(877) 338-7305 Is ph. Number for greenlinkfunding
tel:8559711625 Is number for greenlink merchants
Two different companies
Let’s get our facts straight so there may be less confusion and less ammunition
for those who want to hold this stock back.
Greenlinkfunding.com started in 1992 is based in Irvine CA and has between 500 and 1000 employees.
Different owner.
Greenlinkmerchants.com is the company we should be talking about.
Don’t think the person adding info is aware two businesses can share same name.
Some of the company info posted above is wrong. Two different companies up there.
No doubt. I have 35 mil. Bought at ones twos and threes. Got a chunk into this puppy but getting a warm fuzzy feeling about new direction and with whom.
Totally agree...great post.
It’s nice to read material that is from the heart and gut.
That’s essentially all we have to go on when playing OTC.
There is only one thing in this world a man truly owns........that
Is his word.
It is relatively easy to see who on this board subscribes to
that point of view.
I have spoken to principals since my last post.
I am accumulating.
Footnote: There is a full time growmaster on site. As I stated earlier, the friend I sent is a grower and had a chance to converse with her briefly. He said she seemed very knowledgeable and he also said that the plants growing looked “Really Good”.
I can’t comment on the filings.
He went last Friday
I don’t live in CA
All I know is it is operational.
There are employees.
They are growing.
They are processing last harvest.
They are expanding.
The amount of grow space they have at this time exceeds market cap at 200/sq ft
Glad to at least contribute this much. I owe it to this site and to this board.
That’s all I know. hope it helps.
Ok I need to set the record straight.
This is my first post in years.
While I haven’t posted I have followed these boards and have done well listening to the right people.
I found this stock at .50 and bought quite a bit up to .53 when I filled my position.
I have a friend who is a grower that lives about an hour away.
I paid him to spend the time to go check it out.
Lucky for me a principal was there and agreed to meet with him and give him a tour.
This company is operational. They are growing and expanding what my friend thinks is concurrent with PRs
I’m holding because it is my estimation that 2018 revenue will far exceed current market cap.
Hope this helps investors who are hesitant because of the trash talk.
I think the size of the test kit will be relatively small compared to the technology that existed then. I'm hoping the portable kit will be the size of a briefcase. Something for which one wouldn't need an extra vehicle. I may be way off we will find out in time.
This is an interesting topic because it begs a personal product made by BLOZF for the marijuana user to make sure he or she would be negative for THC before driving.
Management definitely has a lot of skin in the game. They want what is best for the shareholders of course. I was told that the company is exploring all options with the best interests of the shareholders in mind. Hope that helps.
Management is on record as saying they will be targeting zero tolerance states first. And remember, there is a large market for our product in the civilian sector. The company will monetize on schedule and exploit all avenues of revenue IMO. The laws are changing and it wont take that much research and legislation to establish a national baseline in terms of amount to be deemed illegal. Many states may decide to adopt zero tolerance so the product would not need to establish a quantitative assay but only and qualitative one. By that time our product will have been in use in the zero tolerance states as well as in the private sector.
Do I believe that as soon as a commercial version is available every state will adopt it? No, of course not. Do I believe widespread adoption of our product will occur within 2 years of debut? Most definitely. BLOZF Long.
I did my DD early on with this company. I always expected to hold this for 2 years min. The alpha version surpassed my expectations of what the product should look like and how it would be operated. It is as close to the existing alcohol breath technology used by law enforcement as one could get. There is not another competitor that anyone has found with a product that will be so readily assimilated into the existing law enforcement practices. Our product is the obvious choice. Thanks for all the great information on this board. BLOZF Long.
I didn't personally see any majors but I was only there for part of one day. I did see several journalists and met with the owner of an investment newsletter(made a point to pitch Cannabix to him). Also, there were several freelance production crews there that could potentially sell that footage to a major. Being that it was a three day event, I would assume there was national coverage at some point.
I apologize for misspelling Fourth Amendment.
Yes, we covered this months ago. The debate centers around the unconstitutionality of DNA collection. At face value it violates the Forth Amendment.
But let's talk about dollars and cents.
1. The product in question cost is $5000.00/unit.
2. User must have additional and costly devices to operate.
3. The manufacturer is in Europe.
When you can purchase five superior devices for the cost of one and do business on your own continent the choice is simple.
