This isn't prophecy, it's strictly an observation.
Furthermore it won't be popular but if you're just here to make friends, damn folks? I wish you all the tea in China.
Late last year Affluence projected after Durham Black news (2023-12-20 08:47 ET - to be exact) that Durham Black was thinking "3-4" undisclosed acquisitions to bring into the Digibriks fold. Then that number later changed to only 3 acquisitions.
I'm not saying this will happen merely it could. Please don't mistaken this for negativity see it as full disclosure to date for AFFU. Is it plausible Patrick Shutt late in the game got a request for inclusion in Digibriks making the tally of acquisition enhancement companies now 4 as previously mentioned "possible".
Possible? Indubitably.
Plausible? Patrick Shutt is a go big or go home kind of CEO.
Probable? OneMind NG has gone through a lot of recent upgrades to maintain status quo with Dell and other applications. Hypervisor, Northern Light and one other that I can't find but here's the point. One Mind NG has 40 partners. It is operating in 168 countries on 4 continents. By that yardstick I'd opine Patrick Shutt found an ideal 4th acquisition for the fold. Late but highly beneficial to OneMind ng and Digibriks versatility. Remember OneMind NG is constantly evolving.
I'm not expecting good news right away quite frankly. If it gets here great! But I hunch there's another piece to this puzzle Durham Black hadn't bargained for yet. Hence the deeper dive into there DD for all parties concerned disclosure. Happy now? Oh well at least this won't make you a sugar Junkie. It's all what we already knew from previous DD, only a different perspective. Patience Digibriks dewds, this delay does sound cleverly constructive to me rather than a problematic nightmare. 🤔
I know nothing of whom you refer too.
That doesn't make your question off topic Dj there are a ton of very sharp traders on IHUB and that many more dreamy eyed newbie traders (way more) . Mergers always test your mettle, this one is as convoluted as it is attractive. I'm going to plug in some AI for you I think will help you understand what is likely frustrating you. Let me know if this theory clears up any fog for you.

Swing traders can be difficult to understand in online trader chatrooms for several reasons:
1. Timeframe: Swing traders operate on a shorter timeframe than investors, holding positions for days or weeks, making their trades and analysis more fast-paced and dynamic.
2. Market context: Swing traders constantly adapt to changing market conditions, making their decisions and explanations context-dependent and nuanced.
3. Technical analysis: Swing traders rely heavily on technical analysis, using charts and indicators to identify patterns and trends. This can be complex and difficult to follow for those without a strong technical analysis background.
4. Trade management: Swing traders actively manage their positions, adjusting stop-losses, take-profits, and position sizes, which can be hard to follow in real-time.
5. Jargon and terminology: Swing traders often use specialized terminology and abbreviations (e.g., "LTF" for longer-term frame or "HH" for higher high), which can be confusing for newcomers.
6. Rapid-fire communication: Online chatrooms are fast-paced, and swing traders may share their thoughts and analysis in quick succession, making it challenging to keep up.
7. Multiple trades and adjustments: Swing traders may have multiple trades open simultaneously, making it difficult to follow their thought process and trade management decisions.
8. Market volatility: Swing traders often thrive in volatile markets, but this volatility can make their trades and analysis more unpredictable and harder to understand.
9. Different trading styles: Swing traders may employ various strategies (e.g., mean reversion, trend following, or range trading), which can be confusing for those unfamiliar with these approaches.
10. Trader personality: Some swing traders may have strong personalities or communication styles that can be overwhelming or difficult to follow in online chatrooms.
Remember, swing trading is a complex and dynamic strategy, and understanding it requires experience, knowledge, and practice.
No, I'm not ok with that, here's why.
At first under protest you insisted your predictions were your expectations. Now you're insisting your prediction will be such and such. That's insinuating you now have obtained Insider information somehow. Bully for you sir, but I'll call fish.
No thank you sir. I definitely do not want you to disclose Insider information. I reason it's likely an indiscretion on your part. But a retraction + clarification is probably in your best interest here IMO. At least it will afford you some creedence and consistency within this group.
