Did NEOM talk about:
Xobile
Aura
MobileRelay
Silicone Space
IPoint
FCB
BSDS
Word Auction
SEC at last years SM.
I did not know that. Can you elaborate? Why were they there?
More questions.
What is your relationship with MobileRelay and Aura Digital?
If I remember, the article stated they started looking a Cornell back in July.
Could the SEC looking at Cornell be holding up NEOM?
I thought he lowered it to buy under .40
LOL
Does Wooger use the same ball.
Alynnb,
Yes, you are right. I never thought it would happen to me while the company seems to be on track. It's funny, but now I can see how easy it is to sound like a basher. As I implied I have a few concerns about info coming from a few individuals on and off the board. My concerns have nothing to do with the company.
I apologize to all, and I will try to refrain from any further comments. It is difficult to resolve my concerns with no one to talk to.
It certainly is not appropriate to express my concerns on a public forum without the facts.
I am very optimistic about the company and my energy would be better spent on that.
Beacon,
Wooger is not who I am concerned with, and I am not specifically talking about the delay of the Virgin opening.
That is why it is best to delete my post all together, including this one. I should have been more specific, but I am not willing to online.
Don't get me wrong, I have a high degree of respect for all longs. However, I have questions that are best addressed directly.
More Clues,

Well, then they have exactly 5 business days to find another partner before the launch of Word Registry....MARK MY WORDS.
The split with SAIC was all good, but that's all I can say

A stones throw
Here is a clue,
Some very important people will be meeting at my house this weekend.
Looks like some want to keep the pps above .3
Stick with the facts.
OT: NeomRocket & JP,
Thank you for your thoughtfulness
When do you think those photos were taken?
My prayers to you and your wife as well.
My dad just told me he has advanced prostate cancer.
Looks like a lot of folks need a little grace.
JP,
I assumed you guys were meeting about another matter, since it was apparent the grand opening was delayed. I believe it was Steelers Fan on the 26th that said that it looked like there was no way the grand opening was going to happen on the 2nd. Marty Mac confirmed this with a phone call to Virgin.
Does this mean you are not meeting with Scott Schafer, Tobin Smith and Richard Branson today? Are you going to reschedule?
When did you find out about the postponement?
Success,
The SAIC to SS switch is material news. They did choose not to release that when it happened. I do not think they have to release material events if they don't want to. It is why, at this point, I believe management is using the QP regulations to get investors off their back. They may have good reasons for holding back important material news. There may be NDAs out there, or strategic reasons. Maybe they don't have any important material news to offer.
Thanks Marty,
Your a good man.
KOk,
It's been like that since I can remember.
TS Comments,
Someone was kind enough to get permission to post TSs comments last week.
It would be great to see it in its entirety this week.
Success,
doesn't Cornell have plenty of other shares to sell if they wish?
QP,
I think many are making WAY to much of this Quiet Period. IMO, the only relevant PRs are material events. As someone just pointed out, Neom has not released many fluff PRs. For those who write management emails, it would be illegal for them to share information that is not public, QP or not. As we found out with SAIC, even PRs we assume are material can change at the drop of a hat.
What do you expect them to say that might have an affect of the PPS?

Would you?
Perhaps, if there have been material events that change before the 20 day window, then another amendment must be written. This could go on for a while at the rate Neom is going.
If, a "Fortune 100" is negotiating a stake, imagine what they would expect to get out of the way and clarify before moving forward. I would be concerned about litigation, dilution, and acquisitions being cleaned up to meet with my approval. This certainly would explain the delays and the Quiet Period. I tend to believe that the quiet period is either self imposed or due to critical NDA's.
I am not suggesting that such events are taking place.
alynn,
I don't believe the 3 buttheads have anything to do with the delay. It has been clearly stated over and over that there will be no shareholder vote. Maybe I don't understand.
ss - I'm still confused,
-------------------------------------------------------------------
From this S4/a section F49:
Subsequent Events
On July 8, 2005, NeoMedia reached an out-of-court agreement with AirClic,
Inc. whom it sued for patent infringement. In the agreement, AirClic agreed to
compensate NeoMedia for past and future activities. AirClic did not receive a
license to use NeoMedia's patented PaperClick(R) technology as part of the
settlement.
On July 12, 2005, NeoMedia entered into a consulting agreement with
Silicon Space, Inc., under which Silicon Space is developing NeoMedia's
PaperClick(R) WordRegistry interface. Silicon Space replaces Science
Applications International, Inc., who NeoMedia engaged in October 2004 on a
contingency basis to build and host the interface. NeoMedia intends host the
WordRegistry internally upon its completion.
On July 27, 2005, NeoMedia signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to
acquire Mobot(TM), Inc. ("Mobot"), of Lexington, Massachusetts, a pioneer and
leader in mobile visual search technologies.
The Letter of Intent calls for NeoMedia to acquire all of the outstanding
shares of Mobot in exchange for $3,500,000 cash and $6,500,000 in shares of
NeoMedia common stock. The LOI is subject to due diligence by both parties.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Silicone Space predates Mobot. Why would it not be covered under Recent Developments? They went through the effort to delete SAIC. The AirClic settlement is covered under PaperClick Developments.
Sorry for the tangent.
ss - cool thanks,

Oh, BTW, Mobot, is mentioned after Silicone Space in the 10QSB.

Wine Bottles, Wine Bottles,
Is it me, or is the Scanbuy press starting to sound an awful lot like PaperClick's earlier press?
MobilRelay said:
PP: If you could land one customer/client, who would it be?
MR: Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster is the world's leading ticketing company selling more than 90 million tickets valued at more than $4 billion annually.
Digital Rum supplies Ticketmaster with its mobile ticketing application.
Digital Rum is Europe’s market leader in delivering mobile commerce solutions. Its product suite enables wireless operators and brands to define, build and deploy a wide range of rich push & pull services to mobile users anytime, anywhere. Clients include Vodafone, Orange, SFR, Argos, Odeon, Ticketmaster, Warner Village Cinemas, T-Mobile, E-plus and a number of other European operators, portals and brands. (www.digitalrum.com)
ShotCode And Paragin Launch PHONifier
I read the story on PP.
This is a little confusing. Phonifier says they are using a Creative Commons License. If I understand correctly, the Creative Commons License is for non-profit and non-commercial use. Yet, ShotCode (OP3) clearly is a for profit business. Are they miss-using the Creative Commons License? I also see in the pwc ShotCode interview that Scanbuy says, OP3 is a partner representing Scanbuy’s technology in its region, focusing on integration of our technology in Fortune 1000 and mobile operators. Does OP3 need Scanbuy anymore? Are NeoMedia's patents being blatantly violated? Does this mean, as an individual, I can use the software for free to scan a ShoteCode on an advertisement, connect to a business website, and buy tickets for a concert bypassing all copyrights and patents? Or, does a for-profit company using ShotCodes have to pay a licensing fee to cross the bridge?
