MMRPro.
We are planning on introducing the new MMRPro system later this year where it will be featured as a new Kodak SKU. Ultimately this will make it easier for MMR to distribute its products and services through the Kodak distributor and re-seller channel. We will soon announce the first specific distribution agreement with Kodak’s larger customers and we look forward to continuing our participation with Kodak at trade shows throughout the coming year.
After a busy two days in Rochester I will spend Friday in New York with Chartis. We will continue our efforts to launch our products to Chartis affiliates such as TravelGuard within the US and Canada. These are markets that are not included in our existing worldwide agreement with Chartis. I will say that penetrating the insurance industry is like swimming into the bow of a battleship. However slow and steady, we continue to make progress while plans to brand and translate MyEsafeDepositBox are in the works as part of our existing Chartis International agreement.
Many of you are aware that I have been CEO of Lorsch Creative Network (LCN) which was one of the largest sales promotion agencies in the US. LCN created Information Access Advertising in the 80’s and represented both Airtouch, now Verizon for more than a decade, after which I founded SmarTalk, ultimately retiring to a career of philanthropy until 2005 when MyMedicalRecords was founded.
Starting in the fall and throughout 2011, I plan on leveraging that decade of agency relationships and more than 20 years of friendships to bring our consumer and patented emergency products to cellular handsets everywhere.
And if all this is not enough to keep the team at MMR busy, there continues to be exciting things happening with our biotech assets. Stay tuned…….

You are never given a wish without being given the power to make it true.
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
I see from newspaper reports that some 35 million Americans will be going on the road this summer. Americans traditionally do that – usually it’s for well-deserved leisure vacations. But as the CEO of MMRGlobal, a company in the midst of the largest transformation of health care in America’s history, my travels will be less leisure as I spend next week in Chicago, Rochester and New York.
The Company’s management team and I will be in Chicago for the first
on-site presentation of MMRPro to Alexian Health Systems, which could represent the first hospital endorsed introduction of MMRPro.
From Chicago, both the MMRGlobal Management team and Kodak’s management team will meet in Rochester for a full day summit, where we expect to announce a private-label version of MMRPro, (www.MMRMDVideos.com) incorporating a yet to be announced upgraded Version of Capture Pro. This is designed to insure much more involvement from the Kodak dealer and distributor sales organization.
Rich Teich and I will then move on to New York for two tracks of meetings. Rich will meet with the Chartis domestic marketing team and I will meet with Chartis executives on the plans for rolling out international after the summer break. This will be a very exciting trip because none of the Chartis domestic units are part of the Company’s existing agreement.
Then it’s back to Los Angeles where we will spend the last half of the month moving into MMRGlobal’s new corporate office which will take up a full floor in the Mid-Wilshire financial Center of Los Angeles.
At the same time, the Company will launch the new MyESafeDepositBox which can be seen at www.chartisesafe.com. Once that product gets released in August it will begin the deployment of the Chartis brand worldwide.
Yes, it will be hot in Chicago, Rochester and New York City, but not as hot as it will be in Washington, D.C., when congress returns from their annual vacation to tackle the Obama Administration’s massive restructuring of America’s health care. As MMRPro takes off and starts to run itself through the Kodak sales Force, I intend to lay the groundwork with our various advisors so that their representation in our nation’s capitol, can efficiently and quickly respond to questions returning lawmakers may have, or to provide them with additional information they may need during what promises to be a very hot election cycle.
There won’t be much time to settle in to the new offices since preliminary plans are to launch in India this fall while we begin to build out our data center in China. This is an exciting time for MMRGlobal, as government agencies; corporations large and small, physicians, medical groups and hospitals, and consumers become more focused on Electronic and Personal Health Records. You are never given a wish without being given the power to make it true. You may have to work for it, however.

It’s still hot in Las Vegas, 105 degrees predicted for today, and the excitement is building at the Las Vegas Hilton. As an Executive Producer I believe tonight will be nothing short of an extraordinary show. As a sponsor and advertiser MMRGlobal will be showcased with some extraordinary acts, which we will all see in just a few short hours. If you haven’t seen Blue Man Group, or the latest Cirque du Soleil show in person, the next time you’re in Las Vegas, check it out. The Kiwanis are ending a convention at the hotel. I understand their biggest thrill was seeing Regis Philbin in the elevators. Celebrities are moving regularly in and out of rehearsal, including The Lion King ensemble.
Everybody’s talking about what illusion David Copperfield is going to wow the audience with. It’s a tightly guarded secret, as you can imagine. Marie Osmond and Tony Orlando are expected to show up along with Garth Brooks. Yesterday was a scene when Dick Clark checked into the hotel. This is an All-Star event that will be broadcast to an estimated audience of more than 6 million.
MMRGlobal is proud to be a part of tonight’s exciting event. In order to respond to the thousands of people we project will hit our website, for additional information, we ourselves are in last minute rehearsals (under construction) of a special Emmy promotion page which you can sneak preview at http://www.mymedicalrecords.com
