New MMRF Blog update

Fundamentally Speaking
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health

Yesterday, a very surprising circumstance occurred when a trading entity I had never heard of, CSTI (Collin Stewart), sold many hundreds of thousands of shares of MMRF at what appeared to be market orders. As a result over a million shares traded down. Of course, whoever did has the unquestioned right to do so. However, I do not understand why this time was chosen.

To put the record straight, as of this moment, I know of NO FUNDIMENTAL REASON that they should have sold this stock

It is important for our shareholders to understand this because there have been a selected group of individuals who have written the Company, posted on the internet and speculated to others that the individuals and/or group mentioned above are most responsible. All we know is that a broker/dealer, CSTI, is the seller of record. That is a street name, and so the actual identity of the seller may never be known.

We believe that the timing for the actual seller will most likely prove to be unfortunate, as MMR continues to actively execute on its business plan. What concerns me is that many people do not care about that fact. They simply care about their rhetoric and for a limited period of time their ability to flex their muscles on their various blogs and social networking sites.

We have invited all these people to contact the Company, Duchess and I directly to get facts surrounding any concerns they have. But they choose to hide behind their email addresses, blogs, MySpace, Facebook and other social networking sites.

I know there are many who will read this blog who believe in this Company and care about the work that goes into it, and for that I truly appreciate your support.

How often have you heard the expression “If only I was a fly on the wall.” If you were you would learn the exciting details about MMR’s continued discussions with companies in the healthcare, banking, travel, insurance, biotech and other industries as well as details of the numerous M&A opportunities which we are considering.

I wish I could publish news releases on all these events as they happen, however in many cases the Companies we do business with require that we sign non-disclosure agreements for competitive reasons. In fact we have signed three such agreements in the past two weeks. These agreements prevent us from talking specifically about what we’re doing until both sides mutually agree to a transaction to sell or jointly develop our products and services which in many cases can take years.

That being said, I believe the share price of MMRGlobal is undervalued. Thank you for your continuing confidence and support of MMRGlobal.
