The SAIC to SS switch is material news. They did choose not to release that when it happened. I do not think they have to release material events if they don't want to. It is why, at this point, I believe management is using the QP regulations to get investors off their back. They may have good reasons for holding back important material news. There may be NDAs out there, or strategic reasons. Maybe they don't have any important material news to offer.
