Zen a (hypothetical) law question.


OK 3 but inter-related please bear with me.

1.)If Roger Glenn was to see any laws being broken, would he have an ethical obligation to report that a law had been broken?

2.)What if he knew this would possibly disrupt , endanger ; or (perish the thought) ruin his case?

He is technically running CMKX right now...ok arguable but as I said please bear with me...

3.) Which would be more important to his legal success his fiduciary responsibility to his client or his ethical duty to expose the illegal entanglement to the proper authority?
