I know of him not personally. If I was a shareholder or franchisee I sure would want to know what he would say about that post but as I said I have nothing in it. I am just a curious bystander.

Someone should present this post from "teamcanada" to Nick Yates and ask him if any of this is TRUE. If not true he should defend himself as this post is pretty serious and damaging seems to me.

Great questions Alvie. It would be very interesting to see all of those questions answered. I don't believe the 50,000 shares story either. There are two reasons to post negative statements, you are either trying to upset someone or in my case I do not want anyone to lose money as a shareholder or a franchisee. I made my money on Fresh Healthy Vending and am glad I am out but as I said I still want all you present shareholders and franchisees to make money also.

This is exactly what Mr. Yates did with the vending machine business and you know what happened to that business, it folded up and you know the rest.

You hit the nail on the head DDR with your last sentence. 1. His is grabbing up prime locations and 2. he is getting a badly needed new cash flow. Why else would he put himself ahead of franchisees that have been waiting months for their machines??? If I was waiting on machines I would be demanding some answers.

I honestly hate to say this BUT you people are finally catching on to the way this game is being played. NOT FAIRLY!!

I think Nick is going to tell that Warren Buffett just bought 5,000 yogurt machines and also bought 5 million shares of VEND.

Hang in there samplescave it looks like you will more than triple your .79 investment. Just don't hold your breath until it happens.

Way to tell them samplescave.The last two quarterly reports were not what you would call encouraging. After reading the last one this is what I told a friend of mine when he aske me what I thought the future looked like for VEND. Nick doesn't have a real good past record. He could not raise enough cash to satisfy the accounts owed from FHV.


Wow! I hate to say so but I saw this coming. Not sure how he plans to spin out of this one. It seems his only plan for the future is to raise more money for research and development to cover his current daily expenses. I wouldn't be surprised if he has another product in the works.

He is also doing this so he can try to get the corporate owned machines to be placed in amazing, one of a kind locations and generate a huge (larger than normal) profit so he can use that example to sell more machines. He can inflate the expected return on investment when he strategically places his own machines unlike franchisees who may be in an area where getting prime locations is difficult.

Sonata you have now graduated to the next level. You have figured out how you know who, (2 people) can give themselves bonuses and commissions and buying more shares of stock for next to nothing while owing millions of dollars.

Sonata you get an A+ for figuring out what the plan is with VEND. The thing I couldn't figure out in the annual report is I noticed Nick and Budman were paid cash bonuses and stock options during the year. These were given all while the company was loosing millions of dollars. They each were paid commissions for each yogurt machine sold. He mentioned that he was depended on many suppliers that could cause problems and as I see it at the present rate of getting the machines they will never catch up with VEND's expenditures. I am glad I got out when I did with a profit. I was in the San Diego area a couple weeks ago and drove by VEND's office building but didn't see any of their yogurt machines around the area.

The number of machines delivered and installed is 75 no 750!!! Read below.

And, I see that my gut was right about their Master Franchise Agreements in all those countries. They have signed agreements but have made no money from them. All that talk in the last reports was about 'future' income if all the stars align.

Its not saying much when they claim to have sold 1417 units and installed just 75.

I was searching around different "chat rooms" and found one that two people talking about VEND and the following message was given by one of them to the other person. I lost the site as I was trying to save the site but I did something wrong and can't find it again. I don't know if there is any truth to the comment or not. It could be a couple of "shorts" trying to get the share price down to buy again. People do crazy things and that is why I got away from penny stocks.


MESSAGE FOUND---
A man told me that he heard that VEND was unable to get approval to have the machines manufactured in the US due to a bacterial issue that was not solve or perhaps solvable to the standards in the US, which was the reason for the 2nd generation machines that stopped production. I am not sure if they still have that issue, which is forcing them to import the machines at a much higher cost I would guess.

Rule number 4 never invest any money that you cannot afford to lose.

Jtorence, as long as there are penny stocks the slime ball shorts will always be there. That is the reason I got out when I could. As you very well know they sit at the computer all day long and have control over what is happening. GOOD LUCK to all of you that stick it out.

Alvie. In a couple months I will be in the San Diego area. One of the places I will visit will be the race track at Del Mar and just MAYBE I will find a machine there so I could try the yogurt. We love that area when it's NOT on fire.

All we see is fantastic numbers but I understand they have 2 major problems. First I understand that they are having trouble getting machines and Second they are having trouble finding places to put the machines if and when they get them. I am glad to hear that some of you are now on the profit side of the share price.

Hey DDR. I talked to the guy that secures the locations for InstaHealthy machines and Micro Markets and he said they got the rights to sell the machines from VEND a year and a half ago. That is when Vend stopped selling them. I believe one or more of the employees at InstaHealth were employees of Nick Yates at one time.

Phil and Nick Yates belong to the same golf club at Del Mar/Caramel Valley country club.

This is the company that took over VEND's vending machines and micro markets and they are doing pretty well in sales. I know the guy that looks for the places to put the machines and he is pretty busy.

I don't believe Nick had 11.5 MM to put down, I believe it came from his investor who gets the rights to the two counties. We will see. I do hope things work out for all of you people who have invested in VEND.

I am so surprised that people think that is such great news. That guy made a loose commitment to purchase units in the future, but his only penalty if he doesn't is that he loses his rights to both counties. It's certainly not money in the bank.
I was in the pump and dump when the share price went up to $10.00 and a lot of us made good sums of money from the people that really thought this company was going somewhere and eventually it did DOWN. I HOPE FOR THE SAKE OF YOU PEOPLE THAT ARE STILL PUTTING MONEY IN THIS COMPANY YOU WATCH VERY CLOSELY FOR THE DOWN TURN. WATCH VERY CLOSELY if and when ANY DEBT IS BEING PAID BACK also.
