It's law. Your rail loading area MUST be on your property. Also. You must HAVE a spill containment setup. IT's law.
Read this and weep

Rail Car Spill Containment
Rail Car Spill Containment Equipment Available from Carbis — Meet the Required Environmental Spill Containment Requirements.
You can meet environmental Spill Containment and ....
Here's a link
http://www.carbis.net/products/view/rail_car/spill_containment#
JBII ,if you look at the photo provided by the longs here, clearly show NO rail car access to the physical property. as seen in this link....
http://www.flashearth.com/?lat=43.079426&lon=-79.015851&z=18.9&r=348&src=msa
These pans will help you to adhere to Spill Containment regulations and clean things up quickly if seals fail during the loading or unloading of rail cars.
JBII has NO means of loading a tanker car. You can't brush this off. IT"S THE LAW, there must be a spill containment system in place. A little bucket ain't gonna cut it. Here's another reference link.
http://www.saferack.com/railcar-spill-containment.cfm
It IS required by law that you have ON YOUR property one of these.
http://www.carbis.net/products/view/rail_single_hatch/rail_loading_racks#
IT'S THE LAW PEOPLE. JBII has none of this. 50 feet away from the property isn't going to cut it. The filling station MUST be on YOUR property it must have a spill containment and filling platform.
Look at the other properties where they load tankers in the photo. They have them. KJBII has nothing.
POINT: Theres no way for a tanker car to get loaded. That 17,000 gal isn't going to get loaded. Brush this off all you want. If there isn't a filling platform and spill containment pan ON JBII Property they are breaking the law. That 17000 gal tanker load is either bullcrap or JBII will get busted for failing to meet loading requirements.
Now. How would I know this is required? Ummmmmm. Spent a number of years employed Conrail.
Show me a filling station and spill containment area on JBII property and I'll drop this issue. Theres no reference to one being installed by JBII, and surely that would be news worthy as wells as hey we bought tanks.
Show me where this equipment is? THERS NO RAILS LEADING ONTO THE PROPERTY. They therefore are unable to load 17000 gallons of product.
YOU by LAW can't fill a rail car anywhere but on YOUR PROPERTY. So come on all the DD experts here. Prove this incorrect. Show me where the rail tracks are on the property, show me any correspondence from JBII about a filing station or spill containment platform.
No, I smell more smoke being blown around.
One other point: For a ceo of an unproven company to pay himself, as zar or someone posted, 188,000 ?????? Give me a break. They lose a mil plus a month and he's sucking that much cash outta the accounts? Sorry.
I smell a scam here or at the least a recipe for failure.
Duh, the railroad isn't going to stop a train on main line tracks while someone drags a hose across the rails to fill a tanker. Now i happen to know quite a bit about railroading. Also any tanker filling station has many regulations for filling them as to prevent fires. Sorry but you just don't drag a hose through a fence across rails to a waiting tanker which is going to be waiting in the first place as the railroads don't do that.
You must have access on the property and a formal location to do the loading. Ever here of fires? duh
Just sayin.
And I will post up the regulations for loading flammable liquids later tonight. Might surprise a few here just how wrong they are.
heres on for starters
http://www.sunocochem.com/HES/tech_manuals_acetonef.htm
http://fuelskids.com/html/safety_pamphlet_34.html
Here this is one aspect of the regulations soooo many others.
CAUTION: Since the loading and unloading of tank cars involves the opening of valves, fittings, flanges, caps, plugs and other closures there is always a possibility of product spillage or leakage. While this should be minimized the loader/unloader must be prepared to capture, collect and dispose of any spilled or leaked product in an environmentally-acceptable manner.
POINT being you just don't drag a hose over and start pumping . duh
So how do they "Capture" spills? Gota little bucket er something? gheesh
With volume drying up and the chart clearly in a downtrend looks like over the next couple of weeks buying in the .60 range will materialize.
Longs are running out of cash to keep buying and the inevitable is better defining itself.
Now if JBII can come through with some verifiable actual revenue as everyone here is predicting, well. She stands a chance to hold above 1.00
I'm confused about this "Railcar". Per a photo posted here there's no railcar access to the facility. Possibly I'm confusing different locations. But if theres no railcar access how the heck do you load it with 17,000 gallons?
Going to be interesting how this all shakes out. Either theres going to be a few of you makes one heck of a lot of dough or quite the opposite.
The one question that keeps coming back to me is, where the heck or how the heck are they burnin through over a million bucks a month? Doin what? I think they need to start turning lights off when not in the room, enough with that radio that gurl in the office has on all day. And time to buy that really cheap TP instead of the super soft charmin.
Just seems to me thats a rather large number for such a small operation.
it must be me. I don't know why I find it odd, strange that in that paid for article they wrote, and I quote;
" As P2O launches in 2010, JBI, Inc. hopes to establish 2,500 P2O sites in five or six years".
