Sure it will and has been tough. Prior management has nothing to do with Trimerica. Any speculation of that is completely false. Prior management also has been punished by the new BOD by devaluing their "sweetheart" preferred shares from 10,000 to 1. Prior management still has to face the SEC charges. No reason to make the loyal shareholders suffer at this point.
