Heavy Consolidation like here is very very good, strong base and once those 8's are gone the rest of the upticks will flow like the panama canal =D

looking at it this way also seems to make sense that all those people that are selling those .0007's are profit takers and are now in the hands of people in the ,0007 and want this to go up.
