Good article Ignutz
It wasn't posted to my knowledge but I consider it a good day if I can keep up to more than 2 CMKX boards at a time LOL!
That article leaves me wondering if DeBeers has any legit shares in CMKX. Wouldn't break there bank to amass a mess of shares at these prices. I still don't think DeBeers has anything to do with the NSS problem. They didn't get to be No 1 by being thick in the head.
JMVHO Good read Ignutz thanks Night All !

Geez it's late sorry if I confused you
I don't hold certs for reasons mentioned. He triple dog dared you for a December PPS prediction I was pulling your leg. A $1.34 PPS would make for a nice Christmas hope your right on that. Have a good evening ;)
Best....Rich
Geeez Vodooman I'd be careful
Did you see what Widah wrote? That was a TRIPLE dog dare I hope you did your homework???? :)
Certs are a major obstacle unfortunately I'd be trading out of town (most likely) at the end of a long distance line after hours (EXTREMELY likely) so they would be a barrier to any required quick paced trading. As in the next week because that's how long it might take to initiate another sell order. No I don't work on Mars but it's a long story. Let me tell you that bites but a guy's gotta put bread on the table.
What makes you think divies with certs would provide a higher ratio if I may lead you on a little here I reread some of your posts. Sounds unfair don't you think? How much of a different ratio did you have in mind and why?
Best...Rich
Gee quick on the reply there GTC thanks
Well to quote a friend "this is the most HAIRBALL play I've ever been in" LOL!
Considering the sheer numbers involved and shenanigans going down with MM's that's the best explanation I have heard Thanks!

UCAD certs will have to get back to you on that. Actually apart from my banter about Urban I was quite moved how he and Rendall addressed the Ty tragedy and thought it was very well addressed on The Green Baron interview.
Obviously sterilized fluff questions and sanitized generalizations for answers but I see this as a good practice for Urban to get more experience webcasting. It's not as easy as it sounds talking to thousands and thousands of investors you have to be careful what you say and even delays or tone of voice some people read a lot into that so it's probably a learning curve for Urban and Rendall. I thought they did as well as could be expected. Quite apparent though Roger had been through the script with a broad nibbed highlighter.
Still don't understand the justification for some getting restricted and some getting UNrestricted dividends kind of an irony under the circumstances. Almost painting Roger's progress in a somewhat questionable light as if he proceeded helter skelter which I'm CERTAIN he didn't.. It seems haphazard the way they decided who got what for UCAD dividends. If anyone has an explanation for that I'm all ears?
Best...Rich
Well Folks late is better than never!
I got my certs finally today yaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh :) Well UCAD at least restricted but I know I can get through this (big sigh).
Didn't recieve GEMM yet though if they are not there by Hall'oween I might just HAVE to go the party just to put a torquing on Urbie you know lay a beatin on him with a cold pork chop Chinese torture kinda thing :) LOL
Anyway UCAD divies finally clasped tightly in my meathooks now and that's a relief I assure you. RichieBoy is a not so grumpy camper as of today.
Goooooo CMKX !!!!!

actx I see no stand out connectionto CMKX
They are working in Newfoundland nice company and all may I ask why you found them a possible fit?

interesting commentary (from another board)
http://www.stockhouse.com/bullboards/viewmessage.asp?no=8533443&t=0&all=0&TableID=0
Hey thanks want2b2rich you have a point
I have a very good relationship with my broker maybe I can force his hand without being arrogant about it. Appreciate your feedback have a good one! ;)
Cheers...Rich
Anybody got any good ideas?
Seems RichieBoy has a bit of a conundrum on his hands. His broker tells him there are no dividends showing for his account. (Full service broker not a rookie)
Now RichieBoy travels a LOT so as he is never home hardly. He felt better off not to buy Certs as these could be a major inconvenience when trying to sell if necessary in a hurry. (on a long distance phone line likely leaving a message)
Also turns out the broker thinks that's a good idea not getting certs under the circumstances. Now as you'd expect the full service broker's secretary is working on these illusive dividends but today sounded like she recanted. First saying my brokerage would honour my dividends as she thought I was entitled.
Nowwww the change up, get this... the email read our entitlements department do not have any record of share holders receiving dividends from the securities you have inquired on.
Please send me the news releases that you gathered your information from so that I may look into further.
Well fine I sent the links here is my question that is nagging me tonight. What is THE best way to receive my rightfully qualified dividends? Do I have to buy certs or can I hold my brokerage responsible regardless? I'm looking for the amicable solution of course but if those UCAD dividends are already planning a 3for1 forward split with a good possibility of more down the road....I don't see this as small potatoes. So I ask you.. in my position what would be your best case resolution?
Thanks I'm happy to play hardball and buy the certs if necessary I just wonder if it is adviseable given the out of town situation.
Cheers..Rich
(Slightly OT) Kensington/DeBeers Optimistic