I hope this advice is of some use too you. Your 32 AFFU incognito posts are almost certainly not helping your collaborative efforts here. GLTY anyhow, you're correct on one thing patience isn't just needed it's imperative.
Affluence hasn't offered guidance yet on dilution.
They have disclosed that the three other acquisitions compliment each other and Affluence. Also that combined these three earned $5 million+ in revenue for 2023.
It would be waaay--WAY* too highly speculative to say yes or no to dilution until we know more about the unknown acquisition targets which Affluence cannot** disclose at least until details of closing on Contrivian and Durham Black acquisitions are made public. Until AFFU has publicly stated closing on them, they are under None Disclosure Agreements with Contrivian and Durham Black.
In summation your algebraic equation surely exists, but by my estimation the equation needs at least 5 more integers. In other words, currently unsolveable for us minions.
Yes and not worth a Ball of Snot
Unless there's news. By that I mean good news. Otherwise it's back to the trips before you can blink an eye.
We won't get any info until news.
From anything else I've seen heard all 5 of these merger companies are very tight to there chest on anything. Even when merger news hits, don't expect an essay on each company. They're all family office businesses as far as I can see. Fully used to the least possible spotlight so be thankful they will go public.
The absence of day traders only underlines the likelihood all merger candidates are family office administrations. OneMind NG and Hypervisor. Does anyone know how that partnership arised.
Something tells me it was acquired to do with OneMind NG in Saudi Arabia and Smart Cities application. Haven't got that far yet but Hypervisor sure sounds like digital management so again this merger may seem very enigmatic. You're not imagining things in the slightest.
Tsk tsk another fall guy taints the landscape
What will it take to get this running I wonder.
Postulation using the law of averages...
That 1,000,000 share fill last Friday. IMO a faIrly well off recipient of the pennies from Lisa program. If correct, an excellent trade. ✔️👍
Hunch that's my whole point here today.
Figuratively speaking market cap is primer corded to explode. Why isn't AFFU aligning themselves with the OTCQX. That would lend a lot of creedence to the company anticipating growth near term that they're "talking" about.
As of now they acquired two companies already and are still a stinky pinky. Between you and me that's a very valid concern for any investor. I'm getting the sense by there actions and address (incongruous with a pinksheet). Durham Black might well be a Family Office type organization. Everything they do or say is tight to there chest.
Material event imperative they're involved somewhere...
If they don't we're in for a long wait!
The SEC's having a good go@this GUARANTEED
DIGIBRIKS feels like a consortium more than a merger right now at least...
Just like Google in that sense
The better the keywords the better the answer. So tell me what you and OS want to hear I'll plug it in verbatim. That's the best way to get a bead on it's accuracy.
Scottie, just the facts
Buying stock in a family home office can have both advantages and disadvantages. Here are some points to consider:
Advantages:
1. *Family involvement*: Buying stock in a family home office can encourage family members to take an active role in the business.
2. *Shared ownership*: Family members can share ownership and decision-making responsibilities.
3. *Tax benefits*: Family members may be able to take advantage of tax benefits like dividend income or capital gains tax rates.
4. *Long-term wealth creation*: Owning stock in a family business can create long-term wealth for family members.
5. *Family legacy*: Buying stock in a family home office can help preserve the family legacy and business for future generations.
Disadvantages:
1. *Risk*: Investing in a family business can be risky, and family members may lose their investment if the business fails.
2. *Family conflicts*: Family dynamics can lead to conflicts and disagreements about business decisions.
3. *Lack of control*: Family members may have limited control over business decisions, even if they own stock.
4. *Valuation challenges*: Determining the value of shares in a private family business can be difficult.
5. *Liquidity issues*: Selling shares in a private family business can be challenging due to liquidity issues.
6. *Family expectations*: Family members may have unrealistic expectations about their role or financial returns.
7. *Governance challenges*: Family businesses often lack formal governance structures, leading to decision-making challenges.
