Young? chuckle. Agree some, developing to early middle aged. Nice mix of desire to skills, experience to age in my opinion.

Only thing lacking is the 60+ year old, long in the tooth, to aid with the decades of wisdom and learned heart.

Solid, vibrant management team working in a dynamic, fast-paced, fastest growing and largest market within the world.