Kensington/De Beers optimistic
At a tour of the Kensington/De Beers Diamond Project in the Fort a la Corne area recently, project executives stated nothing but optimism for further exploration of diamonds in the region.
By Colin McGarrigle of the Journal
Melfort Journal — At a tour of the Kensington/De Beers Diamond Project in the Fort a la Corne area recently, project executives stated nothing but optimism for further exploration of diamonds in the region.
The 2004-05 evaluation and exploration program has been given a $7.62 million budget, representing the largest and most aggressive exploration program to date for the project.
"We have found diamonds and we know that there's many more," stated Richard Moleneux, president and CEO of De Beers Canada.
Current exploration has shown a significant deposit of kimberlite in the region, and tests have indicated that the grade of diamonds found range from seven to 16 carets per hundred tonnes.
"This is a new era for Kensington. If everything goes as well as we hope, this could be the largest, low-cost, long-life diamond site in the world," explained Robert McCallum, president of Kensington Resources.
"Kensington shares will definitely be a lot higher than they are today," McCallum stated with optimism.
With the large exploration budget, the goal now is to establish a Task Force to identify new goals and review the strategy for advancement at the diamond project.
Moleneux added that the demand for diamonds had slipped in previous years, but that there seems to be a resurgance in the markets recently.
"It is a hugely complicated process to sell diamonds, but the demand for diamonds is now growing ahead of supply," stated Moleneux.
"And a project like this takes on a new importance for diamonds," he added.
While the group is still in the exploration stage, McCallum stated that they are looking at ways to accelerate the project as quickly as possible.
A feasibility study will be carried out within three to four years, according to McCallum, and if the study gives the go-ahead, he stated that the project could have three to four large open-pit mines within a few years.
Even though it could be several years before any actual mining takes place, McCallum and Moleneux were stating that they would be seeking ways to maximize the local work force in any way possible.
A little help please...
Can anyone pinpoint KPG on this map? Red shading is confusing to me. Also if you know where Wollaston-Hatchet Lakes are (UCA uranium property) in the Athabasca Basin I'd be grateful.
I have it on reliable info the webmaster updates this site almost daily...and is very careful about putting up any current information that is false. Still there is naturally a margin of error don't forget.

As far as I know Bad Bass Player
There seems to be some discrepancies exactly what the ratio is , which in all honesty isn't very flattering right now I know but bear in mind UCAD shares are restricted there will be ample time to set the ratio straight,of that I'm certain.
I haven't recieved mine yet so cannot do the math. Don't quite understand but some are getting slightly different ratios than others. POSSIBLY because some have certs some don't I really don't pretend to know that is throwing a dart.
Sorry for the delay take a look at my jallopy for getting groceries IF Roger comes through Bad Bass....of course I'll have to start eating more sensibly...just to fit in the thing :) LOL! Kensington now prepared for Poison Pill
Kensington adopts shareholder rights plan to thwart potential takeover
Canadian Press

