It's too bad their isn't a school somewhere that people could to and learn how to be a CEO of a public company ! I don't mean just having a good idea and knowing how to developing it ,but promoting it and bringing in investors.
Some people get in over their heads, and when they fail, they turn to only useing these companys to try and enrich themselves.
