Relevant good or relevant bad? Gee not like you to get over dramatic are you teasing the Rocketeer again lol. He is wetting his pants over DCUT I really am starting to wonder about him...anyway can you give us a hint?
SORRY! UCAD PR False Alarm
OLD news my apologies that's what 3 hours sleep does for you I guess sorry if I gave you a bumsteer. Not my day!
NEWBIES as the MM's tinker....
Obviously the MM's are shaking the tree once more attempting to convince you to move on. Well how much is CMKX worth you ask well guess what I haven't the foggiest is the honest answer!
But here is a video sponsored by DeBeers Shore and Kensington which explains well our chances in the FALC region. Give yourself 1/2 an hour and start the video relaxed in a perceptive mood. The guy speaks quickly and covers a lot of ground still it is a good educational tool for what lies beneath the surface in the FALC region.
Longs perhaps a good refresher? Leave it with you!
OH! one more thing ride your audio it oscillates from loud to a whisper sometimes.

Zen a (hypothetical) law question.
OK 3 but inter-related please bear with me.
1.)If Roger Glenn was to see any laws being broken, would he have an ethical obligation to report that a law had been broken?
2.)What if he knew this would possibly disrupt , endanger ; or (perish the thought) ruin his case?
He is technically running CMKX right now...ok arguable but as I said please bear with me...
3.) Which would be more important to his legal success his fiduciary responsibility to his client or his ethical duty to expose the illegal entanglement to the proper authority?
Thanks awfully....Rich

I'm very happy your happy just keep the lid on till she's cooked ok champ? :)
Gody with all due respect..
"we have 2 pipes alone, worth 800 billion, we will be a trillion $$ company.."
"we have huge zinc deposits, diamonds, oil, gas, gold, silver, platinum, copper, its past gigantic, possible nickel deposts, zinc and nickel run together..we have more than anyone can imagaine.. "
If this is true why am I not hearing this from the company........? Seems to me a company would want to let their shareholders know this toute de suite nest'ce pas?
Go easy gody I am still absorbing on a steep steep learning curve. In all fairness I find this info disconcerting coming from an investor when the company should be shouting this from the roof tops! So please? Kindly indulge me where did you learn this and can it be independantly verified? Do not mistaken this as a bash I did not say you were incorrect just an honest inquiry thank you.
Best....Rich
I'd say a misprint.
Yep probably right Tate
Take yourself back in your DD was Hutchison not the lead geologist with DeBeers at one time? Pretty sure that was so, and if so why would a DeBeers geologist part company in the FALC with DeBeers?
Simple it's not if CMKX has diamonds it's how many verified do we have in the ground. Once that is known then the money will come pouring through the CMKX door. http://tinyurl.com/2rbnx
I believe they already have a very good idea and that is why Roger Glenn has arrived to defend the company. It makes sense to me that UCAD GEMM KPG and possibly more could conglomerate to cut drilling and assaying costs which are huge. Once they do it also makes a debatable assertion that someone like BHP or indeed DeBeers AT SOME POINT might decide to takeover.
It does nothing for us as expectant anxious investors that Urban is able to keep a lid on all this but as successful investors it appears to be helping enormously. The miner's creed keep your mouth closed could be crucial here. But many are becoming apprehensive of a possible R/S or no diamonds or a tender going for too cheap adnauseum. It all boils down to what's best for the company. My personal take is Urban is now in a position to fulfill his dream of a successful diamond miner. I doubt a buy out or a tender offer are in the cards much less a R/S anytime soon.
It's all in whether you think Urban has diamonds or doesn't he. If he does then the rest will take care of itself. I personally think GOOD Smeaton cores have been purposely withheld. I personally think there is much much more going than Smeaton. Either you believe that or you don't. R/S , tender offer, DO NOT make sense to me. Obviously we are being held back by whatever means therefore I see a merger of local area juniors beyond KPG and UCAD a possibility because it's advantageous and in the final analysis what is best for the company will be the order of the day.
Alll you realize? JMVHO