VICTORIA, B.C. (CP) -
Kensington Resources Ltd., a B.C.-based miner which has been touting Saskatchewan as a potential diamond hotbed, has adopted a shareholder rights plan to protect the company from a potential hostile takeover.
Kensington said late Thursday that its board has put the plan in place, subject to regulatory acceptance, "to protect the company's shareholders from unfair, abusive or coercive take-over strategies, including the acquisition of control of the company through a take-over bid that may not treat all shareholders equally or fairly."
However, Kensington said it is not aware of any specific takeover bid being contemplated.
Under the shareholder rights plan - designed to act as a "poison pill" for any unwanted buyer - one party's acquisition of 20 per cent or more of the votes attached to all outstanding voting shares of the company would trigger the plan. Outstanding shareholders able to acquire shares of the company at a 50 per cent discount to the market price.
Kensington is trying to confirm the economic potential of its Saskatchewan diamond project and moving the project forward to development as rapidly as possible.
The Fort a la Corne Diamond Project is a joint venture among Kensington (42.25 per cent), De Beers Canada Exploration Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of De Beers (42.25 per cent), Cameco Corp. (5.5 per cent) and UEM Inc. (10 per cent).
At an event Monday in which Kensington allowed invited guests to Fort a la Corne site, company president and CEO Robert McCallum said there are diamonds in Saskatchewan - "not just a few, but a tremendous diamond potential."
Shares in Kensington (TSXV:KRT) gained four cents to $1.25 in Thursday trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Bad Bass Player may I ask a small favour please?
It damages the credibility of your post and far worse your investment when you blatantly plagiarize. In short no matter how good the question your credibility becomes immediately suspect despite your best intentions. Could I ask you use a little etiquette and afford the original poster his/her own identity when you copy a previous poster's input?
It may sound petty or nitpicky but I have seen other good stocks snowball out of control on a VERY long & slippery slope when info other than management's becomes distorted or accepted as gospel. Don't wish to jump on your back pointing this out in your own best interests.

What a fascinating post reality trading in cyber obscurity a long fishes out a basher's deceptive ploy. If I were Wallace I'd be really conscious of what crud I was posting lest he get himself in some MAJOR hotwater with the SEC. Very bad for one's reputation not to mention wallet when one gets caught manipulating a stock.
Really I guess that's what makes CMKX so controversial is the Play of a LifeTime versus Scam dynamic. Fact is if CMKX were in diamonds as we speak (who knows) there would still be this see-saw basher~vs~long battle line driving the controversy good or bad , like it or lump it ; it's part&parcel of the CMKX enigma.

Some cores were set aside on Carolyn they were never reported on and it's not known if they were assayed but they were professionally drilled and kept under lock and key , standard procedure. There is a chance that the cores were of signifcant value if not diamonds possibly zinc or other minerals such as uranium.
I have witnessed an extreme bias in your "reporting" of CMKX but I am far more puzzled at your need to muzzle or chastize a long. Is this investigative reporting "standard procedure" and if so what is the reason for scolding a long who is serious on his investment please?
Thank you Mr. Webb

Zen how do you see this whole ball of wax?
I still favour the Roll Up strategy I have not discounted DeBeers or even money from a profoundly higher plain hard at work here. What I do think I witness is continuing evidence of a massive Roll Up business model.
Would you agree with that? Does this appear to be a Roll UP to you?
Oh BTW Nice job you were first to have the guts to post the Lundin "connection". That needs recognition today I think BRAVO old boy!!!! :) I actually had thought maybe many months ago but dismissed it as too heady did not follow up on the hunch. :(

OK well thanks prospector 777 I get your point...
We are all so in the dark right? Yep kinda think the same way. Tell you what prospector777 I'll believe you where thousands of diamonds wouldn't....seriously though we have to be stacking up PR's I have not heard a word about drilling in eons never mind schmoozefests in Saskatoon or new drill rigs or buyback progress or piles of other possible PR's mysteriously fallen silent.
It's all too dang quiet IMHO and someone needs it that way my logical guess it has to be Roger...until he plays his squeeze trump card. He strikes me as the patient perfectionist he had to be to write that Sarbanes Oxley LORD what a dissertation!
Something else to keep in mind these bashers are sticking like glue giving me the distinct impression even after CMKX is fully reporting the threat is far from over they will be here for another good Coke and pizza evening spinning any misinformation or negative point of view they can regurgitate to the masses. Off topic taunts , distracting accusations of innaccuracy spiriting attention away from any positive development, same old crap just another pile. It's WAR we are watching prospector and there's blood on the carpet.
I have not seen this depth of concerted bashing before however. Fake PR's Editorial columns phone in talk radio programs, PalTalk infiltration and good old chat room negative propaganda, I'm sure I missed some BEAUTS. Any rift they can find will be capitalized on any acrimony they can dream of will be painstakingly administered. Major money with hands caught in the till is my only explanation or why else such an intensive , sinister , bigoted ; and outright dishonest torpedo job? Carpe Noctem seems their motto pretty sad really but glaringly obvious is the truth so stealthily purloined from the day to day business.
Acquisition or merger "ium" or diamondiferous ; buyback or tender offer... I get the impression there's too much moolah at stake and until Roger gets in his best shot , all drilling PR's or positive news threatened are simply off. There is always the danger longs start believing there own incomplete or questionable DD where the lines of reality and imagination are cleverly blurred and hopelessly intertwined so that best company intentions are no longer believed by shareholders. Disheartened disinterested Longs. A surefired recipe for disaster faithfully cooked up by our DEVOUT basher "colleauges"
In CMKX's case where grotesque trading irregularities and market manipulation have been order of the day since I arrived despite the company's Herculean efforts. In such a case I'll make the exception. Apart from a VISA promotion or merger JV announcements most likely okayed by Roger no tangible company DRILLING news. Certainly nothing major since that Convergence on Saskatchewan drill target a month ago. Look at the last 16 News bulletins all are definitely Roger Glenn related except for maybe the VISA PR on which nothing more was heard.Urban I think but parceled by Roger. Be so nice to see the little guy win for a change. We must be getting close , you know something ... I can hardly wait. ;)

