There is a new CEO, David Shutte. There are no ties to prior management. The "sweetheart" preferred shares they granted themselves have been reduced from 10,000 to 1. Anyone who wishes Trimerica to not be successful is only hoping the same for the loyal shareholders. That would be sad.
