To be clear, I'm more interested/curious in what people think the value should be based on current business-related data, not what it currently is. We can't know what the actual value is since we have no clear indication of what the actual O/S is.
Serious question: how much do you think the company is worth (market cap) based on their business model today and the number of subscribers they have (for argument sake, let's say they are still at 3 million subscriptions). Is the company worth $10 MM? $50 MM, $100 MM? I'm just curious what others think the current value is or at least should be. Ignore O/S because that's not relevant for overall company value.
I would expect the volume to be much much higher if there was dilution happening. I suspect this is retail flipping.
Any incentive to keep and/or increase subscriber base is ALWAYS a good thing.
Just because one BOD member may have been kept in the dark doesn't mean decisions were made without BOD approval. You only need majority of BOD to approve certain decisions, and other decisions don't even require BOD approval. Who knows what this guy's relationship was with the company or even with other BOD members.
Perhaps? Or perhaps this guy is being pushed out and he wants to take a parting shot? Or perhaps he is being intentionally kept in the dark on certain matters because of some other unknown reason? Or perhaps he really is a whistle blower and the company is up to some shady stuff. Who knows. Iwouldn't speculate anything just yet, including the company is "lying".
Nope. Volume looks pretty low relatively speaking. I'm not convinced yesterday's take down off the highs was dilution either. Looking at the trade activity it seemed to be all retail, but who knows.
I think people who are bullish need to focus away from the day's high of $.0318 and focus more on the strong EOD close with an 18% gain. THAT is a very bullish sign.
No reason it couldn't hit $.15 or even $.20, but "if dilution stops before 2 billion" is a very big "if"
A R/S will eventually happen, but not anytime soon. They will file extensions with NASDAQ to stay on the exchange and not get de-listed. It is better for HMNY (assuming they want to continue to dilute shares) to NOT do a R/S as there are far more many people willing to buy shares at $.02 and $.03 than there are at $2 and $3,especially with the highly negative sentiment from the last R/S and share plunge. The pps will not see dollars unless a R/S happens, but they have plenty of time before they need to get there.
Morgan Stanley shares are probably preferred shares, not common, and would not be subject to splits like the common ones are. And I wouldn't be surprised if HMNY issued shares as collateral for loans.
No question this will be at .055 or higher by the end of next week. The numbers in the quarterly report are impressive. $USRM
“There are hundreds and hundreds of these clinics. We simply don’t have the bandwidth to go after all of them at once.”
Why USRM then? The FDA wouldn't waste time or "bandwidth" on small fish or companies that aren't on the cusp of major breakthroughs. It's unfortunate that the FDA wouldn't look to work with companies like USRM rather than try to stop them entirely, but it says something to the legitimacy of the work USRM is doing for them to even be on the FDA's radar let alone one of the only two targets.
Strong day for $SBFM. Perhaps the start of a new upward swing.
Some volume early today $SBFM
What just happened here? It can't be just on the ED news, can it? Maybe some other news about to drop?
Gap shouldn't matter anymore at this point. Whether it is at .0093 or .0096, the difference is only .0003. Not much of a difference when talking about gaps. We should be fine to move up from here with no worries about filling gaps.
I honestly believe no one wants to buy right now until the gap is filled. As long as a gap still exists, I imagine there will be no buying. On a positive note, low volume also means no selling.
There were sales earlier that went through below my bid price, so no doubt MMs are bringing this down. My guess is the gap is being filled. Once we hit .0092, I think we bounce back hard. Until then, it will be a slow take down.
I'm thinking the technicals have pushed this down to fill the gap, which is actually very good. I'd hate to see this start running only for people to fear the gap fill later. Once this hits .009, I suspect we bounce hard back into the high teens and next week we see .03.
I'm trying very hard to find any holes in this 8k and valuation, but I'm really not seeing one. The only possible negative I see is if the valuation is done in Canadian dollars instead of the US dollars everyone is assuming it to be. Even then, 1 Canadian dollar is worth about 75 cents USD, so the valuation at worst would be $733M to $850M in US dollars. Assuming all of the A/S (currently reported as being 3 billion shares) being in play as part of the valuation, the fair market pps would be $0.24 to $0.28. Even if you believe the company is worth one-tenth of the MNP valuation, that would put this stock at $.024-$.028?? That's more than two and a half times where we are trading right now.
Unless I'm missing something significant, or unless the company uses the valuation as a way to dump serious shares on the market, I don't see how anyone would hesitate buying at this price point.
It's the sign of a good company for management to be transparent. No one wants the alternative where "executives" do whatever they want and keep shareholders in the dark. Personally, I'd like to know the strategic plan of a company I'm invested in and I can decide from there if the plan fits my objectives.
Very solid base forming at .001 now

Can't wait for next week when news drops and people start chasing...
Source?
I'm seeing the ask being brought down after strong hits on the ask. Tells me it is being walked down, but buying pressure is keeping it from coming down much below 4. I suspect this shoots to 5 sometime this afternoon.
"It could be time to take the money and run on DOLV."
That's not news, that's opinion. Means absolutely nothing.
Flippers who don't understand company acquisitions. This will close green today.
I wonder if news just got leaked or something. Seems to be a lot of buying all of a sudden. $USRM
That was brutal, but I have a feeling this is about to bounce back up hard.
I sold half my position in mid 60s to sit only on free shares, but I'm starting to regret that decision now :(
Anyone selling after yesterday's 10K needs to reconsider whether or not investing in stocks is the right strategy for them. Makes no sense to sell on that filing when the company is reporting doing well financially.
I'm not sure I get all the hysteria over the "blind patients" news articles. Has anyone not noticed every drug commercial list a slew of possible side effects with their medications, sometime including serious harm? This is because a pharmaceutical is required to list any issues that occurred during their drug trials, even if it happened to only a single patient. Yet, with the list of possible side effects you hear for each drug (some of which are comically long), the drugs are still FDA approved. People are sometimes seriously harmed during clinical trials, yet the drug moves on because the number of people it affected were significantly small.
With USRM, we see an article for three people. Three. Has there been any other articles or publications indicating there were more than these three that suffered from stem cell treatment?
$500 M is too much, IMO, for a market valuation in a buyout (I can't guess as to how much, but $500 seems high to me), but I honestly see no way USRM doesn't get bought out soon. Too much evidence to suggest they want to sell, and I think all of the recent filings and releases suggest, to me at least, that they are getting everything in order to proceed with a deal.
USRM, another HOD!!
It keeps bouncing back up. Great sign.
No reason for $USRM to be trading at .02 right now. The company looks much better now than it did when it was trading at .05 just two weeks ago.
MMs are keeping it between 231 and 234 for some reason. USRM needs more buying pressure to force a move up.
So that puts the company value right now at about $4.5 M. Way undervalued based on recent activity and what we know about the company. Should be worth at least three times that.
Now it makes sense why this was driven down by MMs. This news is pretty impressive. We easily hit 26 and 27 tomorrow.