prospector what are your thoughts please...
There is some speculation on CMKX IHUB that the mysterious "ium" is THORIUM. I was wondering if you might have any input on that "ium".
Also just curious absolutely no news on Saskatchewan meeting and that was some time ago. Can you suggest any plausible reason why that delay might be construed as good? I'm having reservations but also wrestling with the fact much good news is being put on the back burner until CMKX is fully reporting disclosing the official share structure.
Thanks ....Rich
Thorium
Thorium -(Thor, Scandinavian god of war), Th; at. wt. 232.0381(1); at. no. 90; m.p. 1750 deg C; b.p. 4788 deg C, sp. gr. 11.72; valence +2(?), +3(?), +4. Discovered by Berzellus in 1828. Thorium occurs in thorite (ThSiO4) and in thorianite (ThO2 + UO2). Large deposits of thorium minerals have been reported in New England and elsewhere, but these have not yet been exploited. Thorium is now thought to be about three times as abundant as uranium and about as abundant as lead or molybdenum. The metal is a source of nuclear power. There is probably more energy available for use from thorium in the minerals of the earth's crust than from both uranium and fossil fuels. Any sizable demand for thorium as a nuclear fuel is still several years in the future. Work has been done in developing thorium cycle converter-reactor systems. Several prototypes, including the HTGR (high- temperature gas-cooled reactor) and MSRE (molten salt converter reactor experiment), have operated. While the HTGR reactors are efficient, they are not expected to become important commercially for many years because of certain operating difficulties. Thorium is recovered commercially from the mineral monazite, which contains from 3 to 9% ThO2 along with rare-earth minerals. Much of the internal heat the earth produces has been attributed to thorium and uranium. Several methods are available for producing thorium metal: it can be obtained by reducing thorium oxide with calcium, by electrolysis of anhydrous thorium chloride in a fused mixture of sodium and potassium chlorides, by calcium reduction of thorium tetrachloride mixed with anhydrous zinc chloride, and by reduction of thorium tetrachloride with an alkali metal. Thorium was originally assigned a position in Group IV of the periodic table. Because of its atomic weight, valence, etc., it is now considered to be the second member of the actinide series of elements. When pure, thorium is a silvery-white metal which is air-stable and retains its luster for several months. When contaminated with the oxide, thorium slowly tarnishes in air, becoming gray and finally black. The physical properties of thorium are greatly influenced by the degree of contamination with the oxide. The purest specimens often contain several tenths of a percent of the oxide. High-purity thorium has been made. Pure thorium is soft, very ductile, and can be cold-rolled, swaged, and drawn. Thorium is dimorphic, changing at 1400 deg C from a cubic to a body-centered cubic structure. Thorium oxide has a melting point of 3300 deg C, which is the highest of all oxides. Only a few elements, such as tungsten, and a few compounds, such as tantalum carbide, have higher melting points. Thorium is slowly attacked by water, but does not dissolve readily in most common acids, except hydrochloric. Powdered thorium metal is often pyrophoric and should be carefully handled. When heated in air, thorium turnings ignite and burn brilliantly with a white light. The principal use of thorium has been in the preparation of the Welsbach mantle, used for portable gas lights. These mantles, consisting of thorium oxide with about 1% cerium oxide and other ingredients, glow with a dazzling light when heated in a gas flame. Thorium is an important alloying element in magnesium, imparting high strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Because thorium has a low work-function and high electron emission, it is used to coat tungsten wire used in electronic equipment. The oxide is also used to control the grain size of tungsten used for electric lamps; it is also used for high-temperature laboratory crucibles. Glasses containing thorium oxide have a high refractive index and low dispersion. Consequently, they find application in high quality lenses for cameras and scientific instruments. Thorium oxide has also found use as a catalyst in the conversion of ammonia to nitric acid, in petroleum cracking, and in producing sulfuric acid. Twenty seven isotopes of thorium are known with atomic masses ranging from 212 to 237. All are unstable. 232Th occurs naturally and has a half-life of 1.4 x 10^10 years. It is an alpha emitter. 232Th goes through six alpha and four beta decay steps before becoming the stable isotope 208Pb. 232Th is sufficiently radioactive to expose a photographic plate in a few hours. Thorium disintegrates with the production of "thoron" (220Rn), which is an alpha emitter and presents a radiation hazard. Good ventilation of areas where thorium is stored or handled is therefore essential. Thorium metal (99.8%) costs about $15/g.

