Doesn't really matter
Supply<demand
None of the LPS are producing enough bud, SL product will move as quick as they can produce it
3 months I hope not lol, probably safer assumption, but I feel like it will be here by end of month, at least before legislation is introduced
I have a Question regarding time frame from Inspection to being granted a sales license.
this is Straight from health Canada website:
The following list provides examples of areas an inspector may focus on during an inspection. It should be noted that this list is not exhaustive, and is not presented in any order of priority. For further information, please visit the Compliance and Enforcement web page.
An inspection may include:
verification of the site's coordinates, and identification of key personnel;
confirmation that the activities being conducted by the licensed producer correspond to those indicated on the licensed producer's licence;
verification of the physical security requirements for the site;
identification of the legal source from which the licensed producer obtains their starting materials;
demonstration of safekeeping of substances during transportation;
verification of compliance with the ACMPR in setting a maximum quantity of dried marijuana sold to registered clients;
confirmation that standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required by the ACMPR have been established;
verification that the licensed producer is meeting the requirements of Good Production Practices (GPP);
verification of destruction procedures (on-site, off-site);
verification of record keeping procedures; and
verification of reporting methods for loss or theft, adverse reactions, dried marijuana and cannabis oil recalls, and changes of key personnel.
In my personal opinion there is nothing that should really add a substantial amount of time to be conducted during or after the inspection for the sales license to be granted.
That said once the pre sales license inspection is conducted i think its relatively safe to say that we can expect a sales license to be granted very soon after? does anyone else have an opinion on this matter?
Thanks!
Yea quest trade wants a 190$ commission to purchase stocks on the asx, I want in on some of the other Australian weed plays but that commission is ridiculous
I just have a question maybe someone can answer it,
I'd like to purchase this and other Australian weed stocks on the ASX and not otc
I'm currently using quest trade, does anyone know if quest trade supports trading on international markets other then Canada and US? Thanks
There are other companies that sell clones and starting materials THC is not the only one
Man... the ship has sunk because a PR hasn't been released 6 days after the company ideally would have liked to finalize it?.....
Not even 6 days, that's 4 business days... hahaha are you guys actually serious? How silly does that sound when you put it in perspective like that.... haha
Just cut your loses and move on then. I can't be bothered to respond to these messages anymore to ease the feelings of "investors" who don't have the stones to stomach a 6 day delay on a pr that wasn't even promised for that march 1st deadline you guys somehow created on an otc stock...
I'll be waiting it out until more information is released. Best of luck to everyone
I'm wrong in what regard please enlighten me?
Do you see a March 1st deadline in the email? A promise of a pr by March first?
No nothing was promised,
Yes..... no where in that email does it say there will be a press release march first..... if anything that email tells me the latter
They are working diligently to finalize things... and has much as they would like to release something to appeal to all these impatient investors.
It will be released as soon as they possibly can, there's no point in coming to unsupported, assumptions at this point...
All you know is the company is working towards completing something and until further information is released anything you guys say pure speculation... and quite frankly completely pointless
What are you basing this information on, in the emails that where supposedly posted here it was never stated they expected anything to be released before march 1st.....
Source? Or you just saying random things with no supporting facts?
Class action lawsuit announced against ogi and weed
Everything tends to follow the movement of weed to some extent, entire Canadian sector is red today
Great buying opportunity
That's a pretty speculative response, THC comes from a mining background actually... and their board of directors is not the most reputable either.
You don't have any factual information your just saying random expectations.
THC had been good to me I was in at. .30 and out at 1.20$ Canadian I would love for them to revamp their business model. I don't see starting materials as a overly successful business compared to other LPS. Deff not a "dominate one" as you state.
From a consumers prospective as well they lose all the market exposure to costumers by not selling their bud. Me personally I'd be more likely to buy a clone from a producer who's product I can purchase and test myself as well.
Also don't see why this clone shipper is so hyped as a huge selling feature here.... it's an added shipping expense that cuts into the profit margin...
Any facts to support this claim? Also which LP has THC sold to I'm yet to hear and news of a LP growing THC's strains? Maybe I have missed it anyone know? doesn't seem cost efficient to buy from them, there are cheaper options available
I just don't see how it's a good choice to focus solely on starting materials, there is no way they are generating the 2,500$ per square foot of grow space they would selling and trimming a mature plant.
Lol analysts target prices..... lol basing expectations on that is a pretty good way to get it wrong I think. Especially in a new developing market such as this
The anticipation here is killing me....
It will be interesting to see where this stock price goes once the sales license arrives...
My best guess is I think this will run in a similar style to the Canadian company mjn, similar market cap I believe currently trading around 3.20&$ Canadian... anyone else have a prediction?
There is nothing stopping them from buying 1 plant and cloning it... THC is not the only company licensed to sell starting materials in Canada either,
I think THC has cornered them self into a small portion of the weed market in Canada
Companies having second thoughts? Why spread that kind of speculation around this board?
Please post any supporting evidence you have towards this claim?..... none?
Didn't think so.....
If your not happy with your investment just cut your loses and move on.... it's that simple....