Rav was careful not to give a date or make any promises. He said that the design team's mandate is to do it right, not right now.
He said the beta version will debut in the coming months, possibly weeks.
He also said they have opened up a dialogue with a major United States government agency with regard to field testing the beta version.
Be patient people, we are on track with the plan set forth by management last year.
OK, so I attended the Marijuana Investor Summit today in Denver. As I said before, met with Kal, Rav, and Bryan. Cannabix had a great booth set up and I was able to speak at length to Kal and Rav about the current in house testing of the alpha version and the expected timeline of the beta version.
I am pleased to announce that things are reported to be progressing as planned.
There has been extensive research and testing on the various materials and designs that will be incorporated into the beta version.
Also, they were not kidding when they said our breathalyzer would be feature rich. One that Rav shared with me was the thin slot below the monitor. That is a card reader that can match a subjects breath sample to their ID card that would be swiped before the sample. I call it total, yet non-invasive, control of the chain of custody of evidence. That which will assure accurate ownership of the breath sample in question.
They did not have an alpha device present. They did not feel comfortable putting one into the hands of the public at this time and I agree with them.
Every booth in the summit seemed to be occupied. There were various companies dealing with financing, extraction, logistics, platform integration, sales, and of course cultivation. I saw a lot of anxious faces in those booths, people that looked as though they were relying on this expo to save their company. While Rav, Kal, and Bryan were polite and answered any questions I produced, they seemed very much at ease. (Bryan actually flew in from Boston yesterday where he ran the Boston Marathon and placed 300 something out of more that 30,000 runners! That is the top one percent. I know this is trivia but I thought you would all like to know that your management operates in the top one percent of what they endeavor.) They were not at the conference to drum up investor dollars per se imo, they were there to represent the company in a professional, no noncense, and no promises manner. They did, however report that the liquid capital on hand at this time is in excess of one million dollars. They also eluded to quite a bit of interest from various government and private entities not previously assumed in the business model. The assumption I made was that expenditures at this time primarily consist of R and D.
After the key note speech by Kevin Harrington, there was a Shark Tank like pitch session that included four or five companies seeking investor monies from Harrington and other investors present and on stage. The pitches ranged from a patient to doctor to dispensary mobile platform, to a low labor grow your own kit, to a water emulsified cannabis oil for beverages and food, to a real estate zoning a brokerage company. All pre-revenue. All highly speculative, and mostly broke. There were mostly flat out no's from all the investors with a few maybe's and a couple yes's. Putting my owner bias aside, Cannabix would have knocked it out of the park.
I did not question Rav but I have to assume that the most compelling reason for Cannabix not to have pitched, is that they have sufficient capital to execute their near term goals and simply don't need to unduly dilute shareholder equity to make a point.
Two of the biggest points about investing, Keven Harrington hit on during his key note speech, were to research and be able to believe in management, as well as to find a company or product that solves a problem no one else has been able to solve.
Cannabix management is for real, we have a product that doesn't just solve one problem, it solves a myriad. It will not only assist in keeping our roads safer, which appeals to everyone,it is an ancillary product that does not attempt to proliferate a marijuana culture, it controls it. This is why it will be free of the harsh criticism from conservative mainstream investors. In fact when the big money comes in it will probably come largely from that population. Here is another problem it solves indirectly and ironically: this product will assist in marijuana reform across the nation because it will solve the biggest problem political opponents have with legalization, which is the inability of law enforcement to accurately test drivers for weed. By doing this it will actually allow the industry as a whole to proliferate and expand the market potential for our company in the process.
I am pleased with what I saw and experienced and am more comfortable now with my decision than ever before. I wish us all the best of luck. I think we picked the right horse.
I do have pics but having trouble posting them. Some one can PM me and help on that.
Thanks
At summit now, have met with Kal Mali, Rav Mlait, and Brian Lorree.
Cannabix booth looks great! Excellent that management is actually here! Seemed to be busy at the booth with reporters and investors. Lots of people here. Should be great exposure for us. Will post pics later. Attending key note speech....Standing room only.
The saddest thing is if the little sack of shit would have actually spent investor monies on vgpr instead of women's boots, he would have a company instead of a fart in the wind. How many broken promises does it take people? I am an investor with a conscience. I don't care if this thing goes to the moon. I don't want to be associated with crooks.