The article was created in jan,2012? I must have something wrong here. Why does it read "In 2010"?
Never mind. I get it. Just means 2 years ago they were turning trash to oil and the way I see it they'd better get a movin if they hope and dream of having 2500 units up and running in the remaining 3 years. Wow.
"8 mil would have been 10-15% dilution. it sucks but this technology is unbelievable so i would gladly take that dilution to get settled with the sec".
I'm not picking on you per say. But that sentence is very revealing.
"this technology is unbelievable". That statement in itself should be reason enough to be a lot more objective about this company. Almost echoes the ole "If it's too good to be true"???
I'm sorry for having to quote you there but it clearly demonstrates the almost hypnotic effect these promises of riches from pennystock companies can have on well meaning people.
Question: How did the U.S. Gov't bring down, lock up, one of this countries most notorious violent killers??? Tax evasion. Al Capone went to Alcatraz for tax evasion. No. They didn't try to convict him of murdering hundreds of people. They picked him up over tax evasion.
POINT: The sec isn't even going to bother wasting time trying to prove whether or not this cow can jump over the moon, as so eloquently stated in the article written by you know who. NOPE>
They are going to drain this company dry of cash via the egotistical manner of the CEO, you know who. Who refuses to step down as a condition of settlement. NOoooo. His ego as clearly stated in his response to the sec suit. He's prepared to spend YOUR last nickel defending HIS criminal activity.
So now. As I read this thread, which by the way. Is hysterical entertainment. I'm astonished that people will defend someone who clearly as per the phone conversations text. Indicate an attempt to deceive people to obtain funding. That once that funding was secured ONLY THEN did they restate and went opppsss.
Ahhhh. This reminds me so much of the diamond scam. Oh there were those who said, I saw the diamonds, I met him at the drag races, I this I that. And down to the very end were still defending someone who took their money via deception.
One more point. "Perception" word of the day. If you see a man remove his sport coat and strapped to him is a holster on both sides of his chest with two guns in them. Would you not think he is carrying a concealed weapon fully loaded and ready to kill? Thats the normal perception. But what if they were merely squirt guns only filled with deadly water??? The deception.
Hmmmmm. Is JBII truly what it appears to be?
I'm not trying to "Save" anyone. No am I shorting this stock. It does trouble me when I see people whom are not being objective about "Facts". I'm slowly working my way through the article that caused so much of a rucus here, determining if each statement made is factual or if the guys blowing smoke up everyones arse. To be honest so far everything he wrote is proving to be factual. I've yet to find a statement made in it that can't be backed up with facts.
Good luck to the "Long and Strong". I sure hopr for your finacial sake your correct.
Of course all of this is strictly my "opinion".
Is there an existing patent on the Magic catalyst that turns trash to goo or PU2
Too the moon alice to the moon
Hmm, no volume and form 4's starting to fly around?
Is there any PU2 in any fuel tanks in any commercial trucks actually running on the stuff all by itself. Meaning. Not mixed in with normal standard issue fuel? It sure sounds to me like with the "Blending"/Mixing? All thats being done is the watering down of actual viable fuel.
I wanna see a motor run on this stuff without being watered down standard fuel.
WHoops, sorry for the typo. Should of read P2O NOT PU2 My bad
GERN setting up for a breakout. This one's been an ATM machine for me over the past 10 years or more. Easy money if you have patience. Not a life changer but like having a nice ATM machine in your house. lol
Funny, The "Company" sez it's GOING to Court! Read it, in their own words.
The Company REGRETs that its attempts to negotiate settlement of this dispute failed, and, in consultation with its litigation counsel and Board of Directors, looks forward to vigorously defending itself in court
So are people that say it's not going to court calling the ceo a liar?
I would think if he said it's going to court well.
Just a courtin and a regretin
Yes big guy, you are precisely correct. Typos suck. I'm no typist and had a secretary for nearly 20 years. But don't let that take away from the point and context of the topic. Have an outstanding day.
dead cat bounce. puurrrrfect example here. wait till the traders leave abd the longs run out of cash.. toast
it'll be interesting how this all shakes out. Many have valid points on both sides of the fence. Just fencin LOL
I just wish the SEC would leave these little otcbb companies alone. Enough of this petty BS. Bring back the wild west days of the mid to late 90's. Back when a good scam could run a stock with 1.00 upticks. Back when a forward split announcement could run a stock from pennies to 20.00. God I miss those days. Now we fight over pennies. I really hate gov't bullchit sick of it
Zard thats company fluff and BS. Come on now. gheesh. I swear, I'll not post another note about it. Found my foil helmet and bottle thick rose coloured glasses.
Raw It is illegal to juice those numbers. It's misrepresentation. fraud. anyway. I'll agree to disagree. I ran a biz and I know what you can and can't do. Obviously the SEC and I agree. you'll see. I'll take 1 dozen glazed krispy kreme doughnuts when it does go to court.
