Do honestly think "big box" retailers care whether WNBD has a viable product on their shelves?
I suggest "No". They don't. Do you understand how "big box" retailer's and their agreements work with their suppliers such as Lowe's, Home Depot, and Wal-Mart?
Do you think these retailers purchase the product they have on their shelves?
Retailers don't care if you are a small supplier. All they care about is velocity and throughput of your product. If it doesn't move, kiss your shelf space good bye!
WNBD is "trying" (and I use that word loosely) to get placed, but if it doesn't perform in the form of sales, they'll be booted for a product that does, because the retailers don't see any money until the product sells!
And with no consumer awareness (marketing and advertising) how or why would a consumer even know about WNBD and its products.
So yes, Eric efforts are feigned! His true "business" strategy is: Stay small, stay PINK, and keep selling shares to pay his salary!
Regarding Eric's $120K salary!
Depends on how you define his "business"!
He is in the business of selling unregistered securities off the SEC's radar by being a PINK and always remaining a PINK!
He is selling himself and his alleged trustworthiness in the form of securities.
He cares about himself and his third party, accredited investors only. He likes to pick and choose which SEC rules and regulations to quote and/or follow; in the end, he doesn't have to because WNBD will always be a PINK!
WNBD is an afterthought and only the vehicle in which he can continue his "business". Outside of that, he's really not all that smart.
I didn't think so...
There is nothing outside of Eric's Pink Sheets filings to indicate he is either
1) Trustworthy
2) An expert
He is good a Regulation D Offerings to the tune of 2.6 Billions shares sold to date.
He is good at deficit spending by spending three times the amount of revenues the company earns, and putting the company in a $6M hole.
The company's filings are unaudited and subject to revision on PinkSheets website. So nothing is "set in stone" and changes when no one is looking.
He is good at keeping off the SEC's radar by keeping WNBD quoted on PinkSheets.
He is good at keeping the transfer agent gagged.
There is no truly "verifiable" DD avaialbe to the public. It's all WNBD Corporate Spin!
"Oh, he's so open and transparent." No Eric is not. He's in the business of selling shares while supporting his operations with a feigned attempt to launch a product!
Can you point to any reliable filing that shows Eric putting "so much" into WNBD? I cannot seem to find that information anywhere. And "No!", I don't want to ask Eric. I don't trust him. I'd like to see some third-party, independent research or documentation that indicates even an ounce of this.
From what I can tell, he's sold a ton of Regulation D Offerings under Rule 504, and raised millions of dollars, but has yet to do anything attainable for shareholders. He stopped filing the Reg D paperwork because his poor, budding 5-year old company WNBD has yet to move beyond the criteria of being considered a "Small Company" and is stuck on PinkSheets!
No...Eric enjoys the "share printing press". He likes it so much, he ensures WNBD stays off the SEC's radar by remaining a PINK and failing to ever graduate from being a SMALL COMPANY!
Let me guess Eric's reply: "To be listed on OTCBB costs more!"
Yea so? Eric spends 3x the amount the company earns. Can't do any more damage than he already has!
But wait...this would then "highlight himself and WNBD" and put them under the SEC's jurisdiction! GOT IT! THANKS!
Yeah. Let's give Eric another $5M and 5 Years to do just that!
WAY TO GO ERIC!!!
Update to iBox is in order...it's the right thing to do!

From ROSEN Case Summary:
Hey, message board monitoring WNBD CEO:
From email exchange on July 4, 2009:
Very nice recap of past events ActivClient!
You know as well as I know, response are tailored to those being responded to.
Eric has fooled many, and continues to fool with the help from others.

WOW!
At first, I thought you were talking about Steven Yehuda Moskowitz's and Micahel Lee Metter's travels to Switzerland!
LOL
Precisely.
No one truly believes any of these dolts are purporting.
It's all part of the scam. Probably Bryant himself, with various Facebook aliases.
It so obvious the 8000 Inc (or is it with a comma...LOL) thing is a scam, anyone saying otherwise is part of the scam.
In my opinion, they are carrying on the fraud and need to be shut down too!
Actually, I heard Jobs was a Monk-In-A-Box raving fan!
Or maybe it was Monk-In-A-Cell!
Either way, Jobs is seeking employment for the PhD and US Naval Officer (Retired)!
LOL!
Thanks for swinging by Yak! Your sorely missed!
Sure I don't. How are you so sure?
Unfortunately, you may be right.
But Eric knows what he's doing.
Revenues have been about the same, year over year--$500K.
Can you elaborate where you come up with your "going up in the positive direction"?
Then, can you address costs? They are misaligned and significantly unbalanced when comparing to revenues. Almost 3:1 or 4:1, costs:revenues.
What does Eric really have to show for spending over $6M dollars, while continuing his deficit spending!
I don't think the PPS is hinging on Duane Reade.
If it is, then I agree...WNBD will be trips soon enough!
Company vs. Product
WNBD vs 1000+
Significant differences between performance!
I agree. Don't put all your confidence in a company's product. Unfortunately, the consumer awareness on 1000+ is extremely poor!
I think you comment is off topic!