Headed to Denver. Will post soon.
Frickin hilarious Bro! I must have checked this out ten times now.
Classic.
BTW totally agree with you
From my calculations, and please correct me if I'm wrong, Kal Sold 108,000 dollars worth of stock. I can't say that I blame him one iota. He is the guy that had the vision. From what I've read (from the most excellent posts on this board), the Board of Directors are taking a very meager salary. This guy not only possesses a substantial amount of shares in Cannabix Technologies Inc., he also owns Cannabix Breathalyzer Inc.. That means he (and maybe Raj) possess the rights to the entire world, (save north America) for any and all products related to the patent (pending). I hope he is taking his family on a well deserved vacation, or maybe buying the wife the car she always wanted. I know he has children and tuition is not cheap. I found this company at 10 cents and have been accumulating ever since. I sincerely believe this is going to be a mega_hero.
I'm a novice investor, but from the time I began researching the management, it was very evident that these people are the real deal.
The credentials they possess are impeccable. They have delivered on every timeline they have set forth.
I can't thank enough, the true contributors to this board, that continue to amaze me with their ability to uncover the facts.
Shell, Coin, Gold, Bean, Doubloon....(and all I missed).....Thank You.
Word Brother.
Yes, edibles are detected by the device. Also, there has been much debate lately in the news about the ability of law enforcement to collect blood. When you collect blood you collect that person's DNA and there are laws against such a thing.
There will be a big political push to test drivers for drugs, but in the most non-invasive way possible. Given the fact that there is an alcohol breathalyzer in virtually every patrol car in the US as well as Canada, a breathalyzer technology to be employed is damn near a forgone conclusion.
Of course law enforcement will not be the only customers. The workplace as well as the family home will also be solid revenue sources IMHO and could very well exceed law enforcement revenue.
What's happening in the media right now with pot legalization issues and drugged drivers outnumbering drunk drivers will gel very nicely with the debut of the prototype. The fact that BLOZF is the first to file for the patent and will have the first working device will send this girl to the moon as soon as it hits mainstream media in a big way. Of course it's still going to be a time before we monetize but I'm not going anywhere. I believe in this product and the management. This is not an MJ stock. It is a company that every investor can get behind.
Thanks again for all the great info people. I'm gonna post on facebook tomorrow. This is gonna be huge.
Yes, very positive! Thanks to all on this board.....GD, Doubloon, coin and others really bring a lot. The spirited but respectful debate on issues really means a lot to guys like me that don't know much about the market. I feel fortunate to have found this company and this board. I know we are not there yet and there will be bumps along the way but I for one am very excited to see how this unfolds. Thanks again to all.
Good point Coin. He must own many millions. It still does not seem proper for the context; although, when the prototype comes out, he will be issued 10,000,000 shares of blozf to his private co CBI. Maybe this is a sign that the prototype unveiling is imminent.
Thanks very much for that info GD. That is concerning. It begs the question of why, just prior to the unveiling of a prototype which would immediately boost PPS, is the president selling shares? Maybe one of his kids got busted for doobie and he had to post bail! Seriously though,is Malhi the only director to sell recently? Thanks again for the DD GD.
Thanks people, I have gotten much good info on this board and appreciate everyone here. I believe I misspoke on the wording of the deal between CBI and blozf. It is my understanding that under the agreement, blozf will own all sales and license revenue for North America. CBI will be issued a set amount of blozf shares when the prototype is completed and again when it is monetized through sales and or licensing.
The bashers on here say that L*TC is the one because they are in the business already with an alcohol Breathalyzer.
Alcohol breath technology is completely different than the technology used for cannabis detection.
The president of L*TC is on record stating that his company is two to three years away from bringing an actual prototype to market.
Im in blozf because I see a much greater upside potential with this company. Four times your money is great but 50 times your money is a lot better!
I have been buying this stock for almost three months now. I have just secured my full position.
The fact that the co is promoting this through various news venues is not a bad thing, I believe it is a way for the company to build and hold value in the form of market cap that will allow a higher spring board point.
It is my opinion that the higher expenditures of marketing compared to R&D is a function of need and timing. They have already spent the money needed to develop the technology and apply for the patent. The engineering firm that is building the prototype may have only been paid an initial pre-development fee and will probably be owed quite a bit more when the prototype is finished.
