Rich Pharmaceuticals was encouraged by Dr. Strair to conduct a Phase 2 study in relapsed/refractory AML. A Phase 2 study is currently underway under the direction of Dr. Strair who is actively enrolling appropriate patients in this study.

Hi All, I am not trying to be negative but its taking long long time for everything....DcelVax IND was supposed to be filed before 3/31, now we are getting new date of August 2014. Let's hope Hema I IND is atleast approved in next 5-10 days.

This is Spin-off kind of scenario, so the Ex-Div date will be 19th March (Next day following the Record Date). We should see adjustment in our account on 19th March. Once adjustments are done on your account on 19th, we cold sell BMSN and still keep the dividend shares.

Also, the shares should be settled by 18th March to get the dividend shares that means you should have brought on Thursday March 13th.

This tells that BMSN will send BIG news LATEST before Market opens on 19th March....

EX-Div date is FRIDAY ( 2 business days prior to Tuesday)which means you should have bought on Thursday to get DIVY.

Why All These Dates?
Ex-dividend dates are used to make sure dividend checks go to the right people. In today's market, settlement of stocks is a T+3 process, which means that when you buy a stock, it takes three days from the transaction date (T) for the change to be entered into the company's record books.

As mentioned, if you are not in the company's record books on the date of record, you won't receive the dividend payment.
