Wow! First Klein exposed the weakness in the SEC case and now Schlesinger’s attorney put another nail in the coffin!
Quote: " No way to manage your way out of this one."
Wrong! When Trimerica starts trading on the OTC, it will be very easy to manage. No one has lost if they have not sold. It's far from over, despite what some think.
Quote: "No it's not that there are those that hope Treaty investors lose everything. It's more like warning the innocent future investors so they don't lose everything due to the Treaty Promoters trying to lure them in."
Oh, okay. Good Samaritans. LMFAO!
Quote: "Disgorgement will help those that got screwed."
Nope, it would only help those who wish for the company to fail and all shareholders lose their investments.
Quote: "Investors have already lost."
Nope, not unless they've sold. Everything else is speculation.
Quote: "Up next.. the other guys?"
Who are the other guys?
Disgorgement will only help those hoping the company will fail and investors lose everything.
So there are those that hope Treaty investors lose everything and file for disgorgement, which would give them nothing and would be a total waste of time and effort. A better plan would be to see what the new management team can do for investors.
Quote: "Only thing missing is the "coup de grâce" by the SEC."
It's interesting that there are those that hope Treaty investors lose everything.
Quote: "Do the promoters know this as a fact or is it more propaganda?"
Who are these promoters you keep referring to?
Blackburn has nothing to do with Trimerica. His "sweetheart" preferred shares of Treaty were reduced from 10,000 to one. If he had anything to do with Trimerica, he never would have let that happen.
There is no TECO.
Hasn't been announced yet. Rumor is it's really great! Time will tell.
It pays to read the entire 8K:
"Assuming the review is concluded as filed and consistent with FINRA regulations, the following result was requested to be effective on September 9, 2015 (the actual effective date would be dependent upon FINRA)"
Is that a rhetorical question?
Where's the link to prove that?
"That would be Blackburn who with many of his cronies still holds a majority of shares"
And how many shares do they hold? Their "sweetheart" preferred shares have been reduced from 10,000 to one. I happen to know the number one shareholder, and he has no connection to Blackburn.
That would be false speculation, because "Blackburn & pals" names are not mentioned any where in this 8K:

"Treaty has NO defense and presented no proof to backup thier ridiculous motion for summary judgment."
That wasn't Treaty's Summary Judgment.
"SEC wins 105% of its cases against scams like teco"
1.05%? Yeah that seems about right.
If you're advocating Chapter 11, it must be a bad thing.
Quote"
"Who the heck is waiting on the sidelines"
Assuming that it's no one is the problem with your theory. I happen to know you are wrong. Also you have no idea what the new CEO is bringing to the table. Loyal shareholders will soon be very pleased!
Quote: "I've been on a BOD, and that's how it works..."
Treaty Board?
Perhaps you didn't read David Shutte's bio. He is an expert in financing. I've also heard other groups have come forward with financing and deals.
Quote: "Shareholders should be suing prior management"
The Hallin-plaintiffs and antagonists would love it if shareholders tried to sue. Sorry, it's never going to happen. Keep dreaming. LMFAO!
Just because way back when, Blackburn had an association with Tesarski is your proof? LMFAO. It's still speculation. Blackburn has nothing to do with Trimerica other than holding TECO shares. Sheez!
Your speculation about Blackburn is 100% completely false. Try doing a little DD.
Instead of asking rhetorical questions, ask a BOD member.
If they dilute, that will be very good news because that will mean Trimerica is on the OTC!
Quote:
"Good question. Maybe they don't like the Treaty promoters trying to con people into buying the stock with twisted and skewed information or trying to claim Treaty is now magically a new company? When will Platon and Frank be back?"
Really? The antagonists are now Good Samaritans? I don't think so.
Can you provide a link and not just speculation that proves Blackburn has anything to do with Trimerica management? Here is a link that proves he does not:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=68257636
Blackburn has absolutely nothing to do with Trimerica management. The detractors hope and speculate that he does, but it's simply not true.
Is there something wrong with satisfying obligations?
Keep the board, even though there is no more Treaty. That way people can keep saying "Treaty's prior management are fraudsters! Blackburn is a crook!, Treaty was a scam!" Of course none of these things have anything to do with Trimerica.
Quote:
"No proof wrongdoers not still around !"
They are not, but if you can prove otherwise, go ahead.
From the 8K:
"The common stock of the Holding Company trades on OTCMarkets under the symbol “TECO” under which the common stock of the Predecessor was previously listed and traded. As a result of the Holding Company Reorganization, the common stock of the Predecessor will no longer be publicly traded."
For this reason, the Treaty page should be eliminated and a fresh new page for Trimerica Energy should start up.
The old company no longer exists. Trimerica, the new company has no ties to prior management.
It's already been proven prior management is not still around. Anyone who believes they are needs to prove it.
Quote:
"Getting out of grays challenging enough"
Sure it will and has been tough. Prior management has nothing to do with Trimerica. Any speculation of that is completely false. Prior management also has been punished by the new BOD by devaluing their "sweetheart" preferred shares from 10,000 to 1. Prior management still has to face the SEC charges. No reason to make the loyal shareholders suffer at this point.
Quote:
"LOL NO CHANGE IN CONTROL !"
There is a new CEO, David Shutte. There are no ties to prior management. The "sweetheart" preferred shares they granted themselves have been reduced from 10,000 to 1. Anyone who wishes Trimerica to not be successful is only hoping the same for the loyal shareholders. That would be sad.
