United Carina stakes Saskatchewan claims

Mr. Rick Walker reports



United Carina Resources Corp. has acquired by staking three large claim blocks in the Wollaston Lake-Hatchet Lake area of Saskatchewan. The claims are situated within the Athabaska basin and total approximately 35,800 acres in area. The properties are contiguous and have been subject to previous exploration for uranium. One surface showing yielded assays ranging from 0.3 per cent U3O8 to 1.4 per cent U3O8.



Plans are under way to conduct a compilation of previous work and to undertake a surface exploration program on these properties.
