IMHO, this security is grossly overpriced...eom
Does rpg101(JBII employee) stand by his $20/share prediction? Why didn't he retract that?
Seems I can now post more than three times per day on IHUB. That means I'll have the opportunity to post much more often.
How are you doing these days?
Anyone know if rpg101 is still employed by JBIIE?
After the wheels disappear completely from this train, will John be able to process those into oil?
Water into wine?
Is this a good stock?...eom

You know the game, cut the losses, let the gains run! Great job.
CLASS ACTION time?...eom
Are you suggesting that management doesn't follow thru on what they say?
LoL
Nice work!...eom
I do not trust the management of this company.
Time for a LAWSUIT?
I do not trust the JBII management...eom
Debt free, or just a "shift" from the liability portion of the balance sheet to the equity portion?
Either you have the debt or you have the dilution.
You don't understand how this works?
LoL
JBII - This is one I "reviewed" about six months ago. Check out the recent 8-K filing....
On May 19, 2010 John Bordynuik, President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of JBI, Inc., (the “Company”), concluded that the Company’s previously issued audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, filed on Form 10-K with the Securities & Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on March 31, 2010 and the interim financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2009, filed on Form 10-Q with the SEC on November 16, 2009, should no longer be relied upon due to questions regarding: 1) the accounting treatment and related disclosures of two acquisitions which were completed during 2009 and 2) the valuation of media credits acquired by the Company during 2009 through the issuance of common stock.

scion,
Is this company now up to date with all required SEC filings? I've been told that I do a decent job of pulling filings apart.
So I'd like to begin an updated review of this security and management.
TIA
I hear ya. Nice work trading C.
BAC for me. Between $12 and $18.
Hey, what's happening? You trading any of the banks?
A
Interesting, but just another layer of BS. As someone once said...tell a little truth together with many lies...
Mark,
Do you or have you ever traded using the ECN's? You seem to be very knowledgeable.
I could not reply on the board where you posted the article that eventually hit the USA Today, but I pulled this quote from that article.
Regarding the 1,000 point drop...Anyone with access to the ECN's could have benefitted like this trader did.
"Gensler testified that one trader took a large short position in the E-Mini, selling "on the way down and (continuing) to do so even as the price level recovered." That could indicate that the trader, who wasn't named, was betting on a price decline."
Mark,
Thanks I'll check it out.
When I was actively trading, I used a product that was the equivalent of today's E-Signal. All trades have time/date stamps, and most pass thru an ECN. Very transparent, except for the "back room" specialist deals during the good ole boy days at the NYSE.
While I can understand large swings based on the international overnight stuff happening in Spain and Greece, a mid day "trading error" that drops the Dow by 1,000, and then recoups two-thirds of that in just 30 minutes really pizzes me off.
Then these financial writers have the balls to justify this with those ridiculous on-line articles.
The game is "still" rigged.
Mark my words...The trading activity over the last four days will be or should be scrutinized for illegal transactions.
These wide swings for "trader error" are nonsense. Someone made millions off of this activity. The days of the NYSE "specialist" are pretty much over, most trading is representing on ECN's now, plus the exchanges themselves are publically traded.
Transparency?
Level Playing Field?
Congrats on graduation. Good stuff.
Thanks Tim. I'm sure the day trading gang enjoyed that action yesterday.
Collapsed too quickly to short, but the ECN's were lighting up buys after the Dow had lost 800.
Traveling south next week, then to Nashville at month's end.
How is everyone here?
I've become very good at making license plates, down side is that I now have to cook my own meals.
Newton's theory of relativity rings true.
How y'all doing?...eom
Long GE, BAC and still holding a position in VGPMX.
Is this a good stock?...eom

What happened to the TRTN/JBII employee who predicted $100 million in revenue and $20/share by year end?
Does he still stand by that? I've yet to see a retraction. That particular message was not posted on the JBII thread either, which is probably why it has yet to be deleted.
There is NO disclosure on the UNSOLICITED E-mail I received. I've already forwarded this message to the address below. I suggest everyone else do the same.
If/when I have the opportunity to DIG into the background of this company/security, I reserve the right to call one of my contacts at the closest respective SEC field office.

Is this a good stock?....eom
No, been busy as heck and not watching.
What's the good work in the Cheese State?
My intent is to trade short term. I prefer to trade the ECN's, so my stops are "mental". Obviously, that only works if I'm on-line. Been traveling and on planes lately, so I missed the drop to 14.50.
Still holding (for now).
What are you playing?
zardiw,
Did you use a mailing list of personal and/or business E-mail addresses to promote a security that you own, or owned at the time you sent the E-mails?
Yes or no?
Secondly, did you send those promotional E-mails without disclosing that you owned that security or securities at the time you sent those E-mail messages?
Yes or no?
TIA
Turns out there is a mailing list. Two have turned on you, and shared some very interesting information.
Now I understand why you are so WORRIED.
LoL
