All that matters at this point is that he has big pockets and an obvious network. If he already owns seven or eight companies why wouldn't he want another one. Especially one that publicly trades in the American Markets. One of his compnies trades on the Australian Exchange. Acquiring WDRP is a rather cost effective way of entering the American markets.

While some choose to DD the size of gaskets of a device, I choose to DD the potential of the stock as that is where the money for the shareholders will be made. The money for the shareholders and WDRP will be made on the deal. Not the gadget. One of the biggest lessons that can be learned by new, inexperienced investors is that there are respective differences between a company, it's product, and it's stock. It pays to know which component of that triad to pay attention to.