It's essential to carefully consider these factors and seek professional advice before buying stock in a family home office. A clear understanding of the business, family dynamics, and legal structures can help mitigate potential disadvantages.
OS tell me exactly what you want to know
I'll plug it in here and post it for you, how's that, fair enough? I'm still not sure what numbers you need to know but I'll plug in your keywords verbatim see how we go...
If you need more let me know this was weeks ago.
Based on the information, it appears that OneMind Technologies, Affluence, and the three companies (whose names are not specified) are planning to form a new company called Digibriks. The combined entity will offer a range of software products, engineering, integration, and implementation services, with a focus on the following markets:
1. Telecom
2. Manufacturing
3. Smart City
The companies involved seem to have complementary capabilities, which will be combined to create an end-to-end solution. OneMind Technologies will gain an expanded footprint in these markets, while Affluence will have a wholly owned subsidiary in Digibriks.
Here's a possible scenario:
- OneMind Technologies brings its expertise in AI-powered data analytics and cybersecurity solutions.
- The three companies (whose names are not specified) contribute their software products, engineering, integration, and implementation services capabilities, which are complementary to OneMind Technologies' offerings.
- Affluence, as the parent company, provides strategic guidance and resources to support the growth of Digibriks.
The resulting entity, Digibriks, will offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for the Telecom, Manufacturing, and Smart City markets, leveraging the strengths of all the companies involved.
Gotta disagree with you there OS.
All depends what AI you're using but mine gave me impressively detailed info specifically about the merger. So gotta think it knows perfectly well there's news anticipated.
That was main reason I moved on transparency.
First they jettisoned TDO to better focus on sales. WHOOPS. Then 4 funds rolled up for no reason but to look good. Without an explanation on that then the year end train wreck on sales. To much was riding south, took a few trading days to disconnect too. Took a hit but better off because of my divestiture so no regrets. If SONX has some good news building happy for you guys. Good luck everyone!
You're saying long term liabilities correct?
Thank you for your link. Just doing the math in my head for 2023. Long-term liabilities increased $270,000. The only thing popping into my head was a 99.9% certainty OneMind NG did an upgrade to there AI engine and almost as certainly it was a customization for Contrivian.
Possibly the 3 other unmentioned companies asked the same of AFFU but that is much more difficult to ascertain ATM. This is all opinion on my part ⚠️
My 2 coppers bud hope this helps. 🤔
Annual what exactly? AFFU has no filings yet.
The Internet is there for the public to see as well that doesn't mean it's easy to find. Lord Jesus man, 6 different companies Bio! Come out with it so others can help you. The other companies are not public yet so where you're getting this from isn't clear at all.
Why aren't you saying where you found that.
I mean instead of expertly throwing the proverbial spanner in the works with no accountability. Strongly throwing your intent into huge question here. Wouldn't it be more prudent to provide a link rather than stir up a hornet's nest. Seems you're several smidgeons short on board etiquette is on the top of my mind TBH.
Guys I'm out as of a week ago.
My very first hesitation with SONX was extremely EARLY on. The realization the company was a FAMILY OFFICE run company. The whole concept felt a disturbing compromise for my interests which was volatility. Listen to your trader's gut carefully, it's often* wildly accurate.
My second heartbreak was another classic mistake. Never* fall in love with the company. Which I've lectured myself 100 times but SONX has this irrefutable allure as an investment. I'm not saying SONX is a bad investment. I am saying my life through a succession of unforeseen events has significantly changed. So to have the needs.
Enough of my predicament how about yours. Well confirmation of my logical departure showed up pretty fast.
When I looked for the R/S filing there was nothing to see but a PDF download. Immediate transparency red flag. I loathe PDFs because the perception is company in question is attempting to hide something or at least obscure it from the masses. Again don't misunderstand SONX has a great future. But that future has changed dramatically in time frame. From NYSE relisting to OTCQX R/S very quickly I might add.
