I think many are making WAY to much of this Quiet Period. IMO, the only relevant PRs are material events. As someone just pointed out, Neom has not released many fluff PRs. For those who write management emails, it would be illegal for them to share information that is not public, QP or not. As we found out with SAIC, even PRs we assume are material can change at the drop of a hat.

What do you expect them to say that might have an affect of the PPS?
