An advantage of living in UTC+7. When I go to sleep the market opens and when I wake up I see the result of the day. Otherwise I would indeed be checking 47 times/day.
So basically I could use SYEP at IB because in the end it doesn't matter and I can make a few bucks lending out my shares to IB?
Any drawback risk in losing my shares in some unforeseen event?
Thx for your valuable feedback Xena. :)
PS: can't change brokers easily because I'm not in the US nor EU.
GrowthMindset already replied, but will try to post a link to the image they used:

Supposedly it's the Charging Bull, a bronze sculpture that has become the symbol of Wall Street.
Anyone noticed the image Niocorp used on their FB page to announce the shelf registration? Let's hope it's a sign for the things to come! :)
Can you please stop with your $NIOBF text blocks? It looks very childish.
Where and how can I vote?
Once you get a multi-monitor setup you'll wonder how you could ever managed with only one. :)
Don't worry, nothing wrong with my sleep. :) I'm used to crypto volatility anyway. ;)
Bought my first shares of Niocorp 6-7 years ago ago but I bought them on the OTC because it was cheaper with my Belgian broker.
I just hold until the mine get's done, etc but I'm not buying more at this point. Got enough shares atm. Still got patience but I hope Niocorp will wake up the next few months/years. :)
But now I want to move from my Belgian broker to Interactive Brokers but they don't have NIOBF, but they have NB. Do you or anyone else know of a way to swap NIOBF for NB instead of selling NIOBF and buy NB? I asked IB but it seems they are very busy atm so no reply yet.
Ah well, 8 minutes to open! ;)
Hi Putz,
I see you post pre-market almost every or every trading day. But can you please explain more about what you think is going to happen or what the numbers are telling you? Just being curious about it. :)
Ftr: I live in an opposite time zone so when the OTC opens it's almost bed time and when I wake up the market is closed. But that's a good thing, otherwise I would check constantly the movement of the price. :)
Best regards,
iD.
I was talking about news, not about selling.
Investors want news but it's July. It's holiday time. Wait until September imo.

Everything is dropping. Holidays are coming, long weekend, profit taking, summer time is slow time, maybe some tax issues, etc...
Did you change nicks?
And fyi I can fall in love with any stock I want. And LWLG is one of the pack.
No, I won't. I'd rather keep my shares.
So true.
Haha, same here! Let's ride! :)
Doesn't really matter. I'll still have the same amount of shares at the end of this week. :)
I agree.
I agree, have them both also.
Would love to see NIOBF rise so I can sell some and put more in LWLG/POETF. :)
I'm pretty sure they won't. Neither will I. :)
I was talking and comparing to the crypto market, hence the word: 'IF'. ;)
But I'm glad the drop won't happen!
Not selling any share.
I'm with you, I'm not selling anything even if it should drop. The sky is the limit with this stock!
Got me some because I'm pretty sure everything with photonics will be big business the coming era. Especially below a buck. Also have LWLG.
If OTC stocks act like crypto... as soon as the news hits that LWLG is approved for NASDAQ, the price will drop. Buy the rumor, sell the news is how it usually works over there. :)
But even if that happens, I'm sure the price will recover fast and will keep going up. ;)
Afaik, you were always negative on Niocorp and now you told a few times already that financing is imminent? Why would you think that or are you just being sarcastic?
Ah ok, that makes sense. You only see the MM's highest bid. So when that gets filled, it goes to the next bid.
In my previous post to Putz I talked about crypto exchanges, there you see the whole order book. That's why I couldn't understand what was happening on otcmarkets.com. :)
Thanks Putz, trying to get my head around the OTC market and the MM's. I'm used to crypto exchanges... you can trade whatever amount you want 24/24 7/7 on them and it's instant. So for me it feels like OTC is slow. :)
But Niocorp is my biggest holding, including my crypto holdings and I don't mind the slower trading at all. I normally go to bed when the OTC markets open and when I wake up I see the new price. :)
BTW, I don't really trade, I just accumulate. :)
Thx! So there are MM's who just want to buy/trade 100 shares?
Next question: I have a bid for 1.03. But it doesn't show up. Is it possible the MM's group my bid with a higher or lower bid?
Yes, newbie questions, I know. :)
I have no idea, it says 'size'.
When I go here: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NIOBF/quote
It says:
REAL-TIME LEVEL 2 QUOTE
MPID BID PRICE SIZE TIME
CDEL 1.06 10,000 10:02
VALX 1.05 9,500 09:59
OTCX 1.05 5,832 09:52
INTL 1.05 20,100 09:57
JANE 1.04 1,000 09:54
NITE 1.04 100 09:55
ETRF 1.04 100 10:02
So I wonder what the 'SIZE' means.
OTCmarkets.com, size question:
Do I need to multiply the sizes I see there?
For example:
ETRF 1.04 100
Does ETRF want to trade 100 shares or do I need to multiply it by 100 or something?
Thanks! ;)
As far as I understand it: organic growth means natural rising of the stock price because of company performance and values. As in no tricks used in pushing the stock higher.
Just as a quick example: a stock is trading at $1 and they want to go to Nasdaq who requires a $4 stock. Now this company could do a reverse 4-1 split so every share becomes 4$ and they could get listed on Nasdaq. As said, just a simple example, it won't probably work but you get the idea. :)
Thanks Richard and x993231 for your insights! Feeling confident in LWLG for sure!
Not want to scare people or something but what about this tech (Researchers develop ultra-fast polymer modulators that can take the heat)?
https://phys.org/news/2020-11-ultra-fast-polymer-modulators.html
How will this influence LWLG (if at all)?
If there were already posts about this, I apologize and I'll need to search them.
PS: long time lurker here on the NIOBF and LWLG boards. GL to all the longs! :)
Good question Landmark, I'm new to trading and I was wondering about it myself. :)
