Hmm. Wouldn't a lower PPS result in the price for them to buy out the company and take it private also be less?

I know we have gone this route before and speculate for and against so know need to go over it again.

Bottom line, if they talked to us regularly, there wouldn't be any need for speculation. Especially with the past few weeks of activity, they OWE us an explanation.
