Who cares? He made the call at .0009 2 months ago and it went to .006 since then. I picked up a few today on this drop but I don't expect any penny trader to marry anything and certainly don't blame anyone except pig dumpers for a drop... which can be a blessing for new traders looking for ops if they let it breath again. Hoping for a move up from here (fingers crossed)
What is happening with GBR? I see no news
I asked for links too, they haven't posted any that I can see.
Have they announced that @Traderlife?
Filing link for RS or AS increase? I looked and I don't see one. Can anyone show me fact based proof or is the posting today opinion based? Thank you!
followed the board, thanks!

I'm thinking more of a comeback than a bounce for KALO. It went so low because someone needed to sell a block and retail didn't know there was anything worth buying or keep holding for since that news isn't available through the normal trading feeds.
This stock will go up and this stock will go down. The stock will do what stocks do
It has nice intraday swings and lots of volume. For anyone holding higher, it is possible and not difficult to trade your way out to green.. best of luck :)
None of those PR's are on http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KALO/news
It seems only the retail of us paying attention are getting the scoop on the progress of this company.
Personally, I wouldn't mind another big dip But if it keeps going I'm happy too since I am already in.
OTCQB which is rare in itself these days.

July 2015 update shows progress and that they are still on track.

KALLO UPDATE – July, 2015
Kallo has developed technology to transform healthcare delivery through rural and mobile healthcare
facilities, disease management, clinicalcare globalization and eHealth solutions. The most significant
and most immediate business opportunities for this technology continue to be in West Africa.
Since our last update, June 8, 2015, the people of Kallo have been refining our business plans to
become a leading healthcare services and solutions provider for West Africa, Brazil, Peru and
Vietnam. This has been a productive and important period of building partnerships with key
governments and multinational funding agencies. Our expertise has enabled us to participate at top
levels of national, regional and global decision-making to help shape practical and efficient health
care solutions, and create a dynamic shift in improved patient care infrastructure including healthcare
resources in this priority region.
Kallo has the right solutions for the right place at the right time. Access to the primary healthcare and
effective monitoring and control of infectious diseases is a growing global challenge, as demonstrated
by the recent Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Important progress has been made in addressing Ebola
but much more remains to be done to build the healthcare systems and infrastructure required to
protect the region and the broader world health environment. Kallo’s MobileCareTM and related health
care systems solutions for Africa will be important contributors to the priority of reducing the risk of
spreading highly contagious diseases and effective immunization.
KALLO PROGRESS AND INITIATIVES IN WESTERN AFRICA
Guinea
As previously announced, Kallo has been selected as a strategic partner for Guinea in the continuing
expansion of their healthcare delivery infrastructure. On April 14, 2015, The Hon. Dr. Remy Lamah,
Minister of Health and Public Hygiene, confirmed the US$200 million contract for Kallo’s MobileCare
Supply Contract for Guinea. In addition, Kallo has been chosen to design and build specialized
hospitals in the regions of Conakry, Kindia, Labe, Kankan and Nzerekore, in Guinea. This will provide
improved healthcare for 60% of the country’s population. Kallo is currently mobilizing its technical
teams for site visits for studies and assessments required to finalize design plans for the construction
of the hospitals.
The government of Guinea had conducted a rigorous evaluation process in selecting the right partner
to provide for their infrastructure requirements. Their criteria included expertise in systems, services,
education and training, as well as for technology, clinical processes and telehealth.
Kallo’s supply contract funding for the Guinea project is complex but is in the final stage of due
diligence and rigorous processes are being followed to complete the commitments supported by all
financial institutions involved on a global level. It is important to recognize that Kallo has the essential
commitment of the Guinea government to the project. The diligence and final negotiations of the
international financial parties are taking longer than we initially expected but do not reflect issues with
the governments of Guinea or any other country. We remain confident that the contract funding will
be completed shortly.
Ghana
Kallo is also continuing to build its relationships with senior health officials in Ghana where a new
Minister of Health, The Hon. Alex Segbefia, was sworn in on May 18, 2015. With a newly restructured
Cabinet in place in Ghana, Kallo’s renewed focus is on proposals for the delivery of MobileCareTM,
RuralCareTM and DialysisCare programs. We are working on deployment details to consolidate these
project areas, working with the new Minister and Ghana’s Committee for Presidential Priority Projects.
Cameroon
Cameroon is another important country of focus for Kallo. In early June 2015, Kallo Chairman and
CEO John Cecil, conducted a local stakeholder workshop which established the framework for
development of integrated primary healthcare delivery programs. He was invited to do this by
Cameroon’s Minister of Public Health, The Hon. Minister Andre Mama Fouda. The workshop focused
on strategies to improve and expand healthcare infrastructure. Continuing progress is being made
with a focus on innovation and enhancing processes.
Mr. Cecil will be returning to Cameroon in early August to lead more detailed, technical and clinical
workshops within the Ministry of Health to engage local small and medium-sized enterprises.
The team will also be taken on several site visits to local hospitals. This trip will help Kallo establish
technical and clinical requirements to submit a proposal for Cameroon.
Chad
Chad will also be on Kallo’s travel itinerary in August when Mr. Cecil plans his next visit with
government officials, including, the Prime Minister of Chad, Kalzeubet Pahimi Deubet, the Minister of
Public Health, The Hon. Dr. Ngariera Rimadjita, the Minister of Finance, The Hon. Kordjé Bedumra
and Chad’s Deputy Minister of Health, Madame Mahadie Outhman Issa and her team. The goal is to
develop a Memorandum Of Understanding between the Government and Kallo, enabling us to
develop more detailed business proposals for our work in Chad.
Strategic Partners
Kallo’s ability to deliver innovative solutions in West Africa and elsewhere is underpinned by our
excellent staff and key partnerships with leading companies such as, IBM, Cisco, Siemens, itd
(Innovative Trailer Design), Talyst, Canon and Sectra. These partnerships will help enable Kallo to
bring advanced, cost effective real-time, on-demand global response centres and medical services to
rural areas of the world.
Real-time, on-demand telehealth services will be delivered from our global response centres and our
command centre in Markham, Ontario, as well as from regional response centres in countries of
operation. We are continuing to work with IBM on other initiatives to address and support future
growth strategies.
Challenges/Results/Successes
At the beginning of 2014, the Ebola crisis in West Africa slowed progress on longer-term healthcare
partnerships and solutions. However, by July 2015, normal business activities have resumed and our
government and international financing partners have again turned their attention and resources to
the task of improving the longer-term healthcare infrastructure in West Africa.
Building on its success to date in Guinea, as noted, Kallo has stepped up its engagement with future
potential partners in Ghana, Cameroon and Chad. We believe these West African countries hold
significant potential for Kallo and that, with the Guinea project under way, other projects can be
expedited.
Looking ahead
Kallo continues to be focused and prepared. Currently, we are anticipating the deployment of our
technology suites and delivery solutions for Guinea. This will be transformational for our company and
welcome news for our patient shareholders.
Our global response centre in Canada, eHealth, Telehealth System, MobileCareTM, RuralCareTM and
DialysisCare Programs, as well as education and training through Kallo University and Kallo’s
multispecialty, multilingual Hospital Information Management Systems (PYORA) are also ready
to go.
In preparation for the execution of upcoming key programs, we have most recently expanded our
management team to include Mr. Lloyd Chiotti as Executive Vice President and member of the Board
of Directors, Mr. Edward DaSilva as Vice-President of Finance, and Ms. Hanna Paterson as
Vice-President of Corporate Communications. These executives bring a wealth of experience and
operational expertise to Kallo as we prepare to execute important new programs that will transform
the lives of millions of people in Western Africa and beyond. We are positioned for success.