Thanks Tate
Suppose there might be a reason for that? I'm surmising here I just found it ironic it's probably quite common to have a young Geo farming himself out as Gump says they are in short supply right now could be very normal. I'm just trying to connect the dots on the UCAD theory I could be off on a wild goose chase we'd need more dots I reckon.
My guess is he is consulting to the area rather than having "moved to UCAD" as you put it.
But hey really guys what the heck would I know I'm a sailor making sense out of the prairie I could mistake a gopher for a buffalo!
BTW (saving posts here) "Lownumba" I think I strained a vocal chord laughing at you NanoDiamonds R Us line cute :) Keep in mind though we have a long way to go these FALC kimberlites we have could be THE Ones no one knows yet so keep an open mind there sport.
Best....Rich
OK thanks Gump
Your right I am getting ahead of myself but because UCAD rumors are flying I am second guessing a very complex strategy here. Does this guy ring a bell to you? Is that not our geologist in with UCAD a Mr.Hutchison?
http://www.uscanadian.net/management.asp
If it is and I think it is would that not be somewhat ironic? Hmmm ;)

Gump
If Roger Glenn is a mergering specialist let's assume for discussion purposes he has a candidate. (That's a mighty big if right now but let's assume the positive)
Who is your idea of a mergering company for CMKX? A major or a group of minors wanting in on the FALC momentum? I have always thought BHP Billiton would claw at the chance to go toe to toe with DeBeers (or MonoPros) and duke it out in the FALC.
Your thoughts please?
Thanks...Rich

LOL well I wasn't banking on a straight answer anyway relax! lol we're both here to make money correct? Good luck to both of us I'm just saying it seems like real poor timing to be chincing on a few hundredths of a penny with so much going on behind the scenes and so VERY much potential does SGF have 1.4 million acres? Does SGF have a Roger Glenn? I'm not knocking your pick I happen to like it don't tell anyone but I only have so many trillion dollars to invest lol!.
I wish you luck tomorrow but I loaded the boat today scuttlebutt is we are not far from a PR so have a buy order ready and may the best darn diamond rustler win! :)
Geez me thinks me hit a nerve? ;)
Have a good night Rocket just bugging yah :)
Cheers....Rich
Ahem? Excuse me for barging in Rocket but are you saying Saskatchewan has no quality diamonds NONE? Also would you be implying if SGF bites the dust in FALC then CMKX will also? Gosh I guess DeBeers will also then if that's what your implying here huh?
Come come rocketeer I weren't hatched under the barn there yesterday dang burn it! :)
You seem to be tearing a few pages from that mentor of yours Lantz in your pants if you don't take objection to me saying so? Would I also be REASONABLY accurate if your facilitating a lower entry here my respected colleague?
I think your in for severe whiplash if not careful the train is about to leave the station Rocket. That's what I'm hearing at least.
GLTY! ;)

If it were not for real busterdog I'm 110% certain it would no longer exist. You don't "trick" Raytheon Boeing or Sarnoff into thinking you have something that is a fake or exaggeration.
I understand a reply is forthcoming from Tom Gavin but a death in the family has meant he will be offline until the weekend.
Contract negotiations are a tricky maneouvre especially when dealing in high tech security companies pertaining to DHS. Problems of whatever seriousness can and do occur. It could be as simple as funding for this certain project was called into question by the contractor's bean counters.
Without knowing for sure it is very difficult to give an adequate answer right now. Keep an eye on the RB thread today. I hear a response from TG is pending.
Cheers....RichieBoy
Hey Buck FULL MARKS
Thanks for emailing Yaacov about a buyback personally I think he is gearing up for the 6 million units a year it (Dilution) all adds up to around $500,000 precisely what Yaacov needs to attain expansion money :)
So yes next year will be huge as production escalate so will product acceptance and also because the CVS contacts I anticipate will mushroom sales simply due to availability of product to interested corporate parties.
Cheers....RichieBoy
Greetings firefight :)
I see your starting to have fun I remember now how cautious you were! :) Perfectly good DD firefight and I am perfectly certain there is more fun to follow!
I've had RB thread privileges lifted for some reason and am unable to post no matter have to be off to work for a couple weeks anyway so I expect you'll be rallying the troops in my absense ? :)
Also a small group beginning to ask some good questions on the Stockhouse thread anyway guys best of luck I would appreciate it if you'd bump up the price to 3 cents on my return ok? LOL not to worry to much though I'm here for the long haul :) Best of luck to all longs! What a fine Friday it was!

