today's numbers say 2 things:
1. they prove that sks was not fired because of 3rd qtr results. the numbers are nothing to write home about but ok. the reason was bod being afraid of criminal liability.
2. wave will be b/e at the and of 4th qtr after cutting off all the phony employees and projects that had been used to funnel money into the spragues' pockets.
scrambls, a primitive program that cost no more than 10k to write, has been draining millions qtr after qtr. everybody knows it's dead. nobody was interested in it. its website has not changed in a year, it was never upgraded to work for IE. it's dead. yet michael sprague as its boss and a bunch of phantom employees are on payroll. lol. what a scam!
the FACT is this company until a few weeks ago had dozens of phantom employees who did either nothing or close to nothing for Wave all the while working for other companies or running their own businesses while collecting big pay checks from Wave. most of the money was kicked back to the Spragues in a typical money laundering fashion. The Spragues are nothing but a criminal outfit that were scamming investors for over 2 decades.
When I hear that SKS is not at all that bad, after all he's been promoting TC for such a long time, I don't know whether to laugh or puke.
First of all, his "promotion" of TC has amounted to nothing. If anything, he hurt TC adoption. Everybody knows the man is an arrogant crook. Nobody ever listened to him nor respected him.
excellent post indeed. the Intel "news" sure had Sprague's sticky fingers all over it.
typical wave of the past 15 years. spend tons of money on something nobody will use, but hey look! there is Intel name in the PR - the only goal is to sync it with a PP or ATM for a good pump and dump that would hopefully last for a few days until all the excitement wears off.
lol. you never know. but his resume looks pretty good. same with solms. the chances that both of them had or were about to have their asses fired and could not find other work are pretty slim, don't you think?
jokes aside, this was probably the best news Wave had for the past 2 years. I mean Tom Conte's hiring.
it's way better than any insider buying because insiders only risk some money, that's all. this guy by leaving dell and joining wave risks his career, reputation and subsequently his entire income!
Defending and praising SKS = Stockholm Syndrome.
Unless of course he made you filthy rich by letting you in on all those PPs pumped and dumped on regular investors. What a travesty!
i heard there was a stiff competition between him and mikey sprague. mikey came very close with his tremendous experience of selling tv super-tonic, scroombles and other wave products, but tommy puled away at the last moment. lol
with all due respect to other posters, all their vote efforts amounted to squat.
the old farts on bod did not fire the genius because they were unhappy with him. quite the opposite. they have made tons of money on this scam over the years while spending an hour hear, 15 minutes there, and just rubber stamping everything that the spragues wanted them to.
the only reason for their canning of sks was criminal liability.
i miss good old times when sks was ceo. there would have been at least one, probably two, distribution agreements announced last week, a conference and a pp.
how boring!
tampa, wave has been a failure for 2 major reasons: lack of interest/need in their product and a ceo nobody trusted, respected nor wanted anything to do with. the second reason is gone. the first one remains. were these 2 reasons more or less 50/50, or was sks the primary reason for lack of business or was it the product? we're about to find out.
if you think last week's events were shocking, wait until the next one starts. this coming week is gonna be fun. expect a number of significant announcements.
blue, feeney is a criminal. but tampa's point was that if wavx was for sale, a finance guy would be put in charge, instead of a sales person.
usually, yes. but wavx is such a special case! i expect feeney to be fired yesterday.
he's one of many who will be spending the rest of his life in prison. along with the spragues and at least 3 bod members. mark my words!
Feeney is as tainted as the Spragues. They needed somebody clean. And it's just temporary.
There is one positive in all this. Solms is not just a bright guy, but one who cares greatly about his own reputation. If he thought Wave to be worthless, he would have quit by now, and he certainly would not have accepted the active CEO role. He does not have to perform a miracle here and he won't. All he has to do is get things in order and either get a large government contract or find a buyer. Then he leaves with even more impressive resume than before and with some CEO experience, so his next job could be a CEO of a rather large company.
alea, everybody knows that the spragues are going to jail. The board of directors is criminally liable (just look at the Enron fiasco).
they should have acted a long time ago. now they will probably get some jail time as well.
imo, wave is about to get sold.
dig, scrambls has zero value. for the past year it was just a scheme to funnel money to mike sprague and from there on to other members of the family and god knows who else.
i think eSign has a value and should be sold.
it's ironic though how the wave's future is still in the hands of two brothers. a couple of days ago it was steve and michael sprague and today it's Bill and Tim Solms...
dig, whether they are hallucinating or lying, the spragues and their well-known surrogates are finished regardless. and that's something worth celebrating, is not it?
whether wavx succeeds or not.
so this is the day we bid farewell to the spragues, a bunch of arrogant greedy conning parasites.
orange is the new black.
and who can forger samsung/wave mobile product expected late in the spring?!
everything that ever comes from sks and company are lies. everything.
WAVX sp was whooping 10 TIMES HIGHER exactly 2 years ago. LOL.
the money did not disappear in the thin air i mind you. just look into the spragues' pockets.
