EXACTLY... if its a bid slap to take the PPS down or an ASK slap to take the PPS up, either can be considered manipulation by the SEC. I personally don't care what anyone does, but advertising that they are doing it on a public message board probably isn't the best idea. Especially with a ticker that has a big red stop sign, out of date financials, and expired business REG. All someone would have to do is call the SEC and have them monitor "activities" for this stock.
Again, it doesn't matter to me, but in the best interest of EVERYONE, I think we need to stop posting about these bid/ask slaps, before the stock is haulted and investigated and EVERYONE is more ROYALLY SCREWED than we already are!

Also,
I remember someone posting on this board about having a lawyer take a look at this stock. They did mention that it wasn't worth the time, but if somehow our "products" are now being used directly by subway, it almost would seem like Ryan sold it off and left us high and dry... or Subway stole the idea. Either of which would involve a major lawsuit against a HUGE company. It may then be much more interesting to a lawyer.
Would love to see something come of this stock. Holding WAYYYYY to many shares.

Maybe.... DTSL/UDS sold the rights to the software to Subway!! IF so, this could be HUGE.
Our website did just go down, maybe it was in anticipation of Subway replacing it.
BIG HOPES and a VERY LONG shot, but anything can happen down here.

Just received a change detection notice that I had setup for both of the company's websites...
They are no longer available. Good as DEAD.

Something short of a miracle would be needed to revive this one.

Another BIG VOLUME day!!

Take a look at the last PR, Financial release, and pinksheets.com, should have everything you need to answer the question.

Or SLAPPING THE ASK EOD every day for years to artificially inflate the PPS... SEC written all over it.

From what I hear, Evan and Stacy are FAR from the picture perfect married couple. Nothing would suprise me at this point, but them parting ways would, without a doubt, be the nail in the coffin.

.0006. If and only if they get the filings back up to date and the NVSOS registered again in the next 3 months. Anything outside that range, there won't be a bottom because the floor is going to fall out.

So I currently have a 3 way race going for WORST PERFORMING STOCK of the year in my portfolio. I must say that I NEVER thought IDGI was going to be in that category along with tickers that have found Diamonds on the Moon and Oil in the clouds...
Disappointed and hoping IDGI won't be the winner this year
-Matt
Just wish we could get some clarity from the company. My major concern is the NVSOS being expired. With that expired, I am unsure of the negative effects this may have. Since the NVSOS registers the company and OUR shares, it would seem that our shares could be in Jeopardy if it goes to far. Not sure if there is a grace period, 90 days, a year, whatever it may be.
A simple update to shareholders would sure go a long way, but we have been asking for that since our conference call 6 months ago.
-Matt
Yah I know the feeling! If I had a wife, she would have fed me to the reindeer Saturday night!! As for all my investors, VERY disappointed/concerned/upset/confused/angry/etc/etc/etc/etc!!
Can't sell the stock at this point so all we can do is wait and hope management makes good on this company and we see something positive in 2012.
I think that I got past the sickening, stressed out feeling. Kinda like when your soooooo tired that you get past the point of being able to sleep, so you just give up trying and hope that you will catch some shut eye soon.

GOOD MORNING INCA LAND!! WAKEY WAKEY!
-Matt
Thanks Craig!! Trying to move forward here with the right focus.
-Matt
At least the spread between the bid and ask is becoming more reasonable. Past few weeks it was 200%+, which surely scares any new investment away. Its moving in the wrong direction, but eventually we will find a bottom, just hoping it doesn't stay at the bottom for too long!
Better times surely must be ahead. Can't really get any worse, can it?

So is this basically saying the case specifically against SAF is being thrown out, or a portion of it?
Just not good at reading the legal terminology.
Thanks in advance.