TBH I was gobsmacked didn't know what the HELL had hit me. But quite by chance evidence had presented itself there was a fly in the revenue ointment. In terms of time to fruition of business plan this chance comment rocked my SONX world. I spoke to a dentist here about Trudeau's Free Dentistry. She said she won't participate because the kinks in legislation aren't good for business yet. To many logistical headaches.
People here especially seniors are complaining that the free dentist plan is a hoax because they can't get any Dental Care through it yet. So it appears to me SONX is a victim of electioneering promises that cannot be realized in the time frame anticipated. Yes Sonendo will succeed and yes I hope to return for that. But in the meantime there is money to me made in the market elsewhere. As an investor I cannot disregard that fact. Been a Stuckholder to many times.
I firmly believe the CEO has something up his sleeve that is good news but it isn't an NYSE or NASDAQ uplisting and it won't be overnight. That was my reason for being here. I wish the company all the best in it's endeavors which I firmly believe they will accomplish. But until that time I will invest elsewhere as choppy market conditions predicate. Very best of luck here I wish Sonendo continued success in there quest for Progressive Dentistry. Good luck guys! All the best 👍
Thanks very much OS ✔️
Does SMCE have a chance with Digibriks...
Just curious tapped out ATM and frankly have no idea what Patrick is going to do with the other three.
I'm sure you've thought about it but seriously...
You go a long way back with SMCE. Have they got a shot at this merger OS? I saw SMCE years ago. Liked it then, but the Aussie gambling scared me away 🤔
Awwwe yeah my bad long day yesterday
Hard drives meant to say.
I'm making a prediction (not a critique).
No No No not a share price prediction. Simmer down now, plenty too early for that.
Will OneMind Next-Generation see a significant upgrade to it's fundamental architecture post merger from "other" AI interface...
Possibility... 3 other companies await induction under Durham Black's guidance for latest most accurate Smart City software. So, Yes
Plausibility... Jim will likely admit due to fierce AI competition. OneMind must welcome outside help in becoming more robust, accurate with feature-full functionality.
Probability... To make revenue maximize OneMind must exterminate competitors with the very latest disruptor hardware and bleeding edge productivity. With 99.9% certainty Contrivian and OneMind have already worked together on a clandestine project that will intimidate the competition once made public.
Therefore I predict at an early as possible stage. OneMind-NG will upgrade it's platform with at least one other AI company. That company will be nested inside (if not already) at least one of the three next undisclosed merger candidates and likely (for expedience sake) already integrated inside OneMindNG's mainframes.
Why? Digibriks strongest suit, undoubtedly is it's modernity in the AI functionality of OneMind-NG. As cool as it already is, revamping OneMindNG technologies will firmly put Digibriks on the successful path to a Fortune 500 company, not just Fortune 50 companies.
Yes intrepid longs. ONEMIND-NG will upgrade or is already in the process of upgrading it's hardware. To better represent this new company into a whirlwind of new contracts and companies within the Digibriks brand.
Signed up last night. My buddy tells me
more stock contacts on X than IHUB... I felt haunted with Linked In!
Seems we have Day and/or Swing Traders
Some dewd with deep pockets in his under pants took this down to .0121 with the grand total of 2000 shares bought. The Rah-Rah society is milling about.
I thought they were also due to return to that webcast promo they were in last time. The one that made Peter sound like he was in a fish tank? Heck as long as he makes sense and updates transparently I don't care where, it's the content of the update that counts. Thanks for letting me know ✔️
Theory* rip it up annihilate it to smitherenes...
With logic please, theory on theory is too sketchy. So! OneMind NG has worked in the US. But the devil is in the details or was it someone else.
- We know the clandestine project was something Affluence hasn't publicly spoken of.
- We know OneMind caters to Fortune 50 companies to resell distribute and integrate Smart City enterprise solutions.
- We know Contrivian is based in San Francisco primarily.
So here is that theory mentioned. Contrivian was using OneMind NG as an authentic proof of concept project. To satisfy all the merger participants it can handle what they all want to happen.