Oh Wave! the longest running scam on Nasdaq. 25 years and counting!
Gartner ain't naming nobody visionary or whatever for free. it must have cost wave at least 10k. but hey! anything to make this scam look legit. money well spent! lol
very funny.. thanks for the laugh
this was either wave express or some newly incorporated scrambles express. all these freshly printed shares went to either Peter or Michael Sprague. even if they can not sell them right away, they can use them against a loan. eventually they will sell them into another pump and dump.
hope this helps.
it would be very easy for wave to dispel "rumors" , silence critics and so on, if they just could come out 2 weeks from now with some strong quarterly results, sign a couple of big contracts...
but they can not, can they? this company is nothing but a scam. they have no product they can sell. their reputation is beyond repair. the only thing they're good at is orchestrating endless pumps and dumps, so that they could print and sell more and more new shares of their soon to be worthless stock.
by the way, how many people showed up for the "conference" that they just paid for? pretty much zero. no clients, no press... just a few speakers, all paid by wave to come.
and by the way, did he reply at all about what happened to the samsung/wave mobile product he told you he expected to be available last spring?
i'm just wondering what was sks' answer when you asked him to deny that wave is under investigation.
was it simply "no comment" or was he like "promise me you'll visit me in jail!!" ?
peter sprague, chairman and ceo of wave express, is trying to unload the family farm and just bought a house with cash. why? because he knows he's going to prison soon. the farm will be confiscated, but they can not touch the primary residence, so his wife will be able to keep it. how cute!
"I don't know where you get your information that I communicate with the CEO of Wave Systems "on a regular bases", but that is just plain false."
what about all the emails from wave's ceo to you that you post?
because you communicate with wave's ceo on regular basis, you must know that i'm correct
i would suggest using your line of communication with wave's ceo to obtain the detailed answer.
and if you do get in touch with him, why not ask about the samsung/wave mobil product he told you about back in march, the one he expected to be available later in the spring.
word "turn" does not make much sense at all when it comes to wavx, does it? one uses this word when it's your turn, then mine, then yours and so on. but when things go in the same direction for 20+ years, there are no turns, just one steady pattern :)
it's like the earth orbiting the sun for a billion years, and one looks at the sun and says ok, now it's our turn, time for the sun to start orbiting the earth. this is just plain silly.
wave is what it is. SCAM.
and i'd like to answer my friend snackman's question. i know for a fact that wave is being investigated.
and i have absolutely no doubt about how this whole thing ends...
with a bunch of people going to jail.
correct. thanks. u know what i think of wave. as far as msft, they are of course interested in making companies upgrade from old versions of windows to windows 8. tc is one of their selling points, so far a pretty weak one but we'll see. that's msft though. nothing to do with wave.
if i did not know wave was a scam and instead chose to beleive into the conspirace theory that they are somehow this legit 20+ year old ipo with a real product to sell. well even then... who r they gonna sell it to? with msft managing TPMs, nobody needs wave's software anymore. lol
all new dell machines are windows 8. old ones are easy to upgrade. a company goes to dell/msft for tc set-up, they don't need wavx.
why would DELL give Wave a penny if they no doubt knew years ago that Windows 8 will manage TPMs?
blue, the dells's agreement was nothing but a scam.
the money that dell paid wave was kicked back to a third party.
return, all they have is a primitive software product to manage TPMs. Microsoft has a better product incorporated into their OS which by the way happened a year ago. so for a year now, Wave's product has been absolutely useless. They don't really have anything to sell.
Why keep sales people on payroll, sponsor conferences and sign distribution agreements you ask? So that they can sell millions of worthless new shares and keep the scam going.
u know as well as me that all of their PRs are a bunch of lies. only designed to pump & dump shares.
they bought a similar "agreement" or whatever they call it, from DMI 3 years ago, that resulted in absolutely nothing. so now they go back, give DMI more money and write another PR this time it's mobile solutions. haha!
same happened with samsung, did not it? first it was a PR for Sumsung PCs, and then a couple of years later - mobile. each time, no products or services or nothing...
same as dozens of other "agreements" with different other companies.
Wave is nothing but a clever scam. EVERYBODY on Wall Street knows it.
for those who still don't understand how this works. Wave pays DMI 100k or so for a distribution agreement of sort/PR, then they dump (via ATM) half a million of worthless freshly printed shares at about $1.40 per share. the spragues have just made themselves a cool half a mil. what a scam!
you're welcome.
any idea how much peter sprague gets paid for being chairman and CEO of WaveXpress which has been a phantom company for years now?
lol. and people keep doubting that wave is a scam.
they're about to flush at least a million dollars and probably much more into a TC conference they have organized. paying microsoft guys to show up and speak about TC... real smart. microsoft promoting tc and themselves with no mention of wave on wave's dime. but whatever it takes, as long as this conference makes wave look legit, as oppose to a scam that they really are.
Amusing line: Peter "is currently chairman and CEO of WaveXpress Inc., a subsidiary" of Wave.
