"The Company expects to achieve over $4 million in sales for the full year of 2010, which is over 300% growth compared to the same period last year. The rapid growth and strong customer demand for the MusclePharm products has created back orders for 5 of the 12 months in 2010."
So, they only shipped 7 out of 12 months and still grew by what was that...300%.

Not pumping- just sayin
Up for 2011:
New muscle gel into all 1,500 GNC's
MSLP products expanding into 400 Vitamin worlds
MSLP riding on the back of Tapout into 10,000+ clothing retail locations- WOW, how many T-shirts do you have in your closet vs. bottles of supplement in your cupboards?
Australia buying $500k of it "guaranteed" 3 of the 4 next quarters
New Canadian distributor
And diluion that is out of control... my oh my.
Great job WeCap on sticking with your goal. I remember seeing you post the goal back in January... 100k is a good ride. throttle up! agreed, management is struggling.
many developments were questionable from the beginning - now things have gone beyond dire... even if they make the $2 million dollar deal how much in earnings will/can they really retain since silly things like SG&A get in the way. this needs a costco sized deal... hope they pull it off. nice run if it jumps to .009 on some news though.
Thanks Risicare! I may keep clear then. I thought the auditor fiasco was cleared but I may be wrong. Per Ihub post.

Big news coming friday!

Value 1008- I dont have PM so the public board will need to do. What do you think of this auditor situation? you may have commented on it prior but I missed it. I respect your opinion and input and that is why I am asking you. Also, I too have been watching what happened at CCME... unbelievable. Thanks for honest input if you decide to post.
Can anyone make sense of this media blitz proposal for Surgex? (see link) Whats up with the "meds on time reminder" comment

Group- thanks for asking for clarity, I dont post misleading statements. No PR (as far as I know) has been released about an infomerical. It was mentioned in an article, here is the link.

I agree Tetoresa. I picked up some more today and yesterday. Direct to consumer is next. A multi-store chain deal is not. There is not sufficient demand for the product in the general public to be placed in a chain (just IMO). In the next few days I expect a launch with Theismann doing infomercials, however, I expect a large purchase order to be consummated for the infomercial rights and distribution. The reverse split will not happen until there is a long train of positive information (national placement, government orders, positive Resurgex select results from Columbia U) to be close behind to make the price stick. Things have been happening behind the scenes and expect it to unfold, very, very soon. Load up.
Look into MSLP, similar products, great time to load up there as well (IMO). GLTA, us longs have earned it...
Tread lightly here guys. Keep it nimble.
Fantastic post SILVERISTHENEWGOLD! - people read it, please. Thanks for the gauntlet drop, best read on the board today/yesterday. Best, from Honolulu.
I think you are right they ran out of product, the office at NRTI forgot to put it on order - apparently the previous office at MBTG took care of that function. I suspect a reverse split, then positive trial results for surgex select, then launch of surgex direct to consumer, then launch into GNC/VitaWorld. What a mess right now? Mirken, are your best days behind you? Are you waking up wondering what a mistake it was to take this job? Its been eight months since you touted the GNC deal (you know, the 3,000 locations in the next two weeks comment, you remember, right? Oh that's right, the quotes came from an unauthorized publication. You also said "Sadowsky has been steering you through the process with two of the largest bottlers in the world." Question; did you both find those bottlers? Do you need help getting those two addresses? Dear Santa, I want NRTI to to do the reverse split first, then do a PR blitz with a bunch of unauthorized comments so we can get out and maybe break even.
Hey Doc, can you check my cranium. I am still convinced this stock is going up.
Columbia University results should be out soon (assuming) it was on schedule.
Source: Inergetics, Inc. Columbia University Division of Pediatric Oncology Chooses Millennium Biotechnologies' Resurgex Select(R) for Multi-Site Clinical Trial First of Its Kind Clinical Trial in Children to Test Millennium's Resurgex Select(R) Product for Its Effectiveness in Improving the Nutrition of Pediatric Oncology Patients PARAMUS, N.J., March 3, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --Millennium Biotechnologies Group Inc. (OTCBB:MBTG), a leader in the development of targeted nutritional products in the Clinical Nutrition Market and Sports Nutrition Market, announced today that Columbia University has chosen Resurgex Select® to be the focus of a multicenter clinical trial to test its effectiveness in treating pediatric oncology patients, due to its unique composition. The clinical study is the first ever to test the effectiveness of the proprietary nutritional blend contained in Resurgex's nutritional supplement in preserving lean muscle mass and quality of life in pediatric cancer patients. The clinical study protocol titled "Promass Nutrition Intervention Using High Calorie Protein Supplement to Preserve Lean Body Mass," is scheduled to occur during the summer of 2010 and last for 12 weeks, pending I.R.B. approval next month. The study will take place at four separate test sites: Columbia University Division of Pediatric Oncology, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (SJCRH), Alberta Health Services, and the Regional Cancer Center (RCC) at Capital Health. Because of Millennium Biotechnologies' clinical recognition for its Resurgex Select® nutritional supplement, Columbia University initiated the trial with the Company to determine the supplement's ability to be a highly effective treatment in minimizing or eliminating the ravaging effects of cancer treatment on children's bodies. The Company has agreed to provide the clinical study with its Resurgex product and four "Multi-Frequency, Segmented Bioelectric Impedance" machines needed to measure lean body mass. The specific objectives of the clinical trial are to validate that the Company's Resurgex Select's® acceptance in pediatric patients based on its taste, color and texture as well as its effectiveness in preventing the loss of lean body mass and impact on quality of life, as measured by the Peds QL standard, in children with brain tumors that are undergoing therapy. "The Company is optimistic that its Resurgex supplement will provide a greater improvement in the nutrition of pediatric oncology patients than any competing products, and both parties are anxious to launch this trial immediately following I.R.B. approval next month. Additionally, we believe that Resurgex's superior taste and texture will give it a higher level of acceptability by children than all other nutritional products,, which is a key component of this trial's success," stated Mark Mirken, Chairman and CEO of Millennium Biotechnologies Group. "The initiation of this trial by such prestigious institutions is clearly a reflection of Resurgex's pre-eminent recognition as a highly targeted nutritional supplement with proven success in cancer clinics, hospitals and with dieticians who are thought leaders in oncology," added Mirken. Waiting game. Still to come for Surgex- Joe Thiesmann infomercials, possible GNC and Vitaminshoppe orders (announcement soon IMO), then a PR for the brand development and launch for Black Ops RTD, pouches, and bars. Looking forward to these developments.
Any really experienced traders understand the big sell-off? I emailed Aida Aragon early last week, which she responded with everything is on track and that product movement will begin in the next 30 days. So many shares have been doled out that someone did not like the press releases prior to the split -or- the GNC/ specialty stores deal is not happening. These are the only two reasons I can think of for the sell-off we had today. The military vertical is the only reason I am still in, if it weren't for that I would have bolted. Anyone with experience in this big sell-off please give some insight. Best...GLTA