I would like to point out a couple things about the patent rights because there have been many theories on how blozf has come about the licensing and patents of the technology.
I have seen several posts that say blozf has an agreement with the Karolinska institute concerning the patenting and licensing of the technology.
As per my research. This is not correct.
The institute's research was put into the public domain and Cannabix Breathalyzer Inc. (not Cannabix Technologies Inc.) took that public domain knowledge and developed a process and device and was first to file for a patent based on that device.
There are actually two companies at play here. There is Cannabix Breathalyzer Inc. which is owned by Kal Mahli. He has a definitive North American licensing agreement with Cannabix Technologies Inc. (BLOZF) whereby blozf and only blozf can bring this product to market in any and all North American countries. Malhi is of course the president of blozf as well as being the owner of CBI. I believe this was structured as such to allow Malhi to license the technology to other companies on other continents.
I'm bringing this up to point out that blozf doesn't have to give a big chunk or any chunk of the revenue to the institute that did the initial research into the technology.
The other thing I would like to point out is that when I began investing in this company, I had a long phone discussion with the CEO Rav, and what struck me most is that he actually cautioned me against investing too heavily in this stock pre-prototype because of the inherent volatility of the market. What crook says that?
None that's who.
The reason two of the directors resigned IMO is due to the fact that they were brought on board when this company was primarily a mineral exploration company which is where their experience was centered. They simply were not needed in the company's current direction.
This company is for real.
The management is for real.
The technology is for real.
If the product is for real, everyone who is in this thing is gonna come out smelling like roses.
I'm willing to risk my considerable investment for the reward.
Agree with all DJ. No problem with pointing and laughing either, been doing that for a while now. His obsequiousness is a bit nauseating though.
ya me too
Good all Coin, I think it's both
You made my point. I was the one that originally said thunderbolt had nothing to do with vega. Now you further muddy the waters by casting dispersions on the process of ATP from a guy who knows nothing of ATP technology. You are a lap dog running around with he said she said. All you have accomplished is to coerce honest investors to buy prematurely.
great news thanks!
RL, thanks for the lesson. FYI, the process can be done either way; however, if the torrefaction is done prior to pelletizing, the hammermill process is quicker and saves energy.
I guess filling an order for little or no profit is better than loosing market share, but if vega is so worried about production capacity, why have they asked ATP to remanufacture a unit much smaller than the one they have already developed? Why build a machine that can't come close to providing the amounts for which you already have orders. I guess one reason might be to have a process and unit that can be duplicated and licensed or franchised for a cost more companies can afford, but who is making the unit anyway? Who gets the money when an ATP torrefaction unit is sold? My guess would be ATP alone but hey, I could be wrong. Asking questions here. I appreciate the debate.
So ATP's unit can process up to 40% moisture content biomass with no drying needed in a one step process and gets a 70% yield of mass with 90% energy retention. The other 30% becomes torrefaction gasses which are then used to dry stored material with a moisture content above 40% before going through the machine.
Come on guys, don't let certain people tell you falsehoods. All the info you need is in the atp marketing materials above this page!
If you don't need to dry, and the pelletizing comes after the torrefaction, then the thunderbolt plant will not be able to pelletize until the vega facility is built, unless they get it from someone else.
Just the facts. No conjecture or speculation.
Take a look at the agri-tech website again, the number one selling point for their torrefaction plant listed, is the fact that their machine does not require pre-drying to reduce moisture to even 20 percent!
The second selling point is that the ATP machine produces its own process heat!
The fourth selling point is the low cost of the machine(only 5mil)
Although the machine is expensive, they will sell one to any entity that produces the money.
My questions again:
Why would VGPR need a company that is going to dry material that does not need to be dried in the first place?
The fact that the ATP machine produces its on heat will save substantial utility costs. How much do you think just the electrical costs will be for a plant next door that exists only to dry your material?
Pelletizing would logically come after torrefaction because it takes substantially less energy and time to grind a shred or chip of material and carbonize a 1 mm grain than a bullet sized pellet.
There are other companies producing and exporting biocoal right now.
If the other plant has been under construction since the beginning of October and has only the slab and frame in place, what makes you believe vgpr will have a working plant by the end of march?
I'm not bashing I have questions. I would love to find a company that truly makes a positive impact for the world as well as in my financial success.
