The quagmire regarding the monetary disgorgorment would be how do they raise millions of dollars to pay it??? Hmmm. Shares falling from the skys??? What this SEC action does is create more questions than there are answers and each one is a red flag. The only money that will come in this and sit well. None. Too many plays in the market. This will become a pr machine trading stock until all is settled and the dust is cleaned up. I prefer Pledge myself.