Barely afloat... and still stinks, dump more water in.
Two functional beverages, one branded as Surgex distributed by Windmill, the other... same clinically validated ingredients, offered in various flavors/mixes, bottled and distributed by XYZ... branded as BLACK OPS with "SurgexTM Patented Recovery Technology" in it.
VP of Special Markets for Windmill Health Products, Rich Lauritano, added, “We have a timely and unique opportunity with Surgex and look forward to introducing this clinically validated brand here in the US and to the international markets. Inergetics’ current SurgexTM line allows athletes at all levels to train harder and therefore compete better; and their proprietary science will set them apart from all other products in their category. As they expand their brand with other products which are now in development and through Windmill Health Products LLC, the value of the Company’s sales and brand will grow exponentially.”
What is so timely and unique about selling a product with no brand equity? Unless that equity was going to be changed in the market place soon, then yes, thats timely. Interesting that he refers to it as Inergetics "current SurgexTM line of products." At the 30k foot level, I suspect Mirken it trying to bring to market the science of Surgex, not the brand entirely. IMO.
InBev discontinues their 180 sports energy drink. Found this link via Google. http://interact.stltoday.com/blogzone/jog-blog/jog-blog/2010/04/michelob-ultra-picks-up-sponsorship-of-180-team. Please confirm. If so, perhaps, Black Ops plays an important role in a new launch?
I guess the market spoke and most people believe that an exclusive distribution agreement means that an infusion by a large bottler is out for the functional beverage? I visited my local GNC today and had a good chat with the sales guy. There are 2,700 stores in the US, approx 1,000 in Canada, remainder are Intl. He was familiar with Windmill, and said typically new products go to A & B (high volume) stores first. Some stores are franchises and do choose which products are in the stores, but not many of the stores are franchises. Pepsi/Gatorade just launched a new functional beverage line at GNC, a 3 stage product line, pre-workout, during, & post workout system. It was a nice display and merchandised in the run or an endcap. Muscle Milk had 18+ sku's in powdered and functional beverage form in the store.
Not sure why Sadowsky is still at Inergetics? I came accross this piece of interesting news via google. If true, this is coincidental IMO: AB INBev discontinues their 180 brand energy drink as of a few weeks ago. The link is(http://interact.stltoday.com/blogzone/jog-blog/jog-blog/2010/04/michelob-ultra-picks-up-sponsorship-of-180-team). Can someone else check this out as well? Also, I read the Bio Med articles several times. If at the time there was a sliver of hope for Mirken to ink a deal, why even mention a bottler/ competitor to MM, too much to lose not enough to gain, IMO. Just say, contract with a world wide 3rd tier distributor that gets us access to XY&Z outlets, period, thats effective. If InBev really did drop their 180 energy drink then this is an interesting development. I looked at the InBev site about 5 weeks ago and saw the 180 branded energy drink on it, since then it has been removed, I just checked. Please confirm this.
