As a pink sheet company, doesn't SRLMQ have to report something - anything - at some point in time? Aren't they legally bound to update their activities to shareholders?
Yes, I'm very encouraged by Tice's purchase.
So what's the upshot of this debate about Tice's shares, in layman's terms? TIA
HeyNow, what "filing announcemet this week"? I must have missed something.
Nice find!
Wow! This is good news!
GRNO business getting stronger.
Ex, can you give me that post number?
GRNO - pinks
lolol
Thanks for making these calls.
Sweet!
Exactly. I don't understand why people who have faith in the FLD aren't rooting for lower prices during this time before the squeeze.
lol
During the late '90s the GRNO technology purported to turn waste oil, such as used motor oil, into usable diesel. Today's GRNO refines slop oil into usable oil.
"Throughout the past 10 months, not only has the Company focused its efforts in building and increasing shareholder value but has also focused its efforts on becoming current with their financial reporting as this is a critical component of the Company's strategy to re-establish GRNO back onto the OTCBB. "Despite various setbacks with the filing of our financial statements, we have remained steadfast in our focus to become current with our goal of regaining our status on the OTCBB," added Mr. Margiotta.

I thought news was irrelevant to an fld stock.
FLD, or not, the company GRNO has to perform financially or there will be no demand for its stock and share-holders will be left twisting in the wind.
I've learned to be wary of the penny stocks, but couldn't resist dipping a few toes back into this one given the new developments.
I originally bought GRNO in 1997, held it all those years it while it was in a coma rather than take a tax write-off, and then one day - Bingo! - somebody with some ambition and hopefully smarts takes over company and here I am with these shares, which seem like house money after all these years. I added more today. I like the GRNO business developments, the low float, and the FLD.
Thanks for the response. I was hoping you had something beyond the web page. I find nothing there that would allow me to conclude that Margiotta is a Jobs-type CEO as opposed to a Hayward-type, besides simply hoping it's so, but I hope you're right
Go GRNO.
"These GRNO management people are not suits, looking for ways to cut corners. They are high tech entreprenuers. They are not Tony Hayward-types, they are Steve Jobs-types."
I hope you're right about GRNO management. What do you base your opinions on?
Monk, have you visited the GRNO processing sites in Montana and NE Texas?
Thanks! I'm from 1997. I'll check out SI.
Has anyone been to the Montana location? Can you verify the company's claim regarding the start of production?
Also, how many people are part of the FLD, and how many shares do you suppose they control?
Send your findings/questions into the SEC. Maybe they can kill this thing.
Thanks.
Tin, by what date do they legally have to file?
How much more time has to go by before HRCT "management" has to produce a public statement about their finances?
Yep, normalcy reigns. HRCT has chosen to communicate with their shareholders via Franz Beckenbauer ll.

It's still alive, MisterEC, like Frankenstein.
I guess I'm hoping that someday soon the world will be swamped by rich, young Chinese with Canadian accents.
Not sure size matters, but they've been screwing the shareholders for years.
Tax allocations, parent participation.....Sounds like some kind of socialist operation, not a private school.
At last we have a company that is subject to Western scrutinization.

The reverse split pays the past bills and salaries: Chen, Hartwick, what's his name, and Zhou. It all finally caught up.
Why sell? One of these days somebody might make something out of this company.
But let's face it, Tin: Phan investors just got knee-capped.
