Maybe the SEC already has the 10K
but they're still 'tweaking' it. Like they supposedly did for that sponge company.
Glitch Fixed!

Aspin and Brain restored as Directors at NV SOS.
Only cost Heddle $300 for the Amended List.
Glitches Get Stitches
At what point do Glitches become accepted truth? Rhetorical question.
Beyond curious how next week's Pink Stop Sign glitch will be explained away.
I'm sure the local aromatics are ginning up all manners of font colors to explain things.
Here's to what Heddle wrests from strong shareholders next... Guard your wallets!
If Aspin and Brain are actually out as Directors
I'm sure they want their money back.
Maybe 20 Iroquois Ave and 1776 Allanport Road have already changed hands. The Air Facility, Petroleum Bulk Storage and Solid Waste permits were set up to be transferred to someone back in January. Aspin? Brain? Which one gets the rusted gas/oil tank farm in Thorold?
Heddle is never getting back his money, but I've always felt he didn't really want it back. Maybe the source of those funds came from early TRTN/JBII dealings.
Maybe his job was to keep everything locked down until things 'blew over'. I think Rauber and the BoogeyMan were going to blow the whistle on the whole scheme. (Blow the whistle as in: $10/bbl was a big fib; it never will make money)
I'm getting the feeling things have blown over. Heddle probably feels he has bigger fish to fry, and bigger rusting hulks to de-scale.
Next up: the move to Pink Stop sign on OTCmarkets.
No operations for 5+ years. No Veridisyn extension.
No Heddle Note repayment or extension.
No final payment for reactors and towers for machines 4 and 5.
No 10-K. No directors. No 8K. Soon no OTCQB.
No interest in a toxic clean up fuel blending site.
No Solid Waste permit extension.
No Air Facility permit transfer.
No fuel production. No place to store Fuel Oil #6, even if they managed to melt some 'free' plastic.
No machine sales. No repaired condenser pipes.
No trades.
No problem. Blame NR.
NR == No Reality
Directors Brain and Aspin History?
New NV SOS annual list out.
Heddle is the only listed officer/director.
Brain and Aspin are noted as 'historical'.
Also listed as 'historical' are Banjo Man and Bradley.
I'm sure this will be spun as a great development.

On February 19, 2014, the Company issued to consultants a total of 1.5 million shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 2.5 million shares of common stock as certain compensation due for public relations and other consulting services to be provided to the Company.
This was during the self-imposed quiet period from Early December 2013, when the Flagship blew the F up, and when they finally disclosed that fact in June 2014.
Take a look at the share price from early December 2013 until June 2014.
Take a look at the message board posting during that time period.
I wonder out loud, who got those Promotional shares?
Due Tuesday, April 16th by 5:30PM EDT
March 31st fell on a weekend. Original 10-K was due April 1st. 15 calendar days later is Tuesday April 16th.
The machines are broken
The machines are not worth fixing
The secret magic catalyst is bog standard aluminum/calcium oxides
When the machines run, they need clean, presorted, pre-consumer plastic
They need clean machine/cutting oil in great quantities
They need Bordynuik at the controls for optimum results; no one else can provide the magic touch
The machines lose money with every gallon they produce on a gross basis
Heddle's first order of business after taking control was blowing up the flagship and shutting down all operations
Heddle has only announced sham deals with bogus partners
https://www.google.com/maps/place/142+Colgate+Ave,+Buffalo,+NY+14220
And I thought they owed about $450K in total to that vendor.
Edit $540K:
As of September 30, 2018, the Company has committed to purchase certain pieces of key machinery from vendors related to the future expansion of its operations. At December 31, 2016, we recorded impairment loss $1,448,464 on the deposits in accordance to ASC 360-10-50-2 where an impairment loss will be recognized only if the carrying amount of the long-lived assets are not recoverable and exceeds its fair value. The Company will be required to pay approximately $540,000 upon the delivery of these assets which is expected occur with the delivery of processor #4 and processor #5.
Heddle's First Order of Business after taking over in August 2013
was blowing the processor the 'F up'. Since that time, all he has done is announce a few sham deals, and sell off assets to line his pockets with SGandA money. The company has been a shell since December 2013.
Oh, and he also ran out the statute of limitations clock on any fraud that may have been committed by TRTN/JBII/PTOI.

Transfer of Air State Facility and Solid Waste Permits.

https://www.dec.ny.gov/cfmx/extapps/envapps/index.cfm?view=detail&applid=1160643
Filed for on 1/3/2019, withdrawn (Solid Waste 360 permit) on 1/08/2019
On 1/28/2019, they applied for renewal of the Solid Waste 360 permit.
Guess the transfer of permits (to a new legal entity/owner?) was called off.
Wonder when the 2014 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be...
Edit: Perhaps the transfer is in limbo until they renew the Solid Waste 360 permit, which had to be done by 1/30/2019.
BuhBye, Heddle? Maybe.

How Low can it Go?
Step right up, and buy your piece of rusted tanks and piping, and potential environmental clean-up liabilities!
They're renewing the Solid Waste Permit:
https://www.dec.ny.gov/cfmx/extapps/envapps/index.cfm?view=detail&applid=1161861
Needs to be filed 180 days before expiration (which I think would have been 1/30/2019).
It should be noted that when they renewed the existing permit in July 2014, the factory had been out of commission for more than 7 months, and remains out of commission to this day.
5 years of Solid Waste Permit for naught.
Let's do it again!
D.
Not buy at all, and stick around to point out what a ridiculous transparent scam this CBD nonsense is.
Why do they need a website to sell the gummies? Aren't they partnered with an ecommerce site (biopulse?) already?
Scam.
That they didn't even register the site before they put out today's PR tells me this will dump today.
Tomorrow, the website will still not be online for ecommerce. Get ready for the excuses why you can't buy P19 gummies.
Don't forget the Whales!
They guarantee TRTN/JBII/PTOI isn't a scam. Plus, RockTenn! Definitely not a scam. Plus, an honorary degree from MIT for Bordynuik says 'No Scam'.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
MUST BE SOLD and all offers will be considered. Exceptional parcel of over six acres with above ground 2.3M litre liquid storage TSSA certified. Fenced with security gate. Zoned Dry Industrial with many uses. Has 4 small trailer buildings.
I'd pay about tree-fiddy, as long as the seller assumes all environmental clean-up liability for existing spills/ground water issues.

Pepperidge Farm Remembers.
Scam. Fraud. Magic Bean Story selling shares. Replete with non-disclosing stock promoters spreading lies and misinformation.
Insolvent. Heddled (sic) towards Chapter 7 liquidation.
Is that the same guy that created and distributed a fraudulent stock prospectus to accredited investors, at a time when the company was raising money?
That kind of stuff usually brings the wrath of the SEC in court.
SEC should step in and kick this to the Grey Sheets.
It's clear there is a lack of current and accurate information regarding ISBG's business.

CAPC has recently (in the past year)
Caught the attention of the SEC (see the UPLOADs at sec.gov - they post those things after the SEC is satisfied with the company's response (CORRESPs).
Everything was cleared up to the SEC's satisfaction, but CAPC is not off the RADAR with their filings.