Can we just stick with Eric Lehner and his poor achievements as it pertains to WNBD?
Yes. He's sold over 2.6 billion shares in the hopes of allegedly building a viable cleaning product company in the past 6 years.
2.6 billion - Wonder how much that equates to in dollars USD?
Soon it will be 3 billion, then 4 billion, and finally a maxed out authorized share structure of 5 billion.
At a 504 price $.0005 sold to third-party "affiliates" out of Georgia, that's $2,500,000 USD. Not a bad "take home" for a CEO that concentrates on message boards and blogging.
Looks like dirt and water splatter to me. (ie mud) Not too difficult to pick up. For all we know, it is glue and latex paint. Or it is simply mud.
You aren't listening. I'm providing the "other side". I am not an investor!
Should it matter?!?
I wouldn't purchase WNBD with your money!
Why?
I'd prefer to have a cross section from all sides of the spectrum.
Only listening to the "rose colored" side is ruinous. Sorta like a "GROUP THINK" or "Herd Mentality".
I'm sure those on the Titanic listening to the Titanic shipbuilders and crew members was helpful after hitting the iceberg, huh?
"The Titanic is indestructible and unsinkable!"
Investors? Or mere message board posters or traders?
How does he know they aren't the evil shorts and hedge funds?
Investors...now that's funny!
Eric pays too much attention to message boards and posters.
Makes one wonder what he's really in the business of!
And the transcripts will actually be a fun read!
I am totally curious where they stashed the money, how they stashed the money, how they set up the scam, who was involved, how the infiltrated the message boards, all the grimy little details.
Press Releases, what they were thinking, how the transfer agents were fooled into unrestricting the shares, you name it.
I think it will be easier than people think.
Egarizing of the annual/quarterly reports, tinkering with the 10Qs and 10As, mistakes with the IRs and AS increases.
It will be fun.
Well, the absolute bottom is .0001!
Could WNBD go there?
My Answer: "Is Eric still at the helm?"
Georgia 504s are a quick way to generate some money to pay the bills...er, ah...pay a CEO's salary!
Guess the printing press union members have been taking a break.
Need to take a healty breather. Beginning of next month, I see the dilution machine fully operational!
Point (.) One (1) Two (2) cents.
GOOD JOB ERIC!
"A reverse split which is used only for the purpose of increasing share price is not sensible..."
Eric's rationale won't be ONLY for the purpose of increasing the share price.
It will be a long winded response, basically boiling down to survival and keeping his "operation" (ie not selling cleaning products) afloat.
The whole "cleaning products" is there is to continue to sell billions of shares.
We all know why it's sealed!
Moskowitz cut a deal and is going to dime out all his cronies, to include several promoters (Doug Furth / Steve Hess) and a multitude of other "fringe players" and aliases!
DOJ, SEC and Mokowitz's defense team don't want to tip their cards to the other defendants...especially Metter!
This is going to be an interesting finale!
Phew. So they closed $4M already in the first 5-6 years.
4 years left to close $96M more!
Let's give them a 12 year plan. 6 more years left to earn $96M! That's only $16M year. A jump from $500K to $16M isn't out of the realm of reality...in WNBD-land!
Number shuffling is something most penny stock CEOs like to do.
I'm with you on only another $500,000 in revenue this year.
They laughed at my millions of dollars raked in at a cost basis of 1/2 cent a share.
Not sure what cost basis they would use.
So, "How much did Eric bring in selling 1.6 Billion shares?"
1/2 cent = $8M
1/4 cent = $4M
1/10 cent = $1.6M
Can anyone here through out their best estimate?
I say somewhere between $4M-$8M considering the price range from a year and a half ago. How much did his 504-connection in Georgia pay for these discounted shares.
From crawling through the corporate financials (unaudited)
SALES
2008 = $510,819
2009 = $541,879 (Up 6.1%)
2010 = $555,038 (Up 2.4%)
2011 = ~$600,000 ($292,203 as of June 30, 2011; maybe only $584K) (Up ~8%)
SHARE STRUCTURE
mid-2008 - 800M shares
mid-2009 - 1.2B shares (Up 50%) (Shares sold valued @ $2,000,000)
mid-2010 - 1.5B shares (Up 20%) (Shares sold valued @ $1,500,000)
mid-2011 - 2.4B shares (Up 60%) (Shares sold valued @ $4,500,000)
http://www.tiburon.ca/wnbd/outstandinganaylsis_003.htm
Dollar values calculated using 1/2 cent per share. Cut them in half if you think they're too high, and assume 1/4 cent per share. Both are very conservative assumptions!
Only difference here is Eric didn't want to go and immediately kill his Golden Goose of a flam-sham shoestring of a company.
Selling shares at good prices, rather than one quick swoop (or in two months for the sake of this argument)!
Eric cleared millions of dollars of share selling over the past 5 years, and delivered nothing but hopes and dreams.
Too bad so many fell for it!
Besides, he has all this overhead to pay for...corporate car, big salary, website and blog, marketing, and such.
Well good for Eric! Did a fine job decimating this little operation. Onto the next one for him I guess.
If the judicial system was in the business of making $$$...they'd sell tickets!
$250 a piece, and they'd make an easy $25K. Cater it too.
I'd buy a ticket! Guess I just go for free! But you and I know, Moskowtiz will DELAY those proceedings too. You need to have a lot of open room on your calendar to make up for the moving target of a court date!
Lawyer will be sick or out of town; maybe he'll even admit himself to the hospital.
Wouldn't put faking his own death past him.
Just goes to show ya!
.12c is way too high for the way this is shaping up, wadi.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I wouldn't touch WNBD with your money!