http://www.stockhouse.com/bullboards/forum.asp?symbol=IDTA&table=LIST
Hobbit albeit a late reply I think the general consensus is IDTA will be profitable by Christmas maybe earlier. With the new plant now operational and doubling (maybe more) capacity in the early New Year I expect this target will be met handily.
Also with Romania coming into the fold that contract alone is expected to be larger than all last year's business put together so I'm quite confident your a lot out on your projections. Hope this is helpful ;)
Cheers....RichieBoy
Guess what guys your now famous ;)
Hot Stock Chat (Traders Nation) and Stock Talk Live (IBCRadio) are watching and reporting on AACS and they both like it so my hunch is strap in and hold on. This could get interesting and bottom line the word is getting out and the word is good. Thought I'd just brighten your day a little? Good Luck everyone wishing you all Olympic Fiscal Fitness.

Company Press Release
AdZone Files its Form 10-QSB for Fiscal 2004 First Quarter, Ended June 30, 2003
CALVERTON, N.Y., August 13, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider, announced today that it has filed its Form 10-QSB, detailing operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2003, which is the company's fiscal 2004 first quarter.
"This has been a momentous period for the company," said Charles A Cardona III, AdZone's Chairman & CEO. "Over the first three months of this fiscal year, we announced our first revenue deal with a major defense contractor, made the first public presentation of any of our findings at the Equities Magazine Conference in New York in mid-June, and received acknowledgement for what happened to be the second time this year that AdZone contributed to preventing a terrorist threat.
"Since then," the CEO continued, "we have been delivering against our first order, and are awaiting the imminent release of its follow-on. In addition, we're continuing to move our marketing efforts ahead on a broad front.
"As a public company, we have an obligation to inform our shareholders. However, as a result of what we do and who our customers are, we have a greater responsibility to the defense, security, and well being of the people of this great country. As we remarked at the Equities Magazine Conference, our greatest difficulty is how limited we are in what we are allowed to publicly say without putting people at risk," Cardona concluded.
The presentation made at the Equities Magazine conference is accessible at the following link:

Links that work! What a concept?
This is a lengthy but informative discussion on steganography though NOT Adzone's a very educated opinion (keep in mind the date of interview) http://www.wamu.org/pi/shows/piarc_011217.html
Francis Gaskins BRILLIANT interview though dated still holds true today some figures have changed of course. Two interview links here. http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/021022/32882.html
Unfortunately Wall Street Reporter interview seems to be no longer available. Perhaps someone can post the wall street reporter interview for the benefit of new posters?

