Good Morning all, holding steady today I see.
AMCG, sswwwiisshh! I hear ya, chuckle, expecting more good things to come as well.
Chuckle, had to look again because it was bugging me that I could not fully remember.
Correct, there is no set completion date, the "within" six week timeframe that was stuck in my mind was in the exhibit(ex2-1) attached with last 8-k filing. The closing will be within six weeks of audited financials delivered, accepted, etc., etc.
SEC filing stated that the shares were "restricted" per reg's. If that is the case have to agree there.
Also the original LOI filed said there would be an amendment to the articles of incorporation filed for a reduction of authorized shares upon completion.
AMCG could tighten things right up!
'Griff', had read somewhere that the anticipated closing(timeframe) was approximately six weeks. Don't remember if it was in an AMCG filing, PR, or email reply.
Oh yeah 'jme', has the potential for more with the closing still a few weeks away.
Hey 'Trade_Master', Like this part of that news from AMCG:
Oh yeah, nothing more to expand on with that, just Ditto!
*Caveat: Those are just straight up approximated numbers. Forgot the industry multiplier that could, should put things at an even more respectable level. If, when everything kicks in with the general investing public.
PPS = $$$
Considering low share structure, new U.S. stock, growth oriented, developed company, fastest growing market in the world, largest market on the planet.
Don't either 'lucy'. Would be surprised if it does.
Expected revenues are certainly a driving force to think about.
Some simple conservatively, approx. calculations on AMCG from this last Wednesday's news, of December 02 2009, reported that for the three(3) months ended October 31 2009:
Approx: 1,700,000 new users x $7.00 per game is $11,900,000 revenue per quarter.
If that continues at "just" the same pace for a full year?
$11,900,000 x 4 quarters = YOWZA!
That's not taking into account the already established users that will continue.
Could, should be expecting huge things for Aimco Games Corp. going forward.

Additionally, per chart for AMCG, Accumulation(A/D), OBV, ChiOsc showing all buying up to this point. Not much reason to believe that should reasonably change with the impending closure of acquisition forthcoming. Need to keep that PPS up, you know what I mean?

Interesting article on the growth of mobile gaming in China, AMCG's market.
China's mobile gaming market up by 62 pct in 2008
Statistics released by Analysys International show that the whole mobile phone gaming market in China reached 1.365 billion yuan in 2008, up by 62.67% from the previous year, and will reach 4.208 billion yuan in 2011.
The JAVA-platform market accounted for 72% of the total market, the BREW-platform market for 28%.
Revenue of JAVA-enabled mobile phone online games grew rapidly in 2008, increasing 138% to reach 142.8 million yuan. The main reason behind growth was the strengthening of independent operation and promotion capabilities of content providers (CP) and service providers (SP) of JAVA-platform mobile online games.
In 2008, a new batch of gaming companies, such as 3GUU, officially entered the mobile phone online gaming market and launched various kinds of new products which became popular among users. At present, there are already over 50 mobile phone game developers in China.
The compound growth rate of the mobile phone gaming market between 2008 and 2011 will be 45.54%. The high compound growth rate will be mainly driven by users' increasing demand for leisure and entertainment applications, commercial use of 3G networks and rapid development of mobile phone online games.

Young? chuckle. Agree some, developing to early middle aged. Nice mix of desire to skills, experience to age in my opinion.
Only thing lacking is the 60+ year old, long in the tooth, to aid with the decades of wisdom and learned heart.
Solid, vibrant management team working in a dynamic, fast-paced, fastest growing and largest market within the world.
YOWZA. Certainly looking for more here with AMCG, aren't we?
Certainly is 'jo'. Part of Marketing is exposure leading to sales, generated revenues.
San West management, (Frank and Brian), are doing a nice job of it.
Would expect SNWT stock to uptrend in the near future.
Alot of news advocates today for SNWT. Good thing to see, hope all read and appreciate them.
Can only aid us all as a collective group going forward, don't you think so also?
