The landholder will have to be paid fair value for his rubber trees and people paid for thier houses,but it doesn't take long to chop down trees.Land close to an airport should lease fairly easily. In my mind this will happen and fairly quickly. Any kind of a BB and a name change will shoot this up.
Don't forget its' the government that wants to speed things up.

I don’t think that the lender wants to be known or details told .I tend to believe that Henry and his directors are truely working to fit this project together .

I'm sorry if I appear to be a basher. But i'm not used to having a CEO tell me he is going slow and steady. That may work on the NASD. but not on this exchange.