Naz to the contrary
Actually Naz you need to pat yourself on the back old thing? :) Your posts are one of the most respected and appreciated. Thanks very much I think you could not have answered my question better and now that you mention your dang fine DD seems to ring true. I have to concur with this board excellent help most excellent. Puts my mind at rest I can tell you.
The technical steg thing was a hail mary if your a football fan ? :) Just a longshot chump no worries. If I wanted advice on how to fix a tire I'd call Goodyear same thing really :) I don't recall asking how proprietary NetGet is just how does it stack up? Perhaps we are talking the same thing or close not sure? I think we can see Homeland Security has given ADZR the nod here I just wanted to be sure in the notion that there were no others close as Charles Cardona has lead us to believe. That article that flix linked to mentioned
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"And according to Europemedia.net, the UK communications firm Iomart "has been using sophisticated software in search of steganography on the Internet to help US terrorist investigators", and it "has cracked coded messages on the Internet that could possibly be linked to Osama bin Laden."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So you have to wonder if this is competition or if NetGet supersedes this dated info? I favour the latter and definitely same can be said for ADZR and more! Naz keep posting bud I can only agree with what others have said before me your an excellent asset to the board of course the board will disavow any knowledge of your mission Naz ; this tape will self destruct in 30 seconds ....good luck Naz...
Interesting flix thank you, I had not seen this before. I was actually trying to hear from a tech person with previous steg experience. Straight from the techy's mouth sort of speak? A loftly expectation perhaps ...but then you never know who is reading this? :)
Nebs do you know anything about the Competitive Media $500,000 lawsuit? Was it surrounding Adzone being to much a threat to their business a bad deal or a take over? It was in the very formative stages can't recall now thought I saw it in the 10 K ??? .....RichieBoy
Take Over Target?
It has been discussed on another board (yes that disfunctional one) that ADZR might be swallowed up by governmental body (eg) and I use this as an example the NSA. I personally doubt whether they could achieve a hostile take over it would likely have to be one amicable to both. So I tried to put my best take over thinking cap on keep in mind there has been nothing formally raised about this subject all is conjecture right now.
Often common sense prevails in this type of situation who stands to benefit the most here? Who has the most use for it? Well Boeing signed last but on closer inspection Autometric is by no means a featherweight this is a highly advanced IT center. Still we don't know all we need to. Raytheon was first I believe and Raytheon obviously showed early interest but how big an interest again we don't know yet. So the only corporation left is Sarnoff and that is my hunch if anyone wants a steg company it's Sarnoff. We know there technologies intertwine with NetGet they have a imaging program that improves resolution in imaging very useful with NetGet.
Yup all just speculation it might never happen but that is why you bought ADZR right speculative risk? Do you have any other ideas who might be a buyer of the NetGet software you could think of? "Everything is for sale" but my question is ....who and why? Or am I just suffering from an over active imagination and need to take some time off? LOL.....RichieBoy ;)
Any steg nerds on today?
Just how superior is NetGet? Vastly? Marginally? How technically advanced is it over steg already out there? I have emailed experts (names withheld but right up there) mum is the word. Is this a good sign? Does a successful patent application really make ADZR the 800 pound gorilla in the steg world or is there another product I need to know about? Is a successful patent a lock on the industry or just a temporary leg up? I'd really appreciate an experienced unbiased opinion it would help me factor in what to expect here thanks. Oh! "nerds" a compliment not a slam ok? :)
TIA ! Cheers....RichieBoy
Adzone is not quite what I'd call a common company though Nebs ;) I take your point about speculative risk and loving it! Due Diligence you bet your life but if I always invested on bean counters advice I'd be reading about it in Time Magazine several years from now instead of profiting from it's potential like I am now :)
Have a great weekend can't wait to bid that cursed "E" designator Adieux!
Phew been a long week thanks Lownumba this statement in closing
These circumstances create substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and are discussed in Note C. The financial statements do not contain any adjustments that might result from the outcome of these uncertainties.
...leaves one feeling precarious but that is of course the auditor's view somewhat different and I'm certain obscured from managements and of course why it pays to ask if unsure. Thanks for the heads up a weight has been lifted. :)
Auditors
I'm having difficulty finding out if ADZR has been audited if so I don't see it on the 10 K ? My understanding is if there is no audit showing on the 10K the "E" stays on the ticker symbol and they have 30 days to change this or be delisted. Rather harsh. Can anyone advise me about this? I may have missed something....
No worries Nebula if you click on this link then look for "Business" Link in left hand feature column it should bring up the article Mr Cardona and all.
http://www.timesreview.com/nr06-12-03/index.htm
VERY Diifficult Link
I took 45 minutes to find it myself and new what I was looking for so sorry although link won't take you there here is the jist of the article