Is this clandestine project delaying why Affluence remains a Stinky Pinky today? Put those thinking caps on wishful thinking or bullseye. May the last logic standing win, this needs to make more sense because Affluence is strategically positioned to be far more affluent than a Pink Sheet enigma, waaayyy more sir. My legal tentacles are twitching. They're detecting some legalese delay of merger... Protectionism perhaps... 🤔
LOSE* your fear of money no one wins every time... Nobody. So instead control it, so it can't bight you. Yes this can be done, it must* be done if you want to succeed. Hey BTW Welcome to AFFU!
There are fortunes* to be made in mergers, especially mega mergers like Affluence's quintuplets about to be born here. Millionaires, even multi-millionaires can evolve on rare ocassions, I've seen it. But all to often greed blinds the mind to all logic. Most definitely this is as true as you're reading this.
But to reap these life altering rewards you MUST understand. It's never about good >>fortune<< per se. Wealth isn't realized by luck. Successful traders fully understand this crucial and potentially marathon transgression. It's all about responsible, accountable, highly PROFESSIONAL management.
There are five different companies that acquired and/or excelled into larger companies to get to Affluence. Here's the risk in a word. Incongruities* can arise that can and must be resolved before a mega merger moves forward into mainstream finance. No risk = no reward. Any managerial indisgressions in this play will fall under at least five different microscopes. Ultimately they damage all merger participants without fail. As you just witnessed here today.
Lawyers must deliberate for there company's sake and still collaborate* amongst each other lawyers to resolve red flags or the deal is forced to postpone until mutual and UNANIMOUS resolution is achieved. Make more sense now? OK here's the tip which you've heard before but no less true. Before you read it ask yourself, did I read & understand this already, or was I simply too eager to see this merger make waves from many whales feasting on Affluence.
Read it twice please because you'll twig it's actually talking about AFFU`s problem to a tea! Previously discussed but likely before you bought. Now you've read this far though that pro tip you are looking for. We all have money requirements that said they all differ. So stick this universal rule in your trading diary with a leaf!
NEVER-EVER spend more on a stock than you're prepared to LOSE! Here's that straight forward DD. With it, plug this in to it's meaning... "OneMind NG"

Excellent words of wisdom one's omitted though
GRRRRREEEEED. Kick back relax let me address that as you've post bombed me on it already today 😂

Couldn't help noticing Contrivian not only in Frisco but the UK too (presumedly London)
The only thing making sense was the registrant
filed 20 days ago. Very much in keeping with Patrick's timeline with Digibriks. Nearly everything else was redacted for privacy. Correct OS www.ionos.de probably looks familiar 🤔
It's a WEAK theory but can Briks somehow equate to the Block Chain? It's B2B commerce we're involved with after all. I saw where bankers were involved with business finance somehow in DIGIBRIKS also. The whole merger would be fatally flawed if there wasn't crypto commerce in the midst somewhere would it not.
I was wondering the same thing !!!
I did note though the domain name www.digibriks.com has been registered. Ahah! But what if Patrick is locked in negotiations to buy the domain name. Not saying he is but clearly a possibility.
I mused Digibriks is a crypto tongue in cheek play on the word BRICK, as in bricks and mortar. Sorry OS, best I can do ATM. Maybe someone else knows better. (then please post)
I'm happy if Attorney Letter removes Caution sign soon. These mergers can be complicated getting every side merger ready and there's definitely that with this merger LOL! I'm in no panic.
Pretty sure all sides are in favour of Affluence Digibriks deal. There has been the deeper dive for DD and Attorney letter so far. Will there be more. As yet no but you never know either. Takes what it takes I'm happy to wait.
Ok thanks TJ that's part of question solved
My question to OS (& seems he asked the same) was simply. Do we have enough pieces of the equation to put together a ball park estimate for Affluence yet. Seems we are still missing key values? Like Durham Black's and/or Contrivian's value. My take at least 🤔