OK, not going to debate it anymore. Standard JBII equiptment is now a foil helmet and thick rose coloured glasses. I truly wish you guys all the best and hope your right. I'll not post on the matter any more.
Now where did I put my foil helmet. LOL
Once they prove civil wrong doing it can then proceed to criminal if they so desire. Fraud is a nasty crime. and thats what they did. they per Skype transcripts, Intentionally Defrauded, misrepresented the financial state of the company. Very bad thing to do.
Well I'll bet dollars to doughnuts, make them Krispy Kreme please. That it ain't gonna happen. Just eatin Krispies.
From all I've read, and the levity of the "Charges". Nope. This is going the distance. Ran a biz for 18 years. You Can Not Juice the books and then say whoops. It's Judicial Responsibility and those signing the documents have the responsibility to "Know" what they are signing. Did it every year when it was tax time. It's the documented 'Intent" to defraud that is going to hang them. I'm not saying whats going on is right. What I'm saying is someone at the SEC wants a feather in their cap. Kind a like selling an ounce of coke to a cop during a traffic stop. With the Skype transcipts they are busted caught red handed.
This CAN"T settle out of court. They already missed that chance. Read, Tired of reading that it's going to settle out of court. It's NOT. They missed that chance.
This going to be a long, drawn out ordeal that will be extremely costly.
Well Brig I'll mark this post and put on my Ruby slippers and click my heels three times. Just clickin
What happens to the inked deals you ask? Further legal problems. It's called breach. rhut rhooh
Brig, you know I love yah man, but they had a chance to settle it. It didn't get done. Now it's going to court. Wish that wasn't the facts but it is. And this PU2 concept, well. Maybe it's worth something. They may end up having to sell it off and try to retain a hand in it's further development. Best of luck here Brig. Seems like a viable business model. But this crew running the show is toast.
Media credits vs PU2? If anyone can now honestly believe anything this crew has said. Well. I got some real nice beachfront property on the pacific baja coastline in mexico I'd like to sell you.
Exactly. wait, OH, i'm going to build a spaceship to go to marz and mine gold. I'm worth 10 million, buy my paper. Great thanks nearly 9 mil. that should get me started. Lets see, where did I put that hammer and nails. OK. Built a ship. WHAAAAAT, I built a ship so I lied about how much dough I was worth
Exactly what he said, ditto. Well put.
Can't agree with you raw, I'd like to, wish I could. Like I said. Paint the monkeyz azz any colour you wish to.. this is very damaging and most likely beyond repair. Time will tell I guess. Hope the best ffor you.
I read the complete complaint. I have no idea what parts you read. I am of the opinion as is the SEC that those conversations listed in the complaint are adequate enough to declare fraud was committed. If I heard my wife on the phone telling some guy she'd do him, kinda enough for me.
They "Didn't make a mistake". Read the Skype transcript. They willingly and knowingly LIED. They "KNEW" and yet still went through with raising capital. Thats a no no.. Bigtime.
JBI management weighed "Risk vs Reward". They knowingly falsified documents in an effort to raise capital. Nuff said. Thats all a fact. I don't care if it's PIPE,,POOP, or the amount they spend on doughnuts at Krispy Kreme. They Lied. So. Any "Rational" investor would then need to ask himself. What else is a lie, a twist on the truth???? Frankly just because they put it in a PR doesn't mean it's true. WHAAAAAAT? No OTCBB company would do that!! Yeup. Don't care what colour you paint the monkeyz azz it's still a monkey.
zard,,nothing personal but "Fraud" is "Fraud" no matter how you spin it. Financial gain based on Fraudulent balance sheets is pretty serious. Kinda like telling the irs you only made 5,000 but really made 500,000. Kind a, well sort of if you get the point
ughhh next thing will be the , " Call in your certs". Stop the shorts, squeeze dem. OK.. I gotta stop. This is getting ridiculous here.
P2O or call it PU2,,just as long as this thing bounces around the room like a superball I'll be real happy
The quagmire regarding the monetary disgorgorment would be how do they raise millions of dollars to pay it??? Hmmm. Shares falling from the skys??? What this SEC action does is create more questions than there are answers and each one is a red flag. The only money that will come in this and sit well. None. Too many plays in the market. This will become a pr machine trading stock until all is settled and the dust is cleaned up. I prefer Pledge myself.
Personally I don't care if they conspired to paint the monkeys azz purple. Volatility is what I want, up down people flipping in and out, super ball bounces and plenty of them.
'
Good examples however niether of them are otc stocks. Big huge mega difference. But thanks,,very good examples .
I'm a buyer @ under .10,,maybe. Should be intersting to watch. Most stocks that get hit with this kind of thing fall below that .10 line. If anyone knows of one that hasn't please inform me. Just curiousin