Cracking codes in Calverton
Southolder's company in EPCAL hunts down 'bad guys' on the web
By Denise Civiletti
CALVERTON--While Riverhead Town and Suffolk County officials grapple with controversies surrounding the use and development of the Calverton Enterprise Park (EPCAL), debating everything from airports to rock music festivals proposed for the 3,000-acre site, "business as usual" goes on for the small group of companies already operating at the former Grumman site.
Among them is AdZone Research, a publicly traded high-tech firm founded in 2000 by Southold native Charles Cardona III. Occupying a small corner of the 75,000-square-foot building that once housed the Grumman flight testing and engineering center, AdZone Research has pioneered the Internet surveillance technology used by businesses to track advertising activity data for the most frequented sites on the web.
But Mr. Cardona says he has found a lucrative new market for his company's innovative technology in the months since Sept. 11, 2001: the burgeoning homeland security industry.
Seated amidst the humming computer servers that download the content of the entire Internet every two hours, Mr. Cardona explains that the technology AdZone developed to track and monitor commercial activity on the web became attractive to the government after the Sept. 11 attacks. "The various powers-that-be realized that our technology had the ability to find clandestine messages sent by terrorist organizations across the Internet," he said.
Come again?
"Well," he elaborates, "the bad guys use the web to communicate clandestinely. There are ways that the bad guys can hide messages and send them to various places. We detect those messages. We are the only ones who have the technology to do that," said the 39-year-old CEO. The technology includes stegenography, which Mr. Cardona describes as "the process of hiding messages in other elements." Those "other elements" are many, varied and complex. "It involves a lot of very complicated statistical analysis," he said.
He likened his company's mission to "looking for a thousand needles in a hundred million haystacks. Every day they move to a new haystack. You can't see where they've been moved to. You've got to find the patterns of change." The "needles" are bits of data that make up encoded messages being sent back and forth among "the bad guys."
"It's not too complicated to hide a needle in a haystack," according to Mr. Cardona. "And it's very easy to find it if you know which needle and which haystack and where in the haystack to look. The technical savvy," he says, "comes in knowing where to look, because there are so many places to hide it."
Asked to provide examples, Mr. Cardona demurred. "We found some very interesting things and we continue to do so," he said. But he said he can't give specifics because of the nature of the highly classified information. "It's pretty interesting stuff, though," he said.
Mr. Cardona, who earned degrees in astrophysics from the University of Arizona and SUNY/Stony Brook, said his company's technology employs the same sort of algorithms that he used as an astrophysicist to "track variable stars." But now, he said, he's "dealing with bad guys instead of stars."
AdZone currently employs eight people at EPCAL, but Mr. Cardona sees major expansion on the horizon.
On May 29, the company announced that it had won its "first revenue-generating contract from a major defense contractor," according to a company press release. The new partnership will use Ad Zone's Internet surveillance technology to develop a system to better identify clandestine communications on the web on behalf of federal intelligence agencies, according to the press release. Mr. Cardona said he couldn't identify the contractor "for security reasons" but it is a company that's played "a storied role in the defense of free nations.
"This contract represents the first of what we hope may be other strategic agreements with this particular defense contractor," Mr. Cardona said. He also said he expects to land contracts with other defense companies that have major security contracts with the federal government.
In April, AdZone announced the signing of a similar agreement with Boeing Autometric, a unit of Boeing Integrated Defense Systems.
Mr. Cardona said he expects AdZone will ultimately create 100 new jobs at EPCAL, "good jobs, not manual labor," he said. "It will be good for the town," he said. "It's exactly the kind of thing EPCAL was intended for."
More information about AdZone's contract announcements is available on the Security and Exchange Commission's website, www.sec.gov. at the center or in your home can be arranged.

I see your problem sorry archival link is VERY hard to find if I get the story again I will copy and paste. It had a picture of Charles Cardona as well so an unusually candid look at ADZR. Will post when I find it again....bother!
