There are global players in this one and they all seem to check out and they all seem to be connected with eachother. Most importantly, they all seem to be successful with a knack for making money. I was speaking with a friend today about this stock and we both agreed that unlike most pinkie CEO's none of the players here seem to be in any desperate need for cash. That's good for us. The only question I have is what is their eventual plan and what kind of box will they wrap all of this up in?

Tani...work this end of it if you haven't already. It gets even more interesting.

Good job tani. There's plenty out there if one is willing to put forth the effort.
-Dave-
Don't engage with him. Margin interest for retail shorting a pink is usually around 300%. For profit to occur the stock would have to drop more than 300%. He's stupid or lying.
-Dave-
And what was the margin requirement on it hotshot?
-Dave-
It'll let up when Etrade gets done.
-Dave-
Etrade MM hammering this down. Most likely a retailer trying to lighten up and chasing the bid down.
-Dave-
Do whatever feels right for you. If it doesn't feel good for you take a step back from the plate and wait for the next swing.
Between the three big board exchanges and pinky land there are thousands of opportunities every day. Personally, I don't like to buy a pink unless it's broken over .01 and held as that is the most logical point a penny stock will collapse. I like them even better when they are around .02/.03 because usually by that time whoever was wanting to sell has sold and their shares don't create any overhead supply threat.
You're welcome and I'm glad you enjoy it. I've just found that tape reading and correctly judging the behavior of buyers and sellers in pinky land work better for me than charts. I use charts extensively for big board stocks but for me personally, I've found getting a handle on the levels of fear and greed when trading pinks is more useful for my purposes.
-Dave-
Another strong day today. The margin between buys/sells was much narrower today than yesterday. However, the stock held together and the bid stayed strong and moved higher. For a stock to absorb that much selling pressure without collapsing, especially after a good run and a PR speaks well to the future performance of WDRP. Pay attention to that...It might just put some money in your pocket.
-Dave-
Expect some volume tomorrow.

Snatched this from another board........Mickey's Telecom Board on IHUB.

Very nice Kev and thanks. Maybe it's all about not what you ask but, how you ask it.
-Dave-
Sometimes we just simply get what we ask for Scott.
-Dave-
Actually, the chances of it hitting .06 are rather high. Historically, once these things make a strong break through .02 they tend to do pretty well for a pretty good while. Contrary to what most folks believe, so long as it does it in a healthy manner, the higher a stock goes the stronger it becomes as overhead supply gets chewed up. Personally, I don't care what PPS a stock is at when I buy it. I only concern myself with what it does after I buy it. One of the best trades I ever had was buying BEHL at .07.
-Dave-
I don't believe I said anything of the sort. The share structure has been there from the get-go for anyone who cared to pick up the phone and call. Today's PR should have answered any questions you might have. I've already taken a little off of the table a few days ago. Now I'm just along for the ride.
-Dave-
Possible. I wish there was a way to find out at what points during the day they were shorting. One important thing to remember though...when they're shorting, somebody is buying. The MM's are not a significant threat to this stock.
-Dave-
Did you see how well this stock took the afternoon profit taking? It was like a prom queen at a frat party. Very aggressive buying on dips.
-Dave-
Some of the behavior went a little further than just that. You know...like ridiculing shareholders etc. Anyway, the question I ask myself every day is how much money am I going to make. The answer today was: ALOT. If you want to invest in companies that have all the answers to your questions stick to the NYSE.
-Dave-
OUTSTANDING frigging day!
-Dave-
No they can't. They're on paper.
-Dave-
Yes. A break over .035 should really get the party started.
-Dave-
I don't know yet. I'm adjusting stops as it moves higher.
-Dave-
At this point who cares. I'm up almost 50k. How about you? Keep concentrating on those gaskets, GPMs, and retired shares brother.
-Dave-
And that is where the money for shareholders will be made. Some just don't get it. Missing the forest for the trees maybe?
-Dave-
Buys smoked the sells today. There appears to have been some very smart, quiet accumulation in the tape late today. Very measured, steady buying. Nice size buys but, not so big as to heat the market up.

All that matters at this point is that he has big pockets and an obvious network. If he already owns seven or eight companies why wouldn't he want another one. Especially one that publicly trades in the American Markets. One of his compnies trades on the Australian Exchange. Acquiring WDRP is a rather cost effective way of entering the American markets.
While some choose to DD the size of gaskets of a device, I choose to DD the potential of the stock as that is where the money for the shareholders will be made. The money for the shareholders and WDRP will be made on the deal. Not the gadget. One of the biggest lessons that can be learned by new, inexperienced investors is that there are respective differences between a company, it's product, and it's stock. It pays to know which component of that triad to pay attention to.
-Dave-
North American distributor....I posted a few links here the other day that included some companies of interest. That information has been discounted by a couple of individuals here as worthless.
The common denominator between all of those companies is Dr. Sirer...he is the director of Deltoid Enerji and a director at Carisia Lighting. Carisia Lighting is a subsidiary of Termosen, which is a subsidiary of Valliant Group.
Dr. Sirer is involved with all three companies included in the links. Termosen or one of it's subsidiaries will most likely be the North American distibutor. That's my bet. Also you can expect WDRP to be absorbed by one of the bigger players in this thing. Gavin Ovens would be my bet on that end.
-Dave-
True.
I love the way this thing is trading today...very orderly which is very healthy for the stock.
-Dave-
That's pretty good stuff. The problem is it doesn't do much to help us here as it's designed to prevent an overall market collapse on the big boards on big down days. Market Makers and Specialists naked short under the 'orderly market' thesis all day, every day and they are allowed to do it to facilitate order flow. On the larger exchanges it is done in an ethical way and the rules are followed. Down here in pinky land we all know the privilige is being abused.
-Dave-
Links to those companies were posted yesterday..to you specifically I believe. Did you forget already or are you just out to stir up trouble?
-Dave-
I hope you don't think my post was serious. LOL.
-Dave-
Nice Mike. Thank you.
-Dave-
Cool...Are you going to be around later tonight? I'm going to go whack some 12 year olds on Call of Duty multiplayer for awhile.
-Dave-
Well, at least I don't have to sell tomorrow now. Thanks for clearing that up. It could have been a dealbreaker for me.
-Dave-
Hey are those little office thingys around that Publix? I'm getting tired of being fooled.
-Dave-
I know...I'm selling first thing in the morning because this just has to be a scam. LOl
-Dave-
That can't be Scott....it's ILLEGAL for WDRP to have an office in a retail complex. I know it's true because someone posted it on this board.
-Dave-
I can only imagine. What some folks are ignoring is that WDRP is putting out anything and everything that they would be able to tell someone during a phone call. In all honesty, I have no idea if WDRP is located in that shopping center. I live too far away to check. What I do know is that all of the companies they are claiming to do business with check out and the dots can be connected if anyone wanted to make the effort to do it. There are some big money players involved at every level in this. It might pay for some to check their egos and hubris. Literally.