Buy the rumour sell the news, stock trading 101 my friend. Requires patience... if you don't have it otc may not be the place for you
This isn't an investment, it's more of a gamble.. banking on the fact that the company will make an acquisition
Lol I'm invested currently in Aph and SL I'd wager either one haha,
I'm not saying there isn't a business to be made out of clones, it just won't be as successful
Per sq ft, of grow space they will lose money growing clones in it, compared to harvesting a mature plant for 2,500$ worth of product.
There's no argument, that's a fact and for that reason I do not like their business model
What's is there really to wager the stock price is a good enough indicator of this business model they have put in place I believe. It's done nothing but decline since the decision to sell strictly clones
Yes, and what is to stop them from cloning their own plants after purchase? Please tell me since I'm so misinformed an you take this so seriously?
To some extent I guess I'm Canadian so on the Canadian ticker the bought deal was done at 2.25$, it dipped for a couple weeks then gained back some ground,
I expect this to continue to trade sideway for abit if not dip to the 2.30$-2.40 CAD range... that's there I will be looking to re-enter if it happens I sold have my position here for the short term gains likely to be associate with supreme pharm getting a sales license
Not big on THC do a little more dd and check out the price point they expect to sell their clones for... I don't see your average consumer paying those prices when seeds can literally be bought anywhere in Canada. I think they are missing out on a huge profit not selling trimmed bud.... I think anyone looking to " grow their own bud" is doing for the cost savings,
Once someone you know has a plant it's relatively simple to clone it yourself.
Really not impressed by their business model, there is probably money to be made there, I just don't think as much as some of the others
Diligently... I'm not sure that's the word to describe abattis work ethic... they are late to the party with the testing lab that isn't open yet, and will have to compete with other labs who are already established and have built customer relations..... certainly where not diligent about their financials.
I just don't see how anyone's buying this stock, when you have aphira about to uplist to the tsx and supreme about to acquire a sales license, your probably looking at a 50% return on your money there respectively. This isn't a good investment compared to the rest of the booming Canadian pot sector, any way to each his own, best of luck here guys adios
Yea expecting a nice close here end of day, sales license is closer then ever.. haha
Not anything soon I would imagine. Pretty heavily diluted here already and they just recently closed a 70 mill bought deal
No idea what caused the American ticker to rise, I can only assume with all the Canadian shares being locked up it could have very easily been pumped or manipulated.
As for the drop in price as a Canadian investor, of the 40 or so companies listed on Canadian exchanges, which allows us to invest tax free, in a tax free savings account. Abattis is probably the 3rd worst investment you can possibly make I rank them only ahead of Matica and umbral.
Many people picked this stock up as kind of a long shot "lottery ticket" per say. Myself included. But requiring a month to file a financial report and in turn holding your investors investments hostage does not sit will with Canadian investors.
Money better spent else where in my opinion
I'm a short because I post something that doesn't pertain to the price of this stock price rising?.... I stated already I had a position here, I exited today for a 40% profit Canadian side
All I'm saying is there is much better places to invest your money in the Canadian sector then a company like this
It's literally a gold mine right now, best of luck to everyone holding here, I'm out!
It takes patiences but you should see a sale license and significant return on your investment in the coming weeks
Yea I do read and do DD thank, and my point was this is pretty much one of the worst investments in the Canadian sector right now, as a Canadian investor why would I put my money?
I think Aurora might be in rough shape is legislation drags on, Aurora sky is not going to be cheap to run/ operate. but to be honest I don't expect things to be legalized and underway until well into 2018, Canadian politics are a very slow thing,
I sold a big part of my shares here at 2.80$ Canadian ticker, I loaded up on supreme I love the position that company has put them selfs in, 70 mill in the bank for expansion, huge vault full of weed to sell, and a sales license coming within weeks.
I'll look to increase my position in Aurora after I exit supreme once their sales license is obtained hoping aurora will be in the 2.30-2.40ish range (Canadian) haha
I like Aurora and I am invested here for quite some time. But I don't think this is the bottom. I think the share price will continue to dip until the company makes some progress with Aurora sky. It is just way to diluted
Huge market cap.
You can take my shares lol I'm in at .13 Canadian. And will be looking to exit as soon as possible,
There is so many better plays in the Canadian sector right now it's a gold mine, why bother investing in a company who can't even put together their financial reports in time. And after doing so drag their feet to get it done.....
Look at companies like supreme phara with an actual future a solid business plan, and gigantic catalyst most likely weeks away..... why would any Canadian investor want to tie up money in a company such as this?
You honestly think the announcement of northern vines opening will create this stock to rise?
You realized there's already like 20 labs in Canada competing for the business of limited license producers?
Unless Canada dumps their shares into the market in a crazy sell off because they are sick of being stuck here for like a month now because this company doesn't have its financials in order. which could happen
Yea I seen it very good news to me personally. The biggest fears I had about this stock was that the quality of their product was not up to par or some how tainted resulting in a delay with health Canada
This puts all those concerns to rest very good news....
I really like the direction and moves this company is making. When you take it into consideration there's absolutely no reason for supreme to rush to a sales license with a b2b model. They put them selfs in a better position not rushing into it.... and once it's obtained all the product will be sold.
As a short term investor it sucks. But as a long term investor this is great news I predict supreme has put them selfs in a great spot to become the first debt free profitable company in this sector.
Hahaha yea iPhone auto correct lol, although this stock is starting to haunt me as well haha
Can't believe this is still haunted in Canada..... ridiculous
