I can’t comment on the filings.
He went last Friday
I don’t live in CA
All I know is it is operational.
There are employees.
They are growing.
They are processing last harvest.
They are expanding.
The amount of grow space they have at this time exceeds market cap at 200/sq ft
Glad to at least contribute this much. I owe it to this site and to this board.