I thought I was high it might have been .5 million as in 1/2 million in jade. Thought this would go largely ignored ok see what you find thanks again.

It always struck me as garrishly odd
....and starkly obvious who would have the money and contacts to pony up all that jade CMKX was to use for displaying their future found diamonds. Yet another indication (highly suggestive I might add) of deep pockets working anonymously from the safety and obscurity of the sidelines. Yet in concert with Urban whom though wealthy I doubt could justify such a lavish tie up of much needed capital
Does anyone recall or know where all that (I think it was $5 million worth?) jade really came from ORIGINALLY?
Thank you....Rich
johnluke I don't quite recall the percentages
So many PR's ago it is out there though 30% CMKX interest rings a bell , don't quote me please...but they are out there more importantly however you might want to brush up on their potential. KPG apparently has gold property in La Ronge North Saskatchewan UCA has a wide assortment of mineral interests gold uranium and nickel I understand are a few I'm sure UCA has more. I found this very interesting and educational on our partners and how it could pertain to CMKX.
Saskatchewan Diamond Property
In January 2000, United Carina Resources Corp. and Consolidated Pine Channel Gold Corp., jointly acquired ground in the Saskatchewan Diamond Belt, in and around the Fort a la Corne Kimberlite Field, near Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and are exploring the potential of these properties to host diamondiferous kimberlite bodies. Additional ground (over 100,000 acres) has, since then, been acquired in this area, which contains the largest known kimberlite field in the world.
The diamond prospect properties were staked after a lengthy review of both published and unpublished historical work. They will be evaluated along with any other opportunities that become available, using newly developed exploration concepts. Airborne and ground geophysical programs have now been completed on a number of the properties.
This work included a high resolution aeromagnetic survey on nine separate blocks of ground comprising some 60,000 acres and a detailed gravity survey on the Smeaton project, which occurs north of the Fort a la Corne kimberlites and along the same northwest structural trend as the Snowden kimberlite cluster.
Evaluation of the remainder of the 225 claims contained in some 30 blocks will continue. Flying of a high resolution aeromagnetic survey has been completed over the Companies' "Diamond Lady" block of claims, which occur contiguous to the Shore Gold Inc. property, and on claims contiguous to the blocks on which De Beers, Kensington and joint venture partners have completed a 24" reverse circulation drill bulk sampling program. This evaluation process is being conducted to identify drill targets to further the Companies' exploration for diamonds in Saskatchewan.
United Carina and Pine Channel have granted an option whereby Shane Resources Ltd. can earn up to a 50% interest in four mineral claims contained within the Companies' Smeaton Diamond Properties. The interest may be earned by Shane issuing 100,000 shares and contributing an aggregate $900,000 in funding for exploration of the claims over three years. During the first year, a minimum of $250,000 must be contributed to earn a 15% interest. A further $250,000 must be contributed in the second year to earn an aggregate 30% interest and, in the final year, a further contribution of $400,000 will bring Shane's interest in the claims up to 50%. The Companies, or one of them, will act as operator during the earn-in period, and the project will be directed by a management committee comprised of a representative of each party.
The Smeaton Diamond Properties were staked on the basis of information indicating that the Saskatchewan Diamond Syndicate had intersected a 90 m section of kimberlite while drilling in 1996. From all of the information available, very little follow up work or sampling was carried out on the properties, leaving much more room for further investigation.
A gravity survey has been completed over the properties and modeling completed by the Companies' geophysicist, as well as by a major mining company, indicate that weak positive gravity response could be defining kimberlite bodies at depth. The minimal or non-magnetic signature drill targets identified by the survey were interpreted as very encouraging by the Companies' geological consultants. Within the Fort a La Corne Kimberlite Fields, gravity surveys have been utilized by the Cameco/Kensington/Monopros joint venture to identify the thicker portions of some of the larger kimberlite bodies.
