Tough day, but could have been worse. Volume seemed to dry up a bit end of day, so perhaps the orchestrated take down is done. We'll have to wait for tomorrow to know for sure.
This was manipulated down. Now it will be walked back up. Great learning experience watching this action today.
Bid and ask being brought back up. I bet we bounce now.
Hard to say for sure, but my gut tells me that is the case. If all I saw today were sells on the bid bringing it down, I would say it was retail, but all I see is the ask being lowered, even when there are buys on the ask. I also see the ask show 10,000 shares repeatedly, which makes me suspect MMs are showing fake asks. This is orchestrated, just not sure yet by whom.
MM's keep moving the ask down. Even when there are buys, the ask gets adjusted down. Looks to me like it is intentionally being walked down, which actually makes me want to buy more.
I put a buy order in for tomorrow. My hope is that there is no gap at the open. Good for the health of the stock...and good for me :)
New HOD, and still running. $OWCP
Lots of buying at $1.42. Looks like that could be the new base here.
$OWCP
And just like that, it is green...
I agree, but I don't see this dropping below $1. I think we just hit bottom for today.
Typically, companies get bought at a price around twice the current market price per share. Why would anyone pay 20 times current market value, let alone 50 times that?
If (and this is a BIG if) they get bought out, I highly doubt it would be for more than $.15 per share, IMO. Because of that, I don't see them selling anytime soon. Much better off to let their company gain value through products, patents, and market share. After that, maybe entertain a highe offer.
I'm guessing some good news circulating given the sudden jump in price. $OWCP
$VDRM running!!
The gap from $1.90 has finally filled. This should hold strong in the $2s now for a while.
A strong bid at or above 9, and this thing will push up hard. $BIEI.
Lots of buys on $VDRM now. Strong reversal.
Looks like 54s finally cleared.
Was 55, but just filled at 54
Sales going in on the bid even though I have a buy order in above the ask. Let's see where they take this today.
Very impressive recovery this morning.
Very easy to see that this is NOT company dumping shares. Pattern of sales, volume, MMs, etc indicate otherwise. This is purely traders making a few bucks on small price swings. Large asks are people getting nervous. A few strong ask hits and the asks will crumble.
There are a lot of people sitting on tons of shares from the .0004 to .001 range. Some are going to get greedy and hold shares for as high as they think it can go, but most are looking to double/triple and sell or at least sell enough to have free shares. I'm bullish just seeing us creep up slowly after the morning's quick drop. $SDVI
This trading isn't surprising. There are some who wanted out at 15 and 16 and couldn't easily do so last week, so they are taking advantage of the news to do so. Others see selling and assume it is "selling on news", so they sell too. Usually, things settle around 10:30am eastern and that is when you get a true sense of direction. Based on what I have historically seen, you should see a decent uptick into the high teens starting around 10:30 or 11am.

.0009 seems to be holding up well and looks to be decent support right now, but you are free to wait for .0008s.
It seems like every OTC stock behaves like this. First it spikes on news and attention, then profit takers dump out for a quick flip, and then it starts to climb up again to a higher base (assuming news and company activity are legit). Anywhere from .0009 to .0011 is a good buy for a bounce given the amount of volume over .0011. Can't say it will reach .0025 anytime soon, but should hit high teens again by early next week, possibly Friday (barring bad news).

I think this is all moot now since the company has been transferred to Social Life Networks and is owned by Tapp and Rodosevich. Stevens doesn't appear to be involved with the shell anymore.
Another week of nothing. Those .16s are looking tempting for an exit.
My patience is wearing thin at this point. Far too long not to hear anything about next steps. I hope we hear something by middle of next week, or I might just move on.
One good sign is that the weedlife network is continuously active with new content, so it's not like the new company coming in is in the shadows looking to simply prey on shareholders. My hope is that their approach will be to legitimize their company as much as possible, and a ticker with a PPS over $3 would help do that for them.
No argument there. The assumption of an OS increase is a safe one if it was the same old failing company, as the writing would be clearly written on the walls. With a new, profitable company, the strategy could (and should) be different.
I think you are correct in what you are saying based on the information provided to us, but I wouldn't assume that the OS will be increased anytime soon. The new company is legit and producing revenue. I have done enough research to the point of being confident in my assertion. If this new company is in fact legit and profitable as I believe they are, their best course of action would be to get out of OTC Pink and into a higher exchange. That would add credibility to their company and will allow them to issue shares to other parties through other business transactions (acquisitions, service payments, etc). To do this, they need the share price to stay as high as possible, and that would only be possible by keeping the OS as low as possible.
If the company is not legit and just another Pink scam, then your suspicions are likely spot on. Time will tell.
I have seen a few pinks do a reverse split, and they are always bad news, but they are usually a failing company that does a reverse split in order to dump new shares into the market. I have not, however, seen a reverse split on a ticker that just completed a reverse merger. Since this is now a new company, I'm not so certain that the reverse split rules of "the sky is falling" still applies. Anyone know of examples of a RM followed by an RS? I'd like to check out other examples for comparison.
I bet most of those shares were bought during the 250M share dump, and people are looking to double up on their 1s. We need to move those 2s into stronger hands.