August 2015 update on their website
http://www.kalloinc.ca/newsarticle.aspx?newsname=Linguistics_Department.pdf
Nice to see that they hired a linguistics expert. They wouldn't need one if they weren't still negotiating for that contract.
Kallo Update:
August 20, 2015
Kallo is pleased to welcome Marianne Schelew, Manager, Linguistics
Services Department to our team. Prior to joining Kallo, Marianne served
as the official interpreter at the G20 Summit in Sydney, Australia.
Marianne facilitates and enhances communications between Kallo and our
partnering countries making international communication services
consistently seamless.
The Linguistics Services Department ensures quality translation of our
internal/external documents and is integral to Kallo’s business objectives.
It meets the requirements of West African countries enabling
communication with key partners such as Guinea, Cameroon and Chad
among others, to confidently understand and follow all the steps Kallo is
taking towards improving their healthcare infrastructure.
The Department also provides interpreting services for Kallo University and
site visits all around the world. Currently, the Linguistic Services
Department has full-time French translators and interpreters and will
expand to Spanish and additional languages in the very near future.
I called and spoke with the CEO once, he was very accessible. Wonder if anyone has called him lately

I'm a MINE buyer too, I see nothing anywhere except a few posts here declaring a split. I do not believe that anything has been announced like that. If someone can show otherwise, please post. Thanks!
Why do you say that? Do you have a link?
Anyone? Filing or anything stating split that you can direct me to please?
Is this real or fake? https://twitter.com/APSisBack
Amen brother! Good for the trading friends that bought higher, nice to see they have a chance and weren't abandoned this time!
wondering if you see that they are cancelled for sure? Maybe I am looking in the wrong place but I can't find it. Someone said existing shareholders get 4% of co?
EVRYQ
Do you know whats up with commons?
Right on, the way to play these is to look for where the shorts want to cover, fill with them and go for a base hit rather than waiting for a grand slam... and not putting in more than you can afford to lose of course. It's going to take a pretty big dip to get me interested in jumping in again since the volume has decreased so much. 3.5 million $'s yesterday to less than $200k today. If the 4.5m$ payment is true, the payers can't be happy not even getting a 1:1 yet. The 'hey kiddies' caller has been exiting on his subscribers just as fast as he enters so it should be interesting to see how this one is handled over the next week or so.
actually 'dude' I bought in the 4's and sold in the 6's. Some gripe, some trade. Trading is much more profitable. No sense in getting emotional, just trade and make money. Watching for the next death dive.
And FYI, I couldn't be more sorry for those that are holding from .14.... there is another popper just around the corner though and I hope they make it back plus some
Great to know! Thanks for the update :) 287m OS is a low amount for a trip. Collecting more here.