A four hole drilling program comprising 713 m, was recently completed on the properties to delineate kimberlitic bodies identified from the gravity survey. The drilling was contracted to Major Midwest Drilling, utilizing "H" size drill core. All four holes, including one shallow overburden hole, were targeted largely on gravity anomalies. The three holes that cored bedrock, successfully intersected up to several metres of subaqueous fragmental and marine worked kimberlite, intercalated with fine grained sediments. Samples are currently being processed and analyzed for indicator minerals and microdiamonds. Results are pending.
In a related event, the Companies and Shane Resources Ltd. (one-third each) have acquired properties immediately west of, and adjoining, claims containing kimberlite body 122. Kimberlite 122 is one of the highest priority targets in the Fort a la Corne kimberlite field. It is owned by DeBeers/Kensington/Cameco and was chosen for a recently completed mini-bulk sampling program because of its immense size (264 acres, 108 ha) and its potential for large stones. The largest stone recovered to date from kimberlite 122 weighed in at 0.76 carats. The Companies are encouraged because historical geophysical surveys strongly suggest that portions of kimberlite 122 extend westwards onto the newly acquired ground. Furthermore, a separate mutually exclusive target, is also evident on the property.
Kensington Resources Ltd. announced that kimberlite body #122 is estimated to contain in excess of 540 million tonnes of kimberlite. It also reported the successful completion of the first part of a two part drill program, which confirmed the nature of the diamond size frequency in kimberlite body #122. The second part of their program will be to recover enough stones to allow preliminary revenue modeling to be done.
An option has been granted to First Labrador Acquisitions Inc. whereby First Labrador can earn an interest of up to 50% in mineral claims S-134454 and S-134455 by completing a $300,000 work program on the property, or by making payment of that amount. United Carina, Pine Channel, Shane Resources and First Labrador will attempt to determine to what extent kimberlite body #122 extends onto the property, and whether the property contains other kimberlites.
Ground geophysical surveys are now underway on the newly acquired properties located west of kimberlite 122, as well as on several other properties in the Fort a la Corne area.
Over seventy in-situ diamondiferous kimberlite pipes have been identified in this part of central Saskatchewan. Furthermore, numerous aeromagnetic anomalies which could be attributed to kimberlites have yet to be fully evaluated. The Companies feel that exploration in the Saskatchewan diamond belt is still at a relatively early stage and that there is an excellent potential of identifying economically viable diamond deposits in this part of Central Saskatchewan, and will continue to aggressively pursue the same.

United Carina stakes Saskatchewan claims
2004-09-28 09:48 ET - News Release
Mr. Rick Walker reports
United Carina Resources Corp. has acquired by staking three large claim blocks in the Wollaston Lake-Hatchet Lake area of Saskatchewan. The claims are situated within the Athabaska basin and total approximately 35,800 acres in area. The properties are contiguous and have been subject to previous exploration for uranium. One surface showing yielded assays ranging from 0.3 per cent U3O8 to 1.4 per cent U3O8.
Plans are under way to conduct a compilation of previous work and to undertake a surface exploration program on these properties.

....but highly suggestive to me Roger could have reached an out of court settlement particularly if he is publicly stating he is snowed under with a challenging audit . Also keep in mind other MM's have privately expressed with emphatic conviction JEFF is going down. Additionally JEFF's intransigence given ample opportunity to recant would support reaching an out of court settlement as a mutually agreed to best solution. BWTHDIK this is certainly a one of a kind play in my books :)
"NO reason anyone should have ucad shares and NO reason they should be unrestricted and there is NO reason JEFF should just suddenly, after months of compressing the ask, step away from it the day before the distribution."
As for your opinion on Certs spot on I'm completely confused what you mean!!! ;)
Keep your stick on the ice.