Merry Christmas Everyone!! Let's hope 2012 is Inca's year!!!!
-Matt
If someone is shorting this... IMO it is friends of management to drive the PPS down into the ground.
What happens to a short when a company gets delisted? I am almost certain, they win and don't have to cover and make out on the money!!! No financials, expired business reg... Makes the theory seem possible.
Speculation at best, but a possible theory.
-Matt
Will we survive the EOY selling here and stay out of the triple 0's... I would expect the selling to pick up as we get closer to the end of the year.
Blah.
-Matt
Compass... Got your PM and the reality is the SEC is VERY busy shutting down Companies that are not in compliance, in every type of market. I have seen a bunch of tickers that I traded in the past that are now non-existent. IDGI is not exempt from any of the investigations and requirements that are now regulation!
http://www.otcmarkets.com/marketActivity/suspended-symbols
http://www.sec.gov/divisions/enforce/delinquent.htm
The list goes on and on and on! It's my opinion that if NO action is taken in the near future that they will have to become compliant or be shut down like all the others. The picture is NOT ROSEY here... far from it actually.
-Matt
A little less than 10 trading days left in 2011. Boy this year flew by! I think it is safe to say that anything coming from the company, probably won't happen till next year. Maybe my January prediction will come true! I can only hope that next year is a much better year for IDGI. I have lost a lot of confidence in this company and its owners, as have many fellow investors.
I think management owes all of its investors a public update on the status of the company and what their future plans are for making IDGI a more attractive investment in 2012. They also need to deal with the current Penson issues, which is also spreading to other clearing houses from what I have been reading. Getting current on financials, updating the NVSOS, and more than likely a R/S to bring the PPS into tradeable territory to satisfy the new trading rules are just a few of the tasks this company needs to deal with.
There still may be a tiny chance that this stock will take off in the near future, but as the days go by and the financials get further out of date, the likelyhood of the SEC haulting this stock becomes greater and greater.
IMO
-Matt
Yes maybe this time we will stay up! Otherwise, there will be many ready to DUMP out of this thing.
-Matt
GOTCHA.
http://newsletter.hotstocked.com/stocks/view/IDGI-
Seems pretty clear right there what happended. Old news, but they did have a failure for a pump!
-Matt
Thought they hired a PR awareness company, awarded them shares, and they dumped into it? Wasn't that the case? I remember seeing documented info pertaining to that, but it was a while ago.

Trying to keep quiet, but I have to say something... so if personal cases have no importance, if this case was to go against the owners and they end up owning big $$$$, wouldn't this make their ability to fund IDGI on their own without other means of financing more difficult?
Again that would be worse case scenario, but considering they have been personally funding IDGI since the beginning, anything that effects them financially, very well could effect us in terms of future funding towards Inca.
IMO
-Matt
Ditto, Ditto, Ditto!! At this point, I have stopped caring about how they run this thing and how things SHOULD be done being a publicly traded company. I am going to let them do their thing and if we all end up as bag holders. Then it is what it is. Can't sell it, so I am here for the ride whatever it may be.
-Matt
Me too JK!
-Matt
So what do those numbers mean?
-Matt
At least this is a simple board to moderate!! Nothing from the company and really nothing to update on the IBOX. Just waiting for either a SEC hault, a conversion to UDS, or some other variable to come into play.
Maybe Ryan has one last good pump left in this thing! He is going to need money somehow and soon I am guessing!
IMO
-Matt
Ok so I tried the postive approach for years... tried the negative approach for months and neither have gotten any positive results in regards to the PPS and the way the owners handle the investment side of the company.
It is not how I want to see it ran, but its their company and they can choose how to run it however they want.
With that being said, I am going to become a silent observer as best I can. I think its best for the board, the company, and well my sanity and the sanity of my fellow investors.
Best of luck to all and maybe my date will come true.
-Matt
FINGERS CROSSED!
-Matt
I have been reading through all the online information about insiders selling shares of a company etc... all of the documentation mentions "Registered Companies". Now that the NVSOS is expired, does this mean that Inca is not considered a Registered company? And if so, from a pure wording standpoint, it would seem that insiders could openly sell shares and not report ANYTHING.
Maybe I am reading into it to far, but by not being registered it would seem this could be a loop hole and a potential reason why they let it expire!
IMO
-Matt
Hmm. Wouldn't a lower PPS result in the price for them to buy out the company and take it private also be less?
I know we have gone this route before and speculate for and against so know need to go over it again.
Bottom line, if they talked to us regularly, there wouldn't be any need for speculation. Especially with the past few weeks of activity, they OWE us an explanation.
IMO
-Matt
OK.
Guess we will see. How else could insiders be driving the price down then... Oh yah thats right doing the opposite of what a publicly traded company should do!
-Matt
