Don't think because we don't have anything to add at the moment that we aren't watching. My contacts with Al have dried up. If I come across anything to add to the pot, I'll toss it in there. Meanwhile, you guys are the lifeblood of the forum—please don't stop.
Yes, but news from the company continues to be scant, and as relates to GNBA stockholders, it's non-existent. Any news would be most welcome.
I looked, but I didn't see a change—what am I missing?
Would if I could—Schwab and Vanguard still showing GNBA as unlisted. More importantly, please share why.
Who knew our technology was in production 1,000 years ago!
I think getting GNBA back trading would be great for us, and would generate positive attention for Skyworks-Global. I don't know why the delay.
I do remember, and I did think $1 was cheap.
If it goes up to what I paid for my first shares in the late 90's ($1 to $2), then I might sell.
Pardon my ignorance but, ibox?
Perhaps a lack of business acumen and influence on the part of those gifted in autorotative flight as opposed to the powerful players who are heavily invested in competing forms of flight.
If it opens at the last closing price, then BUY!
Was foe supreme tongue-in-cheek or just a typo?
Re: https://projects.chicagomaroon.com/article/2018/stevanovich/
Not sure how this affects us. Was his involvement with the 5% or the 95%, or both? Anybody have any idea what's next?
We're not all gone, we're just ignorant. I haven't been able to get a handle on what's going on—particularly as relates to when we might resume trading. At one time, I understood that the paperwork was in process and that we would be "re-registered" in a matter of weeks. That was ages ago. Skyworks Global's activities won't affect us until we can either resume trading or we are bought out bu the other 95%.
Am I missing something?
I do remember the latter 90's and the $2+ share price. It was a modest gain at the time, but it seems huge now. Hope things go well——I would really like to see us trading again.
Any word on when we will be able to resume trading?
I've been out of touch for a bit—where do I find the form?
This shows far better marketing than we had in the past. The overseas governments' interest is also encouraging.
Tex, please explain what that means. Is there trading taking place somewhere?
You're not alone, we just haven't heard anything either. Don't give up.
Any idea when that might go through?
I haven't seen these on the board. Thought everyone might find them interesting.

Does anybody have any idea if this will be "fixed"?
Anybody notice Al Waddill is no longer listed as a company officer? What's up????
This link is to an AvWeb issue. It's pretty rare for me to be envious of Europe, but why don't we have more activity here in the States. Does anyone know if there is significant activity to flesh out the category in Light Sport?

The office answering machine still has the same message. Anyone heard anything?
Isn't GNBA an independent corporation that happens to own shares in GAC? If that is so, I don't see how a filing from GAC would suffice.
If we were suspended, couldn't we be reinstated by getting our paperwork in order?
Thanks for your thoughts. I look forward to seeing what happens.
What would a merger mean for GNBA stockholders given the rest of the company is privately held? I don't feel on solid ground with the premise of this question, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
That was the word that got my attention as well. Sixty days seems like pretty serious restructuring.
The website is as you describe. A call to the offices provided this recorded message:
"Groen Brothers Aviation and/or General Aeronautics Corporation are currently undergoing a significant growth restructure. These offices will be closed for the next sixty days"
Received from NanoLogix via email at 12:49PM:
"NanoLogix is pleased to announce receipt of notification of allowance and/or granting of patents in the US and internationally for:
USA: BNF for use with Antibodies and Aptamers
USA: N-Assay Rapid Detection Technology
China: FlatPack Packaging
New Zealand: FlatPack Packaging
The allowance and upcoming grants of patents significantly strengthen the position of the Company's intellectual property both domestically and internationally."
I've been giving the grandchildren GNBA and NNLX for years. They think I'm nuts.
Meanwhile, PositiveID gets national coverage:

We have a better and cheaper product. How do we get this kind of coverage?
Hope you are successful, Tex.
Thank you.
I was encouraged that someone spent the time and money to make significant updates to the website.
I also thought I saw some new aircraft (at least to me) on the site. Didn't "they" say that there was some technology that would not transfer to the new company due to national security restrictions?
Good luck guys. Please keep us posted.
For all of the more than twenty years that I lived and worked in Arabia and the Far East I found the the disparate nature of the various products, services, and personnel of local companies to be both astonishing and fascinating to one with traditional (Western) thoughts on business and its organization. Lingerie and auto parts, and home construction and Cray supercomputers are two examples that come to mind.
The success of a Saudi company is mostly due to its ability to move products and people in and out of various countries, and its ability to obtain government approval for its operations. Products, expertise, and personnel can be easily obtained. You don't need twenty years experience in an area if you can bring in an entire staff and management team to do the job. That happens every day in these countries.
Al-Jazira is certainly a well known name in Saudi Business. Their success, from our perspective, will depend more on their commitment to our objectives than whether they have spent much time supporting the medical community.
