I am so surprised that people think that is such great news. That guy made a loose commitment to purchase units in the future, but his only penalty if he doesn't is that he loses his rights to both counties. It's certainly not money in the bank.
I was in the pump and dump when the share price went up to $10.00 and a lot of us made good sums of money from the people that really thought this company was going somewhere and eventually it did DOWN. I HOPE FOR THE SAKE OF YOU PEOPLE THAT ARE STILL PUTTING MONEY IN THIS COMPANY YOU WATCH VERY CLOSELY FOR THE DOWN TURN. WATCH VERY CLOSELY if and when ANY DEBT IS BEING PAID BACK also. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
